You will be a Data Analyst - Level 3.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be responsible for scoping functional and technical spares modeling data needs from internal and external USAF/Military source systems and will work across the team to identify and develop solutions that enable quick reaction to changing customer requirements for fleet performance metric data collection, calculation, reporting, analysis/modeling, and visualization. Integration and coordination across the supply team will be critical for target metrics attainment and accurate, sustainable spares buys and repairs. You will collaborate through analytics and logic with the F-22 Sustainment Program Office (SPO) and key Fleet stakeholders to ensure desired performance outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying data compilation to support metrics development, contractual adjudication, and impact assessments.
- Making data driven decisions to support spares modeling outcomes
- Championing supply performance-based reporting efforts and analysis
- Delivering ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support senior management requirements.
- Collaborating across multiple teams and interfacing with the customer to ensure spares needs and metrics data analysis drive desired performance outcome.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a STEM-related discipline, OR equivalent experience/combined education. Considered an expert, authority in discipline.
- Experience working with large datasets - system level extraction, formatting, ingestion/aggregation, and/or processing data with Microsoft Access databases, Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, or text data dumps.
- Knowledge of asset management, provisioning, and/or tracking - especially in Lockheed Martin, US Air Force, or other systems.
- Ability to program or create a script to automate data transformations or data analysis in at least one of the following languages: Python, Microsoft VB, Microsoft VBA, R, SAS, C-Sharp, C++, Fortran, XML, Structured Query Language (SQL), MatLab, Minitab, Java, or Tableau.
Desired Skills:
- Experience working with Readiness-Based Sparing (RBS) supply chain models such as Aircraft Sustainability Model (ASM), V-Metric, OPUS or Servigistics.
- Background in STEM related field (Aero, Mechanical, Software, etc.), operations research, systems engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Management, Decision Sciences, Data Science, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management
- Understanding of statistics with strong analytical and problem-solving skills - specifically, design of experiments, statistics, marginal analysis, linear/non-linear programming, and/or optimization knowledge
- Experience with data mining and cleansing, recognizing and correcting errors/discrepancies and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data.
- Experience with Sustainment of Air Vehicle platform (such as Integrated Fighter Group (IFG), F-35, etc.) and/or with Logistics Information Systems
- In depth knowledge of GOLD, SAP, or PRIDE systems
- Experience with IMIS (Integrated Maintenance Information System), SAP or similar ERP systems
- Experience working with internal and external customers to develop and improve program deliverables, processes, and solutions that solves the customer needs
- Creative ability to anticipate system improvements and management products aimed at improving sustainment support for the F-22 and other LM programs
- Desire to learn data management, reporting and data architecture, information architecture, and data analytics, programming, Information Technology Systems
- Experience with Oracle and/or HANA (Procedures, Functions and Views)
- Tableau Dashboard development

This position will engage in all aspects of Finance and Business operations to include proposal development and negotiations, program execution activities, profitability analysis, OSEC (Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash) commitments, quarterly CSR (Contract Status Report) planning and reporting. You will be an F-22 Items Analyst Senior for the Sustainment Item Management organization supporting the F-22 "Raptor" Platform.
What You Will Be Doing
As an F-22 Items Analyst Senior - Level 3, you will be responsible for ensuring spares are distributed to meet Operational and Depot requirements for replenishment, replacement, and any parts required for aircraft modification for spares and consumables.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as liaison between multiple organizations- Provisioning, Systems Team, SCM (Supply Chain Management), Engineering, fleet personnel, warehouse personnel, base liaisons, EDSC, etc
- Statusing the customer and management on Supply demands
- Ensuring ILSS requirements are in place to receive assets
- Providing Operations Center input to performance metrics
- Providing disposition for assets being returned into the supply chain pipeline
- Generating sales orders and purchase requisitions to procure parts
- Tracking and reporting status requirements until delivery is complete

Description: The Classified Document Control Custodian is responsible for managing, safeguarding, and controlling classified information and documents within a government contractor environment. We are seeking a Range Integrator & Mission Planner to coordinate and track OSL activities on the Western Range and to development, maintain and status the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for satellite launch processing missions. In this effort, you will team with multiple mission partners to plan and deconflict major activities supporting satellite launch processing.
Summary of Key Duties for this position:
- Track OSL facility and equipment utilization to status availability to support mission operations
- Plan and track readiness activities and resource constraints for multiple satellite launch processing missions
- Incorporate inputs from all mission partners to development and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Communicate across organizations and with OSL leadership to highlight key milestones, relay progress, identify shortfalls and support contingency planning.
- Coordinate approval of mission activities with the Western Range and track range activities to avoid potential conflicts
- Track and brief weather and other potential hazards during mission activities
Basic Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Project in the development and maintenance of operational schedules
- Experience briefing information in large group meetings and to key launch mission partners
- Willing and able to support periodic travel, overtime, and alternate shifts, if required
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with CI Poly (NOTE: This position is located at a facility that requires special access)
- Ability to work in a launch site environment, including the ability to climb stairs and evacuate the launch complexes wearing breathing apparatus, if required

Post corrected figures to the system and ascertain that paperwork reflects the correction.

Individual must be able to provide documentation validating experience in operating mechanical/motor driven equipment such as hoist, towing equipment, cranes to include overhead crane or corrugated carton machine, tugs, forklifts, high lift picker, and similar electric and gas powered devices that are used to move and store large items; and be able to obtain required certifications for operating various mechanical/motor driven equipment.
Individual must have experience in operating various computer platforms, such as Desktop general business operation systems, and general quality warehouse systems.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $64,400 - $123,400 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
