SAIC is hiring a Senior Cloud Computing Engineer to join the Cloud One Digital Engineering Team. This position is hybrid remote . Candidates will be required to work onsite as needed. As a result candidates for the role must be located near Gunter Air Force Base (Montgomery, AL), Hanscom Air Force Base (Boston, MA), Andrews Air Force Base (Maryland), Joint Base Charleston, SC, or any approved SIPRnet facility.
This team is responsible for the architecture, engineering and sustainment of the Air Force Cloud Digital Engineering platform currently deployed on AWS Cloud. This work supports the Cloud One Digital Engineering program under the Air Force Lifecycle Management Center Office for Network Integration (AFLCMC/HNI). Cloud One is an existing global, interconnected, virtualized, hybrid, and IT infrastructure hosting mission systems, applications, services, and data serves the U.S. Air Force (USAF) and other Government Customers. Cloud One facilitates the Government's efforts to migrate applications to a cloud environment, allowing the closure of data centers to support the Data Center Optimization Initiative (DCOI) and allowing for increased efficiencies across the entire spectrum of the USAF operations.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD or JD and zero (0) years or more experience.
Additional experience will be accepted in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities include:
Planning and executing OTTI CFT meetings and agendas. Synchronize OTTI CFT activities with Air Force Futures and Air Force Corporate Structure (AFCS) schedules and tempo.
Assist with development of OTTI CFT documents, presentations, and communications.
Develop responses to official tasking and establish and maintain records management system.
Serve as division conduit to the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process.

SAIC is looking for a Project Engineer to provides Systems Engineering and Technical Advisory (SETA) support to the Government Program Office Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) in planning, developing, and monitoring program and technical activities in the development, procurement, and maintenance of satellite communications ground software and command & control systems.
Detailed Position Description:
Serve as Ground Software / Command & Control Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Provide support to Government COTR in overseeing the software development Contractor's program execution.
Review and monitor the Contractor's:
o Requirements functional analysis and allocation
o Proposed architecture and design
o Proposed development plan and schedule
o Proposed test program and test results
o Systems Engineering Master Plan (SEMP)
o System/Subsystem Specifications
o Version Description Documents (VDD)
o Test Plans, Test Procedures, Test Reports
o System Requirements Specification (SysRS)/ Technical Requirements Document (TRD)
o Statements of Work for engineering change proposals
o Use Cases, Concept of Operations (CONOPS), System Interface Documents
o Recommend specifications and standards for use as contractual compliance/reference documents.
o Prepare and coordinate RFC packages.
o Brief at Government-chaired Engineering Review Boards / Configuration Management Boards
o Evaluate Contractors' RFC impact analyses.
o Perform technical evaluation of Contractor proposals.
o Participate in Contractor formal reviews (SRR, SDR, PDR, CDR, TRR)
o Witness Contractor-conducted factory testing
o Review Discrepancy Reports (DRs) and provide recommendations of prioritization and adjudication of fixes.
o Assist in software release planning.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
TS/SCI clearance
BS degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent technical field with 9 years or more experience; Masters and 7 years or more experience.
Strong written, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to independently work through all stages of tasking.
Ability to travel occasionally (approx. quarterly)
Knowledge of systems engineering and mission assurance specifications and standards
Familiarity with Agile development and methodology
Familiarity with Cloud platforms and services
7-9 Years software engineering or technical experience, preferably with ground-related systems

Job Duties:
Perform analysis of cloud-based systems and identify potential security vulnerabilities and solutions.
Create written reports/tickets detailing security deficiencies and recommended improvements.

SAIC Is looking for an Administrative Specialist in Norfolk, VA .
Provide the NEPA administrative record management for USFF and PACFLT including training, tracking, organizing, and storing relevant administrative record material; training USN and/or contractor personnel on the use of the administrative record tool box, including the production of training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs); indexing and maintaining inventory of the environmental document library. Work accomplished in accordance with the NEPA as outlined in SECNAVINST 5090.6 Series and OPNAV M-5090.1; and the Administrative Records Act.
Provide consolidated administrative record management for all actions occurring in the USFF and PACFLT Area of Responsibility (AOR). This includes gathering, synthesizing, developing, and disseminating administrative record guidance to all components developing administrative records for USFF and PACFLT ensuring that all ongoing efforts are following established administrative record guidelines; providing training on administrative records management at multiple locations throughout the USFF and PACFLT AOR; and maintaining critical files/deliverables of ongoing administrative record efforts at USFF and PACFLT.
Provide administrative record management for all ongoing environmental planning efforts in the USFF and PACFLT AOR including inventory of the environmental document library and creation of an index to assist in litigation/related data queries.
Assist in gathering, compiling, and cataloging documents for individual project administrative records and monitor individual project administrative record procedures for compliance with USN requirements.
Develop user friendly administrative record reference materials for dissemination to NEPA project team members including laminated cards for ready reference. Develop presentations, PowerPoint, and other presentation materials that can be used by USFF, PACFLT, and other commands/agencies (e.g., systems commands, Office of Naval Research, Naval Information Warfare Systems Command, etc.)
Develop process improvements as a result of lessons learned from administration record compilation for litigation.
Manage command tasker system for N46-assigned taskers, including coordination with management to assign responsible parties, and uploading of final approved products into the appropriate system(s).
Other duties as designated in support of environmental training operations.

Qualifications
Minimum of an Associate's Degree.
Five (5) years of relevant experience in administrative and record keeping procedures. Familiarity with library, data bases, and electronic document storage; File Transfer Protocol (FTP); and understanding of digital archiving.
Comprehensive administrative skills including computer operations, word processing, computer presentations (MS PowerPoint), and spreadsheets.
Demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written.
Security clearance required: Secret
