This candidate will have experience in the use of scheduling tools especially MS Project (2010+) and solid knowledge of MS Office tools. Demonstrable knowledge of critical path processes. This position requires the ability to learn existing internal tools/processes and accept supervisory critique.
Specific Duties include:
With limited supervision after training, conduct review of monthly schedule submittals from contractors to the government (schedule analyses) Identify schedule drivers and changes from month to month
Produce meaningful metrics and Respond to customer questions
Present analyses monthly in various formats and customer forums
Be able to identify areas of potential conflict
Identify critical paths to major deliverables
Support Integrated Baseline Reviews

Qualifications

SAIC Is looking for an Administrative Specialist in Norfolk, VA .
Provide the NEPA administrative record management for USFF and PACFLT including training, tracking, organizing, and storing relevant administrative record material; training USN and/or contractor personnel on the use of the administrative record tool box, including the production of training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs); indexing and maintaining inventory of the environmental document library. Work accomplished in accordance with the NEPA as outlined in SECNAVINST 5090.6 Series and OPNAV M-5090.1; and the Administrative Records Act.
Provide consolidated administrative record management for all actions occurring in the USFF and PACFLT Area of Responsibility (AOR). This includes gathering, synthesizing, developing, and disseminating administrative record guidance to all components developing administrative records for USFF and PACFLT ensuring that all ongoing efforts are following established administrative record guidelines; providing training on administrative records management at multiple locations throughout the USFF and PACFLT AOR; and maintaining critical files/deliverables of ongoing administrative record efforts at USFF and PACFLT.
Provide administrative record management for all ongoing environmental planning efforts in the USFF and PACFLT AOR including inventory of the environmental document library and creation of an index to assist in litigation/related data queries.
Assist in gathering, compiling, and cataloging documents for individual project administrative records and monitor individual project administrative record procedures for compliance with USN requirements.
Develop user friendly administrative record reference materials for dissemination to NEPA project team members including laminated cards for ready reference. Develop presentations, PowerPoint, and other presentation materials that can be used by USFF, PACFLT, and other commands/agencies (e.g., systems commands, Office of Naval Research, Naval Information Warfare Systems Command, etc.)
Develop process improvements as a result of lessons learned from administration record compilation for litigation.
Manage command tasker system for N46-assigned taskers, including coordination with management to assign responsible parties, and uploading of final approved products into the appropriate system(s).
Other duties as designated in support of environmental training operations.

SAIC is seeking a national security space operations subject matter expert (SME) to support the Space Forces-Space (S4S) S3 Operations Directorate located at Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA. SAIC is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager to lead and manage our IT infrastructure teams, ensuring top-level service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across Data Center, Network, and Security teams, while ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs), service levels, and the ITIL Foundation execution model. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing relationships with challenging customers, driving operational excellence, and fostering continuous improvement across all service areas.
Key Responsibilities:
. Service Delivery & Performance Management :
. Lead the infrastructure service delivery function, ensuring that all teams consistently meet or exceed KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
. Develop and implement processes aligned with ITIL best practices to drive efficient and reliable operations.
. Ensure alignment of the infrastructure teams with organizational goals and service delivery expectations.
. Data Center Management :
. Oversee the Data Center operations team, including Oracle and SQL DBAs, server teams, and related functions to maintain uptime and performance.
. Ensure optimal functioning of systems and infrastructure, addressing issues proactively to minimize downtime.
. Network Operations & Oversight :
. Manage a 24/7/365 Network Operations Center (NOC), ensuring network performance and uptime across Cisco, Palo Alto, and Aruba wireless environments.
. Collaborate with the NOC team to resolve network incidents quickly and efficiently, ensuring continuity and high performance.
. Security Operations :
. Oversee the 24/7/365 Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring compliance with security standards and proactive threat management.
. Coordinate with the security team to address and mitigate cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
. Customer & Stakeholder Management :
. Serve as the primary point of contact for a challenging customer base, managing escalations and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
. Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive improvements and meet service expectations.
. Continuous Improvement & Innovation :
. Identify and implement opportunities for service improvements and automation.
. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of infrastructure management.
Qualifications
Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
. Proven experience (5+ years) managing IT infrastructure services in a large, complex environment.
. Strong knowledge of ITIL Foundation model and experience with service management frameworks.
. Expertise in managing Data Center operations, including Oracle and SQL DBA functions, as well as server infrastructure.
. Experience managing 24/7/365 NOC and SOC environments, with knowledge of Cisco, Palo Alto, and Aruba wireless networks.
. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
. Experience working with challenging customers and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
Preferred Skills:
. ITIL certification (Foundation or higher).
. Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
. Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
Location:
This position is located in Anaheim, California, and may require some local driving and occasional travel.
