Who You Are

As a Material Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading a hybrid, team of 10 or more Global Supply Chain (GSC) professionals. Your team will focus on managing GSC inputs for new business proposal and executing programs for F-16 modification and upgrade programs. This role will require you to manage and oversee a variety of tasks and responsibilities related to procurement and supply chain management.

What You Will Be Doing

This role involves both on-site work and telework, with travel to Suppliers and other sites as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for coordinating employee selection/hiring, training, development, performance and assessments, work assignments, and disciplinary actions.

Responsible for coordinating with program management, contracts, estimating, and procurement from initiation, Request For Proposals (RFP's), competitions, proposals, and prime negotiations. Additionally, responsible for transitioning award programs into execution phase. Responsible to ensure all material and cost to support program financials and schedule.

Experience with prime negotiations, proposal process, program management and structure with a strong procurement background.

drawings, instructions, parts and software listings, by keeping them current, edited, and revised for future releases. Maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, sets up administrator and user accounts, maintains current system documentation, tunes system performance, installs system wide software, and allocates mass storage space. Performs workstation Network Administration on all networks and ensures compliance to include upgrading, patching, and conducting weekly AV installs. Description: Lockheed Martin Enterprise Operations is seeking a Cyber Defense Analyst to join our team on a highly visible enterprise environment that provides security operations center (SOC) support, cyber analysis, application development, and an extended hours support staff with the mission of defending the enterprise's classified computing assets. The Classified Cybersecurity Operations (C2Ops) Center is an Enterprise Operations team responsible for monitoring, detecting, analyzing, mitigating, and responding to cyber threats and adversarial activity across the enterprise's classified environments.

Duties include:

- Acting as the initial point of contact for security operations floor activities.

- Assist with developing, maintaining, tuning, and monitoring cyber security content for detection and prevention capabilities.

- Investigate computer and information security incident to determine extent of compromise to information and automated information systems.

- Provide network forensic and intrusion detection support to high technology investigations.

- Provide thorough documentation of cyber incident analysis at an operational level.

- Provide support in the detection, response, mitigation, and reporting of cyber incidents.

- Maintain consistent and effective communication across the team.

- Research and maintain proficiency in tools, techniques, countermeasures, and trends in computer network vulnerabilities, data hiding, network security, and encryption.

The analyst should have experience in monitoring and detection, incident response to support detection, containment, and eradication of malicious activities targeting customer networks. The ideal candidate for this position has proven experience working both independently and as part of a team, and is well versed in a breadth of cyber defense tools, processes, and technologies.

Basic Qualifications:

- Valid Secret level security clearance with investigation or CV date within 5 years with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance and pass a Counterintelligence Polygraph.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or no years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.

- Recognized cloud proficiency and experience with Cloud Security (CCSP, AWS, CSA, CompTIA Cloud+, CCSK, or others).

- Experience working in an Information System Security Operations Center.

- Understanding of malware functionality, static and dynamic analysis, and ability to identify IOCs, attributes and understanding of signatures.

Long term overseas field service assignment at RAF Akrotiri, Cyprus, as an airframe, APG technical representative.

Position supports active duty U-2 aircraft maintainers. Currently or recently qualified on the U-2 aircraft to perform duties expected of a fully qualified Air Force 7- or 9-level aircraft mechanic strongly preferred. Must have systems knowledge and specific hands-on experience on aircraft general, fuels, hydraulics, engine, egress, flight controls, structures and/or environmental control systems. Candidate will have a minimum of 5 years on U-2 aircraft preferred. May assist Air Force (AF) perform periodic inspection tasks and flight line sortie generation operations as required. Must have strong troubleshooting skills and know how to read aircraft drawings and interpret high level tech data. Will provide informal OJT training for Air Force personnel on aircraft systems; inspect/sign-off the work of others; down-grade Red X conditions; assist aircraft flight worthiness decision making; perform "hands on" tasks when required such as inspections, pre- and post-flight, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs as requested by the customer; insure work is documented in aircraft forms and Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS); and insure safety, quality, and productivity. Perform field service reporting of In-flight Emergencies (IFE), incidents, daily and monthly reports using computer-based systems, email, digital cameras, and telephone; serve as a POC for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company (LM Aero) and government program management inquiries. Must know Air Force policy and procedures with regard to aircraft maintenance. Must be able to work well with Air Force and other contractor personnel at all levels and strengthen team performance.

