The E&T Manager responsibility is a part-time increase in scope, for functional manager duties in addition to their regular technical duties. As such, only candidates currently supporting HSWT operations will be considered.

What You Will Be Doing

As an E&T Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Providing technical coaching and mentoring, work assignments, employee career development, continuous ongoing feedback, and being their employees advocate in opportunity discussions.

- Supporting program development, execution of program requirements, adherence to engineering development processes, promoting customer focus, and serving as the technical conscience for their program.

- Support development of the HSWT Capital Plans, ensuring that current and future program testing needs are fulfilled.

- Develop appropriate work schedules and ensure that staff workload is as full and level as possible.

- Develop appropriate training programs for the related group's technologies.

- Maintain technical relevant contacts within industry, universities, and customer areas.

- Coordinate status meetings with customers for risk mitigation to ensure smooth test execution for every wind tunnel test.

- Assure development of process methodology and acquisition of equipment and tools to improve the effectiveness and productivity of the organization.

- Provide technical oversight to test team leads for preparation and execution of every wind tunnel test.

It is possible that travel will be required to both customer and supplier sites. It is possible that travel will be both within and outside the Continental United States (CONUS). Basic Qualifications:

- Engineering management or Engineering team lead experience including task planning, budget management, subcontract management and/or employee development and mentoring

- Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an active DoD Secret security clearance or greater.

- Experience with wind tunnel testing, load application principles, general knowledge of data acquisition, equipment control and the variety of sensors and measurements typically utilized in wind tunnel testing.

- Knowledge of underlying principles, calibration, and operation of laboratory and/or experimental electronic test measurement equipment and systems to support aerodynamic, structural and mechanical testing in the defense aerospace industry.

Desired Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment

- Familiarity with LM's hazardous waste management system

- Familiarity with the ESH's safety protocols and procedures for operations in a test laboratory

- Prior experience as a Lab Resident-in-Charge supporting lab audits, management of calibration equipment, and ensuring lab personnel are compliant with required training and certifications specific to their jobs

- MS degree or higher in Mechanical, Aerospace or Electrical engineering

We are in search of a skilled Aircraft Mechanic to join our team, focusing on the comprehensive care of the F-35 aircraft. Job requirements and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Performs Maintenance, Repair, Launch, and Recovery activities on F-35 aircraft.

- Ensures aircraft are in good mechanical condition and safe for flight.

- Performs maintenance, inspections, and servicing requirements in accordance with Joint Technical Data (JTD) and all applicable program and service guidance.

- Performs and/or assists with Field-Level Modifications and Time Compliance Technical Data (TCTD) maintenance actions.

- Assigns tasks to other maintenance team members.

- Performs On-The-Job training for team members and Partner aircraft maintenance personnel.

- Maintains and updates aircraft records and status within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) of the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS).

- Keeps the Production staff updated on aircraft status.

- Performs other duties as assigned by the Aircraft Supervisor and Associate Aircraft Maintenance Manager.

- The position will require working first (1st), second (2nd), or third (3rd) shift(s).

Position Responsibilities:

- Installation and configuration of Linux and Windows HW platforms from the OS up to the C2BMC developed applications

- Documentation and verification of all installation and configuration steps in documentation to be delivered to the customer

- Develop installation scripts to automate the system installation

- Develop test plans/procedures for conducting software integration tests, be responsible for integration/execution, detailed data analysis, and preparation of software test reports

- Coordinate execution of SW integration tests to verify system operation

- Support requests from and work with software developers as needed to help diagnose and identify the root cause of problems found during software integration; submit problem reports for errors found

- Responsible for implementing all Information Assurance directives on the systems to include running IA scans

- Task and coordinate daily integration activities

- Prepare documentation and conduct software releases in accordance with program release processes

- Coordinate Buildout & Sustainment, Integration and testing efforts planning and tracking with Agile Scrum Masters including the capture of Earned Value

- Coordinate with Buildout & Sustainment team to provide maximum operability of the testing environment.

- Delegate tasks to subordinates and train individuals on C2BMC centric concepts through testing

What You Will Be Doing

You will perform classified cybersecurity duties supporting multiple programs and must have a working knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF). Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Development and implementation of System Security Plans (SSP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), information security policies and required bodies of evidence, as necessary, to ensure compliance with RMF guidelines.

- Acting as a liaison with government agency representatives, such as the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) Information System Security Professionals (ISSP), Advanced / Special Program Security Control Assessors (SCA), and other external /internal customers, including, but not limited to, counterintelligence and Information Technology (IT) professionals.

Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business, the leading provider and pioneer for superior weapon systems, sensors and services is seeking a Security Representative Sr / Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to join the security team in Orlando, FL.

What You Will Be Doing

As the CPSO your responsibilities will include but are not limited to creating algorithm implementation requirements and developing system models, effectively communicating advanced research concepts to customers, stakeholders, and developers.

- Manage security requirements for a complex, large scale and fast-moving Weapon Program. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of security to include, personnel, physical, technical, policy guidance research, and classification management utilizing the requirements set forth in 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, DoDM 5200.01, ICD 705, DoDM 5105.21 as well as OPSEC and related SOPs IAW with program DD 254(s).

- Responsible for high level program leadership briefings, presentations, completing Program Access Requests (PAR), classified meeting support, program management support, and security education.

- Applies business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges and communicates observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners.

Must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance upon employment. This position also requires an enhanced security review in accordance with Government contract requirements and it is a condition of employment that individuals hired into positions requiring program clearance obtain and maintain such clearance within sufficient time to allow Lockheed Martin to meet its business needs.

Basic Qualifications:

- Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)and DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4.

- Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.

- Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.

Secret Clearance with an investigation within the past 6 years

Desired Skills:

- Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS, and Special Access Programs (SAP) security compliance.

- Experience working DoD Special Programs as a CPSO, ACPSO or physical security specialist.

- Ability to work independently when required and be a team player.

- Highly organized and detail oriented.

- Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full-time Early Career Software Engineer to join our Mission Systems Engineering team. In this role, you will work closely with a multi-discipline team of engineers to develop embedded software for our custom Avionics Mission processors. Our embedded software includes hardware device drivers, built-in test libraries, and bootloader applications. You may also develop software used to test these mission computers prior to customer delivery. The successful candidate will have experience with C or C++, Linux-based operating systems, and team-based software projects. The successful candidate will also be flexible, motivated, detail-focused, and team-oriented. Must be a US Citizen; This position will require a government security clearance.

The Locale: Owego, New York is located about 200 miles northwest of New York City and about 75 miles south of Syracuse New York. Basic Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a BS or MS degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineer, Computer Science, or equivalent STEM computing field.

- Academic or professional experience using C/C++, Java, C#, Python, or similar programming languages in embedded applications.

Desired Skills:

- Experience writing or debugging hardware device drivers and control software
