SAIC is seeking an innovative Network Engineer Supervisor to lead a Tactical Network (TACNET) division in Norfolk, VA . Outstanding Team Leads are accountable, trustworthy, and able to build lasting relationships with their teams. As the Enhanced Distance Support (EDS) Team Lead, you will direct and support TACNET Fleet Engineers with their mission of providing superior technical assistance to Navy Fleet Customers. In addition to helping the team meet day-to-day operational requirements, you will part of part of strategic initiatives that allow the TACNET team to operate more efficiently/effectively, while aligning to the Navy's continuous pursuit of achieving and maintaining optimal Mission Readiness. An individual successful in this role will demonstrate a balance of Leadership, and understanding of the Fleet Customer's day-to-day operations and challenges, and be able to apply basic project management and business best practices/principles. They must be able to adapt with an ever evolving Fleet and be open to positive change.
This role will support the Tactical Networks (TACNET) Capabilities Based In-Service Engineering Agent (CB-ISEA). TACNET CB-ISEA supports the sustainment and modernization of Automated Digital Network System (ADNS), Consolidated Afloat Network and Enterprise Services (CANES), Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System Maritime (CENTRIXS-M), Integration Shipboard Networking System (ISNS), Sensitive Compartmented Information Networks (SCI-N), Video Information Exchange System (VIXS), and Wireless Reach back System (WRBS) Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC-PAC) PMW160 Programs of Record (POR) systems. Support is provided to United States Navy (USN) Fleet Users/Administrators.
Management Duties:
Project management providing support, guidance, and direction to subject matter experts (SMEs) pertaining to Enhanced distance support (EDS) tasking and remote technical assistance to US Navy ships for supported C4I systems (i.e., ADNS, CANES, ISNS, CENTRIX-M, SCI Networks, VIXS, and WRBS).
Interface with Active Duty Military personnel and US Government employees to provide break/fix course of actions (COAs) pertaining to NAVWAR PMW160 fielded Tactical Networks in a fast paced, high energy environment.
Ensuring that all metrics are being collected, maintained, and provided to the customer.
Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Motivating your Team and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
Updating work schedules as required.
Perform daily, weekly, monthly reporting duties or as required.
Occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations in support of customer requirements.
Provide occasional off-hours support.

Provide mentorship and counseling to SMEs to support both technical and career growth.
Partake in and/or conduct interviews of prospective SMEs.

Work in cooperation with external stakeholders, including consultants, agencies and vendors, to develop workflows and processes, both internal to TACNET as well as cross-functional.
Assist with developing SOPs and guides to facilitate repeatable processes and best practices.
Attend and participate in technical meetings, report on technical progress, prepare briefs, and provide presentation.
Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
Ensure the mentoring of entry-level employees to get them on the same level as the team.
Technical Duties:
Exercise a combination of both problem-solving and innovation skills to attend to technical production challenges.
At a high-level, be able to analyze issues in an enterprise LAN shipboard environment to determine the best course of action towards resolution.
Review team assignments for accuracy and quality.
Interface with US Navy Customers regarding the proper approach to maintaining Navy Afloat networks and associated components and capabilities.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience in a relevant field; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
Experience with TACNET Programs of Record Systems: ADNS, CANES, CENTRIXS, ISNS, SCI Networks, VIXS OR WRBS.
5+ years of Network/Server/IT support within an enterprise environment.
2+ years of management/leadership experience in IT field.
Coaching and mentoring skills.
REQUIRED CLEARANCE:
Must have a current Active Secret Clearance.
Must be a current U.S. Citizen.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
Must have a current DoD IAT Level II certification such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CASP certification.
Must be able to obtain one additional certification such as CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, Linux+, VCP, or equivalent within 6 months of hire date.