Position is designated as mission essential and world-wide deployable. Must accept military quarters on travel if provided, and maintain military mobility qualifications to include chemical warfare, anthrax, smallpox, etc. May be forward deployed. Must accept and adapt to location specific rules and guidelines related to personal safety, security, cultural awareness, and acceptable behavior.

A Tool and Die maker at RMS Owego MTA will be responsible for the fabrication of precision fixturing to be used in the manufacture of CNC machined parts. The T&D maker will also build prototype and small production lots of machined parts using lathes, manual mills, CNC mills, and jig borers. The individual will be required to support rework of production parts and assemblies to include the removal and replacement of threaded inserts as well as possible modification of these parts.

Analysts must be able to support tight deadlines on a continuous basis driving positive results in key AP metrics while adhering to policies and procedures. The analyst will be expected to master various AP processes while providing excellent customer service and maintaining frequent contact with business partners. Additional responsibilities will be assigned, as necessary.

Core work is cyclical and follows a schedule, but at times this role contains a dynamic component which requires the ability to quickly adapt to new processes and deliver high quality work under pressure. Occasional weekend support may be required on an as needed basis especially during peak times including year-end and month-end closing. Analysts must be comfortable adapting to new technology in a constantly changing and complex financial world.

Accounts Payable is located within our larger Global Financial Services (GFS) organization which provides core finance and services to all areas of Lockheed Martin in the United States and around the world. In GFS, all analysts are expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with our internal customers by delivering critical services at a very high degree of accuracy on a daily basis. GFS places a high emphasis on lean operations, and analysts are expected to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities may also include, but are not limited to the following:

- Support the capture and processing of invoices from our suppliers and internal customers.

- Support our internal and external customers by responding to requests on a broad range of topics related to supply chain operations. Supporting the resolution of AP Help Desk inquiries is a large component of this position.

- Support resolution of invoices in process to resolve errors and ensure timely payment to our suppliers.

- Perform root cause analysis to investigate and resolve complex financial issues to prevent the aging of payables.

- Support accounting duties that include but are not limited to monthly account reconciliations and closing activities.

- Other duties include the support of requests, providing payment status, supporting adhoc requests for reporting, ERP system issue analysis, process improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned.

We are seeking a System Integration/Test Engineer to join the GPS integration and test team within Assembly, Test, and Launch Operations.

Join the team that is delivering and launching the next generation of Lockheed Martin Spacecraft.

In this role you will participate in leading in the planning/execution of electrical floor operations and will be responsible for developing automated test scripts, procedures, and other documentation needed to conduct spacecraft testing at both the factory and the launch site.

Summary of Key Duties for this position:

- Understand and use the principles and disciplines of spacecraft Test Engineering.

- Author and maintain Automated Test Scripts, used to conduct satellite tests.

- Aid in planning spacecraft level test flow.

- Support Systems Engineering and Certified Principle Engineers (CPEs) in the verification of test requirements.

- Collaborate with external teams to solve spacecraft and/or EGSE performance issues.

- Support test procedure closure activities in Automation Framework.

- Plan/Execute specific Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) verification procedures (including RF test systems) and plan/execute nominal electrical procedures/scripts from ground test stations.

- Willing to work some overtime and support off-shifts and/or weekends in a 24/7 operations environment.

Basic Qualifications:

As a Systems Integration and Electrical Test Engineer , you will:

- Lead Systems Integration and test implementation efforts

- Perform test implementation, develop, and review test documentation, and oversee the follow through of subsystem and system-level test

- Document test results and test discrepancies

- Moderate among the interests of multi-disciplinary groups to synthesize test plans and test procedures that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints
