Title: SUPPORT TECHNICIAN I Location: United States-Virginia-Virginia Beach Job Number: 220001XM Job Summary: Resolves information systems problems involving office automation, data communications, LAN, POS, etc. Provides first line customer support, determines nature of, and urgency of problem, dispatches help, etc. Duties and Responsibilities: Incumbents of this position must be U.S. Citizens. - Provides first line information systems customer support to information system users worldwide using technical knowledge of computer hardware and software. Identifies and where possible, corrects the problem. - Manages and controls all requests for information systems resources by using an automated help desk tracking system. Enters all requests for resources/assistance into the system, and tracks status/progress of open requests. - Obtains all mandatory information and enough of a description to sufficiently describe the problem and dispatch appropriate assistance to resolve the problem. - Determines the nature and urgency of the problem. Refers problems to the appropriate level for resolution. Where required, notifies supervisor and management of urgent or sensitive problem areas. - Monitors and updates status of open trouble reports, and provides feedback/status to customers. - May provide weekly and monthly productivity reports, or assist in preparation of such reports. - Ensure/implement the rigorous application of Information Security/Information Assurance policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of Systems, Applications and/or Services (Hardware & Software). - Perform other related duties as assigned. Department of the Navy (DON) Cyber Information Technology / Cybersecurity Workforce positions (Cyber IT/CSWF). This position has been designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position in specialty area 41 and as a condition of employment incumbents of this position are required to comply with the DON Cyber IT/CSWF Program requirements of SECNAV M-5239.2, which include: 1. Duties and Responsibilities: Incumbents of this position must be U.S. Citizens. - Provides Information Technology (IT) services and support to Navy Exchanges, Navy Lodges, NEX Distribution Centers/warehouses, and district offices in a region and other activities outside the region, as assigned. - Responsible for: technical and logistical support; user services, and maintenance of telecommunication, network, Point of Sale, RF, and Desktop computing equipment, as well as dumb terminals, printers/multifuntion devices and other related peripheral equipment. - Performs capacity planning and analysis for new and currently installed networks. - Installs and modifies network hardware and software as required. - Installs and modifies desktop computing hardware and software as required. - Implements new networks from design through post installation stages including cable plants, installation, and testing. - Responsible for documentation of, and ongoing asset management of, networks and all IT equipment in the region. - Performs troubleshooting and repair of down or malfunctioning networks and equipment. - Assists in performing ongoing optimization of networks and desktop computing systems in the region. - Assists in minor computer operations maintenance and troubleshooting for Distribution Center mainframe, and provides support for Distribution Center conveyor equipment. - Acts as Code I point of contact in the field for store and distribution center management. - Provides oral and written reports to regional lead technician and Field Support Supervisor. - Takes technical and operational direction from NEXCOM Field Support Supervisor, and Regional Lead Technician. - Ensure/implement the rigorous application of Information Security/Information Assurance policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of Systems, Applications and/or Services (Hardware & Software). - Must possess valid driver's license to support off site facilities. - Performs other related duties as assigned. The Accounting Clerk obligations will consist of matching invoices to purchase orders/ vouchers, data entry, and assisting with Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R). Overview:
The Retail Store Closing Lead is the visible leader on the sales floor, ensuring a consistently positive customer and associate experience. The Lead will circulate throughout the store and engage in customer and associate interaction, in a manner consistent with our Burlington's core values, utilizing the MOD Sales Driving Priorities to provide coaching, recognition, and task follow up. The Lead will support the store leadership team by working closing shifts on nights and weekends as part of the leadership rotation schedule.
Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule; including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
Responsibilities:
Role model for exemplary customer service behaviors. The Store Closing Lead will provide a great Customer Service experience to all customers and associates with a high level of professionalism.
Engage associates, promote open communication, provide recognition and coaching in the moment
Touch base with each associate to establish priorities
Monitor the front-end experience and ensure a great first and last impression
Observe and provide feedback to Customer Service Lead on speed of checkout, line management and friendliness
Review daily staffing, lunch/break schedules and cashier coverage.
Assign back-up cashier to ensure timely processing during peak periods
Evaluate recovery needs, monitor fitting room, selling floor, front end, missing ticket trouble rack, and sizing recover.
Follow-up on assigned workload planner and tasks and ensure completion. Ensure associates understand the expectations and have the tool necessary to perform them

Primary Responsibilities

Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare. Keep them up-to-date about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their business.
Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.
Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience.
