SAIC is seeking a Data Governance Policy Principal to fill a critical position on the SAIC's Prime Program Landmark AOS in Chantilly, VA. Landmark AOS is a large SETA program supporting the NRO's Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle.
As a Data Governance Policy Principal , you will assist the information/data governance team in the formation and execution of data governance framework, policy, and standards. You will also assist in the implementation of an enterprise data governance and policy framework supporting the Chief Architect's office within the Intelligence Community.
Job duties to include:
Assist in the development of an enterprise-wide data governance framework, with a focus on improvement of data quality and the protection of sensitive data through modifications to organization behavior policies and standards, principles, governance metrics, processes, related tools, and data architecture.
Define roles and responsibilities related to data governance and ensure clear accountability for stewardship of the Customer's principal information assets.
Serve as a liaison between functional technology areas to ensure that data related business requirements for protecting sensitive data are clearly defined, communicated, and well understood and considered as part of operational prioritization and planning.
Develop & maintain inventory of the enterprise information maps, including authoritative systems, owners.
Facilitate the development and implementation of data quality standards, data protection standards and adoption requirements across the enterprise.
Define indicators of performance and quality metrics and ensure compliance with data related policies, standards, roles and responsibilities, and adoption requirements.
Establish and ensure adherence to an enterprise data governance framework for data policies, standards, and practices.
Establish and govern an enterprise data governance implementation roadmap including strategic priorities for development of information-based capabilities.
In conjunction with the IT, provide progress reports to government management and provide updates to the data governance roadmap.
Provide individual engineers with technical leadership and with respect to data governance and policy adherence.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's and nine (9) years or more experience; Master's and seven (7) years or more experience; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience.
6+ years' experience with IC, DoD, and/or commercial space architectures, systems and/or operations with large-scale data or project management and oversight experience.
3+ years' experience with industry leading data quality and data protection management practices
Knowledge of data governance practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets and approaches related to data protection.
Demonstrated consulting skills, with change management concepts and strategies, including communication, culture change and performance measurement system design.
Knowledge of risk data architectures, technology solutions, data related government regulatory requirements, emerging trends and issues

Landmark GSS supports the NRO's Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle.
As the DevOps Systems Engineer you fill a critical need supporting ground system programs over the complete end-to-end life cycle within the Enterprise, Data, Applications and Platforms (EDAP) Office. You will assist and advise Government managers responsible for multiple Systems Engineering functions for a variety of Cloud-based developments within the portfolio.
In this position, you will review system architectures and provide technical insight for impacts to the organization system capabilities, provide systems engineering process development and management oversight, and support identification of risks, issues, and opportunities.
Responsibilities to include:

Help to guide the direction of all risks, opportunities, and issues that impact the corporate level decisions.

Reviews and provides technical evaluations of key System Engineering documents

We are looking for an experienced Controller Training Solutions (CTS) Remote Pilot Operator (RPO) to join the SAIC team providing air traffic controller training services for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) on a TDY project at Philadelphia TRACON (PHL).

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is responsible for ensuring that air traffic control specialists provide the flying public with a high level of safety and professionalism. Candidates must also demonstrate minimum keyboard speed of forty (40) wpm with ninety (90) percent accuracy, possess an ability to read and interpret materials such as diagrams and manuals, and have the ability to speak clearly and be understood.
Desired Skills and Experience:
RPO experience and certification in TSEW/TETRA at the FAA Academy or RPO experience and certification at FAA Level 10, 11 or 12 TRACON facilities is strongly desired.

This position directly supports the USCYBERCOM Joint Operations Center (JOC) and is a member of the JOC Fires Support Cell. The Coordination and Deconfliction (C&D) analyst operates in a dynamic, 24/7 environment, and interacts daily with other JOC functional cells, the battle watch leadership, and USYCBERCOM components. The C&D watch stander supports the Joint Operations Center (JOC) with technical deconfliction of specific requirements related to cyberspace operations. The C&D watch stander offers a central deconfliction point for the synchronization of inter and intra-Departmental activities in the cyberspace domain.