SAIC is seeking a Systems Engineer to provide Class Desk support on Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs within PMA 299 (https://navair.navy.mil/orgterm/PMA-299) , H-60 Multi-Mission helicopter's Program Office at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) in Patuxent River, MD with option to work remote few days a week. In this role the selected candidate will provide engineering support to up to eight of different FMS teams while providing direct support to the FMS Class Desk APMSE and teams. Direct support will include interface will all teams and providing technical recommendations to the FMS team as a whole.
This position is hybrid remote and requires onsite support in California, MD 2-3 days per week. Must be local or willing to relocate to the area to be considered. An Interim Secret clearance is required.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide technical inputs in the creation and review of all engineering documents (ex. SOW, CDRL, technical proposals, SETR planning, technical maturity, etc.) for accuracy and compliance with requirements as defined by the FMS Case
Coordinate SETR events with the Contractor(s) as assigned by the APMSE.
Coordinate meetings as requested that require participation from Contractor(s) and/or the PMA domestic team
As required, participate in PMRs, technical reviews, technical coordination meetings, Test Planning Working Groups (TPWG), CSWG, System Safety Working Group (SSWG), Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs)/Model Based Systems Engineering Activities, conferences, briefings, and other significant program activities.
Review, analyze and track specifications and data packages; review suitability/supportability documentation; review and provide technical recommendations on ECPs and Technical Directives; and participate in technical working groups to resolve any engineering issues. Assist with the development of appropriate engineering documentation, formal letters, informal memos and other general correspondence
Facilitate communications across all stakeholders (PMA IPTs, FMS, USN, Contractor, FST, etc.)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
SAIC is seeking an experienced Program Integrator with cost/finance experience to provide support to a Customer office that drives strategic innovation by leading the evaluation, adaptation, and adoption of emerging technology. The candidate will be the primary support in creating the fiscal budget, monitoring and tracking budget execution rates, and reporting on office funding. S/he will work with other resource teams to ensure accurate budget reporting, provide monthly updates on funding, and seek ways to meet enterprise goals and provide recommendations. In addition to cost/budget duties, the candidate will perform important programmatic functions to support the Customer's mission. Other key duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Monitor on a daily basis the Customer's financial management system.
Support the creation and management of Service Level Agreements for contract support.
Assist with collecting and creating weekly and monthly highlights.
Oversee agenda and content for a bi-weekly Impact Board discussion on new technologies with primary stakeholder.
Assist with all elements of a project to build a SCIF in primary stakeholder's facility including budget and action item tracking.
Update and maintain the content management system on SharePoint, the office website, and shared folders. Post announcements and relevant documents.
Assist with responses to data calls from senior managers and congressional taskers.
Work closely with and serve as back up to the office program integrator who tracks ongoing office activities and initiatives, ensuring appropriate and timely action is taken.

This position can be worked remotely 100% nationwide.
Typical Responsibilities:
Interface with program managers, SAIC's finance, accounting, contracts, subcontracts, and procurement organizations as well as external customers on a daily basis to address operational issues in a timely and effective manner.
Responsible for preparation of financial deliverables and internal/external reports to include Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, monthly latest revised estimates (LREs), and Estimates At Complete (EACs).

Experience in providing financial tracking and support for the government customer in areas of Program Control, Finance, Cost Estimating, Financial Analysis, or Accounting.

SAIC is seeking a talented Test Engineer to support NSWC Crane and the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) Hypersonic weapons system program. Position itself is located at the Washington DC Navy Yard .

JOB DESCRIPTION:
In this role, the candidates will assist the Government National Team (GNT) in all flight test planning, coordination, and post mission activities, working closely with top program leadership and a variety of other agencies and stakeholders (service agencies, contractors, government national labs, warfare centers). Candidates will help facilitate coordination and integration between CPS Program Office leadership and staff, their counterparts at Prime Contractor sites, and other National Team sites in support of test activities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical and administrative support to the CPS SPC5 Test and Evaluation (T&E) functional branch.
Help prepare test execution estimates for submission to Financial and Contracts team.
Progress monitoring and reporting. Candidate will provide weekly status reporting directly to the CPS Major Program Manager (MPM), Deputy Major Program Manager (DMPM), and Technical Director (TD).
Organization and participation in all technical and readiness reviews for Army and Navy flight tests, including technical working groups.
Collaboration with all stakeholder groups to determine and communicate test requirements.
Preparation and delivery of briefings for Flight Test Coordination Working Groups.
Support for range coordination and planning activities, including range safety working groups.
Support for CPS Mission Architecture and Baseline Management meetings and activities.

Qualifications
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCE:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aerospace Engineering Degree preferred) and four (4) years experience; Masters and three (3) years experience.
Ability to work cross-organization coordination efforts and engage directly with senior DoD personnel and industry executives.
Strong oral presentation and written communication skills. Candidate will need to lead high-level working group meetings and deliver briefings to top program leadership.
Understanding of DoD T&E process with 2+ years DoD T&E experience
Knowledge & understanding of applicable requirements documents, such as the Capability Development Document (CDD) and Capability Production Document (CPD) and understanding that the test must be planned and designed so that results are relatable to CDD & CPD requirements.
Secret clearance required to start with the ability to obtain a top secret clearance.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Basic knowledge & understanding of air vehicle software, including development and qualification processes, system redundancy, and fault/failure detection & accommodation methods, and configuration control processes.
Skill & ability to utilize simulation, when appropriate, to predict test results, to practice test maneuvers and communication procedures, and to fine tune buildup procedures.
Practical flight test engineering experience spanning range coordination, test planning and reporting
Ability to design an appropriate test; produce a test plan and subsequent amendments; and present & obtain approval of that test plan through a series of reviews, including Range Safety meetings, test readiness reviews, etc, for a highly complex, integrated system or high risk test project.
Knowledge & understanding of the flight scheduling processes and procedures, including airspace, frequency allocation, chase aircraft requirements and usage.
