Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Being readily deployed to assorted program types to ensure compliant compelling proposal deliveries are met.
- Develop proposal story board templates
- Develop proposal schedule, milestone plan, delivery plans.
- Coordinate and run color team reviews.
- Lead proposal volume development and deliveries.
- Develop complex compliance matrix per RFP requirements.
- Work closely with program and capture managers to ensure win themes are being communicated
The successful candidate will typically have a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience as a Proposal Manager informally or formally leading competitive proposal efforts
- Experience informally or formally leading diverse proposal teams
- Experience with competitive proposal processes
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
- 6 years of experience as a Proposal Manager leading competitive unclassified and or classified proposal efforts for U.S. and/or foreign pursuits in aerospace, defense or other industry.
- Completion of Shipley training
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience informally or formally leading diverse proposal teams under time pressures and competing priorities
- Team leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills requiring minimal direction; this position is virtually self-supervised
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Writing ability and strong understanding of technical, management, past performance, content
- Experienced using Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and/or SharePoint
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Do you have a passion to get humans back to the moon and eventually to Mars? Helping to lead and mentor GN&C engineers, you will support the development, test and verification of the ORION capsule that will take humans to the Moon, Mars and beyond. The GN&C engineer will play a key role in the design, development, integration and test of the GN&C subsystem for the ORION spacecraft. Given the Artemis II schedule, ORION experience is required for this position. Having been through the entire life cycle of a space program from Requirements through Integration & Test and Verification is a plus.

Basic Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Aerospace Engineering or related discipline
- Possess an academic background or industry experience with spacecraft dynamics, spacecraft environments, GN&C sensors/actuators, and control system design and analysis
- Experience with MATLAB/SIMULINK and C++
- Experience supporting Mission Operations for Spacecraft, telemetry analysis, flight anomaly investigation
- Direct experience interacting with NASA, specifically the ORION program

RESPONSIBLITIES
The selected candidate will be supporting the TSS Program in all phases of product configuration and deployment process. The selected candidate will be responsible working with Project Engineers to provide accurate cost estimates for requested technical scope, coordinating/leading team members to perform customer configuration changes, tracking performance & schedule of technical tasks for assigned contracts, and improving program processes to ensure effective project execution. The Technical Lead must be able to effectively communicate and work with multiple end customers. The Technical Lead may delegate within their team as appropriate, yet still takes full responsibility for the technical execution of the Delivery Orders/Task Orders assigned.
The selected candidate will also collaborate closely with project management, systems engineers, systems integration and test engineers as well as fellow installation engineers. We are seeking a Welder/Fabricator with the aptitude, under guidance, to operate weld equipment, acetylene torches, plasma cutters, hand grinders, saws & drill presses in the welding in the fabrication and assembly of structures, tooling and piping systems. This includes the fit-up, material preparation and performance of TIG & MIG processes in aluminum, stainless and carbon steel materials to engineering and the applicable welding code specification.

Assemble and rework electronic components, printed wiring assemblies/ circuit card assemblies, chassis, following prescribed processes and assembly procedures. -Work from blueprints/drawings, interpret specifications.
-Audit assigned work area for compliance to requirements such as age of materials, calibrations of equipment, area content and tagging.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Familiar with Microsoft Office products (Outlook,
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is a plus
- Must have the desire and/or ability to use inspection
tools such as digital calipers, go/no go gages,
micrometers, fixtures and other basic gages
- Ability to work from inspection instructions,
blueprints/drawings and specifications
- This position will be located at a facility that requires
special access and requires the selected candidate to
be a US citizen
- Must be able to obtain a secret security clearance
- Must be able to work in various climates and around
explosive
Desired Skills:
- Prior inspection experience in a production
environment
- Prior SAP/APRISO/MRO Software experience is a plus
(on the job training will be provided)
- Strong teaming ability and effective communication
skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Be able to work independently

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
