THE WORK

The Senior ESH Manager, IWSS, leads a team of fourteen professionals that drive overall compliance and conduct tactical ESH operations for the Integrated Warfare Systems & Sensors (IWSS) Line of Business. IWSS is composed of approximately 9,700 employees located at Bothell, WA, Camden and Moorestown, NJ, Owego and Syracuse, NY, as well as various domestic and international locations. The IWSS ESH team reporting to this position consists of fourteen direct reports (one L5 manager and 13 individual contributors). The successful candidate is preferred to be located at a major LM site with an IWSS presence but virtual candidates will be considered.

Specific responsibilities include:

- Planning, developing and executing cost-effective ESH programs designed to reduce risk, increase compliance and reduce employee injuries

- Engaging leaders of injured employees via participation in root cause/corrective action reviews of significant injuries and fatalities

- Supporting the use of the Enablon common tool suite

- Tracking key performance indicators

- Conducting injury analyses and risk assessments

- Designing and executing ergonomic programs including risk reduction projects, coordination with Production Operations' Operations Excellence Teams and Hands On Producibility and Ergonomics Training

- Supporting and executing operations excellence events, including SIA and Kaizen

- Supporting ESHS initiatives including Ergo Cup, Excellence Awards and Zero Waste Challenge

- Budget management

- Other related tasks as business needs dictate

Basic Qualifications:

10 years' experience in multiple facets of environmental, safety and health management

- Strategic thinker

What You Will Be Doing

This individual will be executing software development and programming in Java and C/C++ in a team environment

Support multiple projects or task orders for the various products developed by this program such as the core products CETS (signal processing system), MSCS (theater situational awareness), and SEAM (sensor asset management).

THE WORK

Lockheed Martin Space seeks a Stf. Linux Systems Administrator for its Sunnyvale, CA location to join our team for (E2) sustainment of a signal distribution system. The operational system utilizes a variety of systems, including bare-metal servers, VMs, On-prem Kubernetes hosting services, and cloud-hosted services. Along with sustainment, we continue the active development of new capabilities and recaps of existing systems and are looking for candidates who can support the design and development of our future systems.

- Supports Software development teams by building and maintaining development environments and workstations

- Support troubleshooting of both development and operational systems to fault-isolate issues and collaborate with software and network team to develop solutions

- Responsible for all server hardware and operating systems across both physical and virtual systems including the cloud. Maintains operational systems including patching, security hardening, PKI infrastructure, and build/deployment of new servers for upgrades and recaps.

Successful candidates must have an active TS security clearance and be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with Poly.

Basic Qualifications:

- Experience with troubleshooting and researching server failures and anomalies

- Current CompTIA Security+ or (ISC)2 CISSP

- Current experience with Linux (any distribution, Red Hat preferred)

- Experience with at least one of Free IPA, LDAP, or Active Directory

- Experience with Ansible

You will be the Subcontract Manager Senior who will perform subcontract management duties in support of the Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) program. You will be responsible for negotiating prices, price/cost analysis, and compliant procurement documentation required by Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP), local Site Work Instructions, and Command Media.

What You Will Be Doing

- Representing the Lockheed Martin Global Supply Chain Organization (GSCO) as the prime Point of Contact (POC) for subcontracts or projects

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree or above from an accredited college

- Knowledge of planning and scheduling concepts

Desired Skills:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

- Experience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology.

- Experience with Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management

As a Multi Domain Control System (MDCS) Flight Test Engineer, you will provide on-site support for test efforts for unmanned air systems to include ground station operation, test procedure development, and real time control room assistance during ground and flight test operations. MDCS flight test engineers interface between the air system, pilots and ground system teams to ensure that customer requirements are met and that anomalies are resolved in a timely manner.

As part of the team, the selected candidate will help design, develop, integrate and test a variety of mission system equipment onto airborne platforms.

Actively contribute to the team developing several systems including System Integration Labs, Deployable Shelters, and Fixed Facilities in support of various projects. Work effectively with members for the Hardware Engineering, Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, and Integration/Test teams to develop a flexible test facility capable of supporting both development and test efforts. Support the Hardware and SW Engineering teams, ensuring local efforts stay coordinated with flight test efforts and problems get resolved as they arise. Actively contribute as part the System Integration Testing, developing systems including System Integration Labs (SILs), Deployable Systems, and Fixed Facility systems across several projects.
