Description
This is a Senior/SME position for the network engineering team, providing network engineering expertise over a Global LAN/WAN enterprise. The well qualified candidate will possess and apply comprehensive knowledge regarding the engineering and implementation of network transport solutions. The candidate must be capable of planning and leading the testing, implementation, and maintenance of networking (LAN/WAN) technologies and devices. The candidate must be capable of evaluating performance results, performing risk assessments, and recommending changes affecting network transport configuration/implementation. The position directly supports DoS on-site and hybrid work schedule to provide network engineering services to over 100,000 customers globally.
This role is hybrid with 2 days per week onsite.
Responsibilities include:
Works directly with the DoS customer to build, design, test and deploy enterprise network transport solutions utilizing Cisco routers/switches.
Develop and deploy network engineering solutions in compliance with Enterprise Architecture standards.
Collaborate with technical SMEs on enterprise-wide solutions, participate in technical working groups, and contribute to technical advisory boards.
Participate in peer review of network configuration change requests prior to deployment.
Implementation of configuration changes.
Tier III Support and Maintenance activities.
Service Requests: monitor, resolve, update and close service request tickets.
Documenting network infrastructure components, drawings.
Assist in developing and documenting procedures and processes.
Qualifications
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a computer science/computer engineering related discipline; may accept additional experience in lieu of degree.
10+ years IT security/network engineering support experience. (Engineering, Tier II, Tier III, network infrastructure implementation and maintenance)
Solid understanding and analysis of network flows and OSI model.
Experience implementing large enterprise/global network solutions.
Expert experience in BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, GRE, DMVPN, IPSEC, MACSEC, Multicast, Unicast.
Expert experience with Cisco network platforms: routers, switches, VPN concentrators, network management. (ISR/ASR/Nexus)
Expert knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
Experience working directly with Government customer.
Technical writing and documentation/diagram skills. (MS Visio/MS Word/MS Excel).
Required Clearance:
US Citizenship.
Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Cisco Certified Network Professional - CCNP.
Experience with SD-WAN technologies desirable.
Experience with Cloud technologies, Microsoft Azure/Amazon Web Services desirable.

Responsibilities include:
Execute the duties and responsibilities as a senior member of the DOS ICAM operations team.
Provide senior level engineering design and operations support to provide enterprise-level solutions using physical and virtual networking technologies, server hosting, and storage solutions.

Qualifications
Required Education and Skills:

Experience designing, deploying and operating ICAM systems such as Sailpoint (preferred), Radiant Logic (preferred), Okta, CyberArk, etc.

SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst to support our IC customer in Springfield, VA. This individual will support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's Cybersecurity Office as the lead project scheduler. Primary responsibility is to serve as the lead scheduler for the Cybersecurity Office's Integrated Master Schedule.
The individual will coordinate with multiple offices and program leads to populate the Integrated Master Schedule and will ensure project leads are integrated into the Cybersecurity Office's project management cycle. The Navy Business Group currently has a career opportunity for Fleet training program analyst to provide support to Commander, U.S. Fleet Forces (USFF) in Norfolk, VA.
The individual in this position will provide fleet training and readiness program analysis and assessment, and serve as an action officer for the USFF Fleet/Joint Training Directorate (N7). Program analysts have experience at the senior level including supervisory experience. Program analysts, in general, review program (specific) data, evaluate program plans/changes and assist in the preparation of documents with various senior-level, civilian and military stakeholders. They are able to analyze program information, strategize plans, produce quality analytic work in the form of information papers, white papers, briefs, and executive correspondence and effectively present the results in a clear and concise manner when required. Program Analysts utilize time and government furnished equipment/information to accomplish their tasks successfully and promote program efficiencies. They are subject matter experts (SME) in their fields of expertise.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced analyst and SME in naval training events and exercises (in particular, Large Scale Exercises [LSE]). Echelon III or higher staff experience and a working knowledge or understanding of U.S. Navy fleet training programs and the Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP) are a must for this position. In addition, he/she will have excellent public speaking, presentation, and time management skills, as well as at least eight (8) years of applicable program analyst experience in:
. U.S. Navy fleet and/or Joint training operations, policy, doctrine, systems, and staff procedures, including an understanding of the Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP), Fleet Response Training Plan (FRTP), Fleet Training Continuum (FTC) and other Navy training policies
. Managing/ prioritizing large, complex projects involving numerous stakeholders
. Team and/or project leader
. Leading working groups and cross functional teams
. Leveraging best practices and handling multiple tasks and interruptions with minimal impact on productivity/deliverables
. Engaging Senior Staff at the Flag Officer/Director/Manager level in both written and oral format

Specific Functional Area duties include, but not limited to:
. Assist in the planning, execution, assessment and oversight of Large Scale Exercise (LSE)
. Provide subject matter expertise on planning issues across the full spectrum of LSE exercise lifecycle
. Provide support, analyze, coordinate, and provide administrative responses to formal, informal, emergent and routine tasks concerning planning and execution of LSE
. Provide recommendations and advice to USFF N7 government representatives in a variety of forums, meetings, conferences and working groups
. Understand and support exercise life cycle events
. Provide subject matter expertise during planning, execution, and assessment events covering a broad range of planning topics (e.g., exercise control, opposing force (OPFOR), manpower, etc.)
. Assist in coordinating and updating senior Government officials on the day-to-day execution of ongoing exercise lifecycle events
. Assist in researching, developing and/or coordinating various LSE event -hot wash- documents, after action reports (AAR), and post-event analysis
. Prepare calling, planning and summary messages for exercise events
Qualifications
REQUIRED BACKGROUND / EDUCATION / SKILLS:
. Bachelor of Arts or Science degree and Secret clearance
. Active military duty experience (more than 15 years) at the mid-grade to senior officer level
. Ten (10) years of experience in naval operations
. Eight (8) years of general training program analyst and Functional Area experience (12 years in lieu of degree will be considered); see detailed tasks above
. Two (2) years of experience in Naval exercise planning required, four (4) years of experience desired
. Broad knowledge of Department of the Navy organizational missions and Title 10 responsibilities and USFF command mission
. Superior writing and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently and closely with senior personnel
DESIRED BACKGROUND / EDUCATION / SKILLS:

SAIC is seeking an Information Security Specialist in Arlington, VA to support the Army National Guard (ARNG), focusing on derivative classification, standard operating procedures (SOP) and security education, training, and awareness (SETA) for Information Security (INFOSEC) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) programs. INFOSEC concerns effective classification, dissemination and safeguarding methodologies for protection of classified national defense and other sensitive information originated or controlled by Federal agencies.
Job Duties:
Identifying information requiring protection through Security Classification Guides (SCG)
Development of classification guides, document marking, safeguarding, and use
Personnel access controls and Visitor access rosters

SAIC is seeking an SCI Specialist to support the Army National Guard and the broader military intelligence community on the Military Intelligence Services Support (MISS) Contract in Arlington, VA .
Job Duties:
Assist in the development, planning, and coordinating the strategy for establishment and accreditation of SCI facilities managed by the Army National Guard G2 throughout the 54 states and territories
Support ARNG SSOs by conducting site visits and prepare site visit reports
Coordinate with other security personnel to address any issues related to SCIF access, maintenance, or security breaches
