Lockheed Martin is seeking a Microelectronics Inspector to support our Orlando, FL site.

Are you a hands on person who enjoys intricate hardware evaluations and looking to make a significant impact in the exciting world of microelectronic devices? We're seeking a highly motivated inspector to join our team in the Microelectronics Center at the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control Orlando, FL facility.

You'll be working on the forefront of production activities for our most cutting edge missile and fire control product lines such as the Hellfire II Missile, Joint-Air-to-Ground Missile, Sniper Advanced Targeting Pod and F-35 Sensor.

An inspector position within manufacturing will review and evaluate hardware using prints, schematics, sketches, and other procedures. The candidate will work with a strong and dedicated engineering and manufacturing cross-discipline group in conducting in-depth failure investigations and cutting edge equipment to ensure product quality is maintained through manufacturing processes.

What You Will Be Doing

Duties include but are not limited to:

-Performs complex in-process and final inspections on all Microelectronics Assemblies.

-Verifies traceability of hardware, verifies documentation and electronic systems are accurate and complete, documents defects and verifies rework was completed according to documentation.

-Performs incoming testing such as lead fatigue, temp aging and solderability, capacitance, and insulation resistance.

-Coordinates other testing with various labs and compares results of inspections and testing with specification requirements and determines acceptance or rejection.

-Works from engineering drawings, sketches, specifications, manufacturing process plans, manufacturing processes, inspection test plans and other written instructions.

-Performs inspections under a microscope. Performs measurements using a smart scope, calipers, micrometers, Optical Measuring System, or other necessary measuring tools.

-Perform and inspect solder.

-Verify requirements for shelf life and create labels for materials.

May conduct required audits in assigned work areas to determine compliance with applicable quality procedures. Calculates necessary mathematical corrections for both physical and electrical or other required characteristics. May be required to assists and familiarizes other employees as needed.

Contractor Program Security Officer - Lockheed Martin

Description: Seeking an experienced Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) and/or Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) to work in a very dynamic high tempo environment to deliver Mission First results! The successful candidate will: develop, implement, and administer, a Special Access Program (SAP) program, as well as manage all compliant SAP security policies and procedures for classified/proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Successful candidate should have a Subject Matter Expert (SME) level of understanding of industrial security regulations and federal security regulatory requirements of the 32 Code of Federal Regulations Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DOD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals. Understand established procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitor's access to restricted programs. Develops and conducts security education and training programs for SAP. Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken. While this is primarily a first shift, Mon-Fri 5X8 work week; mission requirements include 25% domestic and international courier business travel and work outside normally scheduled hours to include possibly nights and weekends to meet mission requirements.

Responsible for supporting RMS Advanced Programs at multiple locations. Serve as the main point of contact and liaison with stakeholders. Selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring all SAP requirements are met to include but not limited to:

1. Administering the SAP Nomination Process by processing, logging, and preparing incoming and outgoing SAP Nomination packages.

2. Conduct annual SETA requirements in conjunction with the program off sites; provide security indoctrination, debriefings, pre/post Travel briefings and annual refresher briefings as necessary.

3. Classified document control to include maintenance of logs tracking documents in transition.

4. Investigate security violations and submit required reports to the government.

5. Administrative Security functions such as organizing and filing all administrative program security paperwork.

6. Maintaining all end of day logs, safe checks, visitor logs and pass down logs.

7. Assist the government with physical security and provide security escorting for uncleared personnel as required.

8. Process and track incoming and outgoing Visit Authorization Requests.

9. Conduct self-inspections; manage preparations for and representation of security inspections and audits by government security personnel.

10. Assist the Lead CPSM/CPSO with additional security support as required by the RMS Advanced Programs Manager and the local Customer.

Basic Qualifications:

Must have an active TS clearance within a 5-year scope, or the eligibility to reinstate a TS clearance w/5-year scope required and the ability to obtain and maintain SAP access(es).

THE WORK

Financial Management Analyst - Responsible for providing comprehensive financial management, planning, analysis and reporting support to programs in the Sikorsky Maritime Systems market segment.

Responsibilities will include working directly with Program Management and Finance Management to ensure compliance with all PPM and financial process requirements.

Specific tasks for assigned programs will include: weekly contract cost tracking; cost/schedule variance analysis and reporting; generation of customer financial reports; update of financial outlooks; staffing/manpower planning analysis and reporting; EAC/CEAC analysis; identifying risks and opportunities and making recommendations to contain program cost exposures; coordination of monthly TPETC status updates in EVM tools; conduct of orders, sales, profit and cash forecasting for assigned contracts; working directly with program Control Account Managers (CAMs) to develop and maintain contract budget baselines; Budget Change Request (BCR) analysis and incorporation into financial tools; interfacing with Master Planning/Scheduling staff as needed in order to properly integrate cost and schedule; assisting in development of LRP & Operating Plans; preparation of Quarterly CSR P&L EACs and out-brief packages; supporting the development of proposals and ROM estimates as needed; participating in the conduct of baseline, program and customer reviews; and other financial research projects as required.
