• Critically analyze all metrics (including but not limited to financial reports, Quality Assurance Inspections, Guest Feedback, Guest Service Logs, Labor efficiency and Associate Turnover), assess actual performance to defined benchmarks, identify variances, and initiate corrective action.

• Monitor performance to defined goals, provide regular feedback for all direct reports.

• Perform Emergency Response duties as required for this role in the Emergency Response Organizational Chart and Plan.

Summary

The Senior Data Analyst role is to deliver a final business solution to the operations team through a Power Bi experience. The Data Analyst's technical skills will be put to the test as they shape data into a crispy design through a smooth user experience. The Data Analyst is expected to be a domain expert of supply chains and their use cases. This position will work on cutting edge data technology as a key user on Ryder's Azure Data Lake driving the analytics initiatives as an expert in this field. Dig deep into the core issues of business problems in order to drive a solution that gets at the heart of the causative problem. On this team, the Data Analyst will get the chance to be the expert of supply chain solutions, collaborating with Data Analysts and Scientists, using all the skills in order to exploit data to drive the business forward. This will push the envelope of what is possible within the big data space; streaming live data into a data lake and experimenting with data in the data sandbox.

These roles will be a little different from our typical Senior Data Analyst positions in that they will involve more travel and be focused on supporting new DM sites with analytics during startup.

GAME ON

Our Sports Bar Management Team - General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Hospitality Manager, Service Manager - works together in operating our sports bars on a day to day basis ensuring that we're ready to win the game. As a member of the Management Team, you will be responsible for either leading the Restaurant Management Team, Heart of House (BOH) and Bar Operations, Take-Out/Delivery, Servers, Bartenders or Kitchen (HOH) Team Members and related department goals and initiatives. It will be up to you to make sure that operations are running smoothly while creating legendary experiences for our guests.

WE'LL PROVIDE THE PLAYBOOK, HERE'S WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• You know the business. You have general knowledge oflabor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

• You have the education and experience. You're a high school graduate or similar. Extra points if you bring a bachelor's degree, have 1-5 years of restaurant experience and/or 1-5 years of previous management experience.

• You're Team focused. You have a passion for training and developing your Team.
