The Electrical Systems Department is a design-focused group of engineers specializing in advanced hardware-based products. Primary Responsibilities
The applicant must have experience writing embedded software in the C or C++ languages for embedded systems. They should have a solid understanding of and experience with real-time software principles such as RTOS task scheduling and prioritization, inter-process communication with semaphores and mutexes, memory management involving both the stack and heap, and boot processes. Must have experience interacting with real hardware from a software environment and have experience writing low-level device drivers in both bare-metal and operating system environments, interacting with device registers and chip-to-chip hardware interfaces. Must have experience with boot processes and bootloaders and customizing bootloaders, such as U-Boot to support specific hardware configurations. Experience with low-level communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, and UART are a must. Experience with high-speed data transfer using protocols like PCIe and Aurora are desired.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related discipline from an ABET-accredited institution with 8+ years of relevant experience or 6+ years with MS degree.
Experience with embedded Software/Firmware design.
High proficiency with C/C++, and TCL.
Experience in FPGA system design and test from architecture through implementation.
Familiarity with modern Xilinx FPGA families and design tools (7-series FPGAs, Ultrascale+, Vivado, Xilinx IP cores)
Experience with multiple high-speed serial communication standards and interfaces (e.g. Aurora, 10Ge, PCIe, DDR4/3/2/1, JESD204B)
Experience with standard internal interfaces such as AXI4, AXI4-Stream, AXI4-Lite
Motivated self-starter and problem solver with experience executing in multi-disciplinary teams.
Hands-on laboratory experience with instrumentation, test equipment, and debug/test methods.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.

The Cyber and SIGINT Solutions Operation under the Intelligence Group of Leidos is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for a program in San Diego, CA.
PROGRAM SUMMARY: Product development includes tactical mobile development as well as enterprise web application development. The portfolio of products support the Cybersecurity and Information Assurance domains. These systems deploy a variety of technologies and communicate with infrastructure interfaces to bring secure, modern-day Cybersecurity and Cryptographic Key Management solutions to the warfighter.
Primary Responsibilities
Leidos is looking to fill a project management and coordination role across a portfolio of cybersecurity-related projects. In this dynamic role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for providing program and project management coordination and support across a portfolio of projects related to cryptographic key management and information assurance. The candidate will operate in a supporting role within a Project Management Office (PMO) setting where team members are responsible for budgeting, managing, executing, and documenting aspects of the project(s) and their operations. The candidate will routinely work with project managers, development staff and engineers, and have routine exposure with the Government customer and stakeholders. This role is ideal for a bourgeoning project manager looking to grow a rich, robust toolset in the domain of program/project management.
Successful candidates will be capable of planning, organizing, securing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific program goals and objectives. Duties may include assistance ensuring that all programs run within scope, time, and budget constraints. Candidates should expect to routinely interface with task and functional leaders, customers, subcontractors, and support personnel.

The Homeland and Force Protection Business Area of the Leidos National Security Sector is seeking a Business Development Director to lead business development activities focused on the Force Protection and Security market within the Department of Defense (DoD).
The role requires an ethical approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities, comprehensive business acumen, technical understanding, resourcefulness, and outstanding business relationships.This position will report to the Growth Vice President for Homeland and Force Protection Business Area.
Primary Responsibilities
The Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for all BD activities and strategy development to drive US Army and Joint services growth. The position will pursue new opportunities in the areas of mission support, security, engineering and integration of force protection systems with an emphasis on cyber security, cloud, artificial intelligence and multi-domain environments. Experience in mission software, networks, information technology and/or digital transformation is required.Familiarity with system architectures, autonomous and unmanned force protection and national security solutions is required.
BDM will develop and execute the marketing and BD strategy for the DOD Force Protection and Security account. The position will be the creative and trusted agent of the Division Management and Functional Management to drive a culture of innovation and capture excellence. Responsible for the customer call plans. The candidate must thrive in an environment where they are responsible for the management and execution of the full BD life-cycle process across multiple simultaneous pursuits and proposals. Targeting Officers are responsible for guiding and monitoring the execution of collection operations and integrating that collection into a cohesive intelligence narrative.
