The Consultant will support the Joint Advertising, Market Research & Studies (JAMRS) contract by providing expertise and guidance in military recruitment, advertising, and market research. Provides expertise including an understanding of current best practices and appropriate implementation of the latest techniques and tools. Delivers presentations, leads client meetings, and performs assessments. Applies expertise and experience to execute clients' initiatives and lead efforts toward positive change. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Consultation:
Provide expert advice on military recruitment advertising and marketing strategies.
Assess current recruitment efforts and recommend improvements to align with target audience behaviors and preferences.
Collaborate with JAMRS leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for recruitment campaigns.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct and support market research studies to gain insights into the perceptions, motivations, and behaviors of potential military recruits.
Analyze research data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
Stay informed about industry trends, demographic shifts, and emerging technologies that could impact recruitment strategies.
Advertising and Marketing Support:
Assist in the creation and refinement of marketing and advertising materials aimed at attracting diverse and qualified candidates.
Evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and suggest adjustments to optimize outcomes.
Ensure marketing efforts are culturally relevant and resonate with intended audiences.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with military branches, JAMRS teams, and external partners to ensure alignment of recruitment goals and strategies.
Participate in meetings, briefings, and working groups to present findings and offer strategic guidance.
Facilitate communication between JAMRS and key stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives and provide regular reports on performance metrics.
Recommend course corrections based on data-driven insights to ensure recruitment goals are met.
Prepare presentations and documentation to communicate findings and strategies to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Must possess at least a PhD or MA/MS (or equivalent) in area of specialty (i.e., Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field).
Experience: At least 8 years of professional experience including at least 4 years leading projects (advanced degree may be substituted for up to 2 years of experience). Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, marketing, advertising, or market research, with a focus on military recruitment or a related area.
Skills and Expertise: Has mastery of and provides advice in a particular area of expertise.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of military recruitment processes and advertising strategies is highly desirable.
Security Clearance: Must possess or be able to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) and successfully complete a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) fingerprint check and a National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI) check.

What you will do:
Database Preparation and Support
Perform extensive quality control procedures on client data.
Populate SQL database with client data accurately and efficiently.
Respond to team member requests regarding data prior to client scientific meetings.
Execute and update Standard Operating Procedures pertaining to data quality control.
Interact with team members to ensure client expectations are met in a timely manner.
Develop and test new database features prior to release to the client.
Provide on-site database and technical support during in-person client meetings, including Wi-Fi configuration and trouble shooting.
Prepare and implement backup network and database procedures as necessary.
Scientific Support
Recruit scientists, clinicians, and consumer advocates to participate in scientific meetings.
Develop and track schedules for tasks and deliverables.

Leidos is looking for a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) processes for multiple projects and teams on the Task Order. The successful candidate will help configure the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to the Task Order's needs, standardizing and documenting practices to ensure valued delivery to the customer.

Computer Operator to support an IT program for The Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services Internal Service Desk. The service desk consists of a centralized service desk and related roles tied to specific networking/telecom functions. The Challenge:
Assist in the design, development, and testing of aerospace technologies and devices to support research at NAMRU-D.
Conduct naval aeromedical research and development using advanced equipment, emerging technologies, or scientific phenomena.

Leidos is seeking a TS/SCI cleared Senior Systems Engineer to support Post Production Software Support (PPSS) and Post Deployment Software Support (PDSS) engineering and technical services to the CECOM IEW&S Directorate Sensors and Mission Division (SMED) based in Aberdeen MD with operations located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD .
Successful candidates will support our customer in creating capabilities and providing technical services, subject matter expertise, and software solutions and services for platforms such as the Guardrail Common Sensors (GRCS) and Operational Ground Station. This support is an essential in maintaining readiness for today's modern platform sensor systems.
Primary Responsibilities
Interacts with system users to translate their requirements into systems, hardware, and software requirements and design. Oversees the development of test strategies. Manages small team efforts to solve system analysis problems in the functional area to which assigned. Additional duties may include: performing requirements and design reviews; analyzing specification updates and management; supporting engineering reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR); managing and responding to Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Change Requests (CRs); performing safety analysis and reporting; conducting safety analyses, planning, and reporting; performing software engineering assessments and technical evaluations; and determining completeness, accuracy, clarity, maintainability, supportability, reusability, and performance of software products to meet specification requirements. Maintain communications with the customer on a daily basis.
Basic Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or other engineering or technical discipline and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience. Years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Current and Active TS/SCI clearance required
Five years of functional experience performing analysis and decomposition of high level user requirements into functional system, software and hardware requirements.
Understanding and experience in the complete life-cycle of the software in military systems.
Familiarity with network & systems administration concepts
Experience in Post Deployment Software Support (PDSS) & Post Production Software Support (PPSS) projects and programs.
Experience with Virtual Machines (VMWare) and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
Willing to travel up to 10% CONUS to support operational requirements.
Demonstrated experience working within matrixed teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree is desirable.
Security+ Visual Basic, Visual Studio, C#, C++, Python, plug-in architectures.
Jira, Confluence,
TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is preferred.
