Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to join our team in Highlands Ranch, CO !

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Being readily deployed to assorted program types to ensure compliant compelling proposal deliveries are met.

- Develop proposal story board templates

- Develop proposal schedule, milestone plan, delivery plans.

- Coordinate and run color team reviews.

- Lead proposal volume development and deliveries.

- Develop complex compliance matrix per RFP requirements.

- Work closely with program and capture managers to ensure win themes are being communicated

The successful candidate will typically have a minimum of 6 years of related experience.

Basic Qualifications:

- Experience as a Proposal Manager informally or formally leading competitive proposal efforts

- Experience informally or formally leading diverse proposal teams

- Experience with competitive proposal processes

- Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance

Desired Skills:

- 6 years of experience as a Proposal Manager leading competitive unclassified and or classified proposal efforts for U.S. and/or foreign pursuits in aerospace, defense or other industry.

- Completion of Shipley training

- Bachelor's degree or higher

- Experience informally or formally leading diverse proposal teams under time pressures and competing priorities

- Team leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills requiring minimal direction; this position is virtually self-supervised

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Writing ability and strong understanding of technical, management, past performance, content

- Experienced using Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and/or SharePoint

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Given the Artemis II schedule, ORION experience is required for this position. Having been through the entire life cycle of a space program from Requirements through Integration & Test and Verification is a plus.

Basic Qualifications:

- BS Degree in Aerospace Engineering or related discipline

- Possess an academic background or industry experience with spacecraft dynamics, spacecraft environments, GN&C sensors/actuators, and control system design and analysis

- Experience with MATLAB/SIMULINK and C++

- Experience supporting Mission Operations for Spacecraft, telemetry analysis, flight anomaly investigation

- Direct experience interacting with NASA, specifically the ORION program

- A US Citizenship is required for this position

Desired Skills:

- Experience using Matlab/Simulink to auto-code real-time embedded flight software

- Familiarity with the GN&C Hardware Suite for Manned Flight

Supply Chain Management - Proposal Integration

What You Will Be Doing

The position is responsible for interfacing with team members and leaders in Procurement, Estimating, Pricing, Contracts and and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely submission of customer proposals. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate all phases of the proposal process from inception of the customer RFP to contract award (e.g., proposal submittal, fact find, audits, and contract negotiations). This person will also coordinate the FAR 12 commercial and price reasonable assist audits with the USG.

What You Will Be Doing

This role manages the logistics of spare and repair parts with a small team of Item Analysts. You will also support proposal development, project management, and finance management teams' daily task and responsibilities include:

. Ability coordinate with local satellite Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider

. Provide Supply and Logistical support in the procurement/ manufacture and repair of AMMM aircraft spare and Manage repair action in accordance with customer orders to achieve timely repair and return of assets

. Manage repair purchase orders from DCS customers

. Manage spares purchase orders from DCS customers

. Generate requisitions for Spares orders and repair action in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SAP)

. Generate repair and logistics status and deliver timely information to Customers

. Manage repair action with Supply Chain Management, Contracts and Customers in accordance with customer requirements to achieve timely delivery or spares or repair and return of assets

. Preparing and/or coordinating required International Trade Compliance documentation for export control

. Must be a US Citizen.

The selected candidate will be supporting the TSS Program in all phases of product configuration and deployment process. The selected candidate will be responsible working with Project Engineers to provide accurate cost estimates for requested technical scope, coordinating/leading team members to perform customer configuration changes, tracking performance & schedule of technical tasks for assigned contracts, and improving program processes to ensure effective project execution. The Technical Lead must be able to effectively communicate and work with multiple end customers.
