This position is in support of the Department of State (DOS) as a part of the Vanguard 2.2.1 contract. The candidate will be responsible for the development of Virtualization solutions utilizing VMWare and Cloud technologies. The candidate will research, analyze, evaluate and integrate as necessary new and emerging technologies in order to find ways to deliver a superior IT environment to the bureaus in a cost effective and secure manner. The candidate will support the continuing goal of incorporating these innovative technologies into the Department's equipment modernization program.
Description of Duties:
Execute the duties and responsibilities as a member of the System Integrity Office (SIO).
Design, integrate, and deploy VMWare IT solutions.
Provide operational engineering support to enterprise-level solutions using virtual server hosting, backup solutions, off-site data replication and service level storage solutions.
Provision Virtual Machines and patches to the software and hardware hosting infrastructure.
Participate in on-call after-hours support rotation, responding to support calls after-hours/weekends/holidays/shutdowns.
Update system and process documentation and user guides as needed diagrams and SOPs as needed.
Qualifications
Required Education & Experience:
BS and 9+ years of related experience; Masters and 7+ years; Additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
VMware Experience
VMWare and vSphere design, integration and deployment.
Knowledge or Training on VMware and ESX 6.0+ deployment, configuration, and maintenance.

SAIC is seeking a motivated and dedicated Senior Program Control Analyst to support a large program within the Air Force & Combatant Commands Business Group.
This position can be worked remotely 100% nationwide.
Typical Responsibilities:
Interface with program managers, SAIC's finance, accounting, contracts, subcontracts, and procurement organizations as well as external customers on a daily basis to address operational issues in a timely and effective manner.
Responsible for preparation of financial deliverables and internal/external reports to include Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, monthly latest revised estimates (LREs), and Estimates At Complete (EACs).
Support the preparation and distribution financial information and analysis within required deadlines and ensure that the information provided is concise, relevant, and understandable to assist program management and operation leadership in making intelligent business decisions.
Submit and maintain purchase requisitions for subcontractors, consultants, and materials; monitoring subcontractor's cost and review/approval of invoices.
Assist with future proposal development and contract negotiation activities utilizing sound business judgment.
Support cash flow improvement initiatives by maintaining detailed, complex invoice backup reports that drive customer invoice approvals.
Analyze and reconcile cash flow, profitability, invoicing, unbillables, and costs on hold on a recurring basis.
Support development of budgets (spend plans) for assigned programs and perform financial analysis on funding profiles and program financial variances.

Qualifications
Required Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in a related discipline, and six (6) years or more of related experience in Federal government contracting; Masters and four (4) years or more experience in Federal government contracting; PhD and 0 years related experience in Federal government contracting.
US Citizenship is required.
Experience in providing financial tracking and support for the government customer in areas of Program Control, Finance, Cost Estimating, Financial Analysis, or Accounting.
Experience in financial planning and analysis.
Candidate should be familiar with multiple program types (CPAF, CPFF, LOE, FPLOE, FFP, T&M, IDIQs, etc.) with varying degree of complexities.
Proven experience across project planning and control and variance analysis with a background in Federal procurement.
Demonstrate the ability to process and analyze large volumes of data in Excel and consolidate into management level reports.
Knowledge of general and corporate business practices, government contracting regulations and principles, and accounting and finance principles.
Well versed in the entire life cycle of a program from proposal development through contract close out.
Complete understanding of financial analysis such as return on sales (ROS), return on cost (ROC), annual operating plans, accounts receivable, and revenue & profit forecasts, as well as an understanding of the preparation of program baseline data, EAC development, and cost estimating/pricing.

The Navy Business Group currently has a career opportunity for a fleet training program analyst to provide Fleet Deployment Training Program analysis to Commander, U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) in Norfolk, VA.
The individual in this position will provide fleet deployment training program policy and standards analysis support and serve as an action officer for the USFF Fleet/Joint Training Directorate (N7). Program analysts have experience at the senior level including supervisory experience. Program analysts, in general, review program (specific) data, evaluate program plans/changes and assist in the preparation of documents with various senior-level, civilian and military stakeholders. They are able to analyze program information, strategize plans, produce quality analytic work in the form of information papers, white papers, briefs, and executive correspondence and effectively present the results in a clear and concise manner when required. Program Analysts utilize time and government furnished equipment/information to accomplish their tasks successfully and promote program efficiencies. They are subject matter experts (SME) in their fields of expertise.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced program analyst (at least eight years' experience) and SME in fleet training policy and standards. Echelon III (or higher) staff experience and a working knowledge or understanding of U.S. Navy fleet training policy and programs, the Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP), and the Fleet Response Training Plan (FRTP) are highly desired for this position. Qualifications
Required Education & Experience:
