SAIC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst in St. Inigoes, MD. As a key member of the Program Management Team the Senior Scheduler will work with various project teams to maintain program and project schedules.
This is a hybrid-remote position located in St. Inigoes, MD and requires a minimum of 2 days per week onsite. Open to candidates local to the area only.
Job duties include the following essential functions:
Ability to develop and integrate master plans and schedules on DoD programs.
Provide critical path analysis, identify problem areas, and create work-around solutions.
Timely create and maintain program and project schedules necessary to properly plan work.
Assist with establishing project budgets from proposal estimate, track committed costs, and forecast remaining costs for engineering, equipment procurement, and construction sub-contracts.
Responsible for project and program contingency planning.
Advises project lead on matters affecting project success, schedule, and cost impacts, and develops project recovery plans when needed.
Part of the project management team responsible for meeting project deadlines.
Maintain a change management program.
Assist with identifying out of scope work items and creating change order requests to be presented to the client, including estimated cost and schedule impacts.
Within the area of responsibility, consistently identifies potential project problems or opportunities in a proactive manner, analyze the issues using all appropriate resources, develop alternatives and arrives at the most optimum approach to mitigate problems or exploit opportunities.

SAIC is seeking a Desktop Support in Huntington, WV to support the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Revolutionary Information Technology Services (RITS) program to provide technical support to the Army Corps of Engineers end-users for PC, server, mainframe applications and hardware and serves as an escalation point for all Tier 2 activities.
NOTE: This position can support between $50k - $58k (depending upon experience and skill level)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Work on solutions that the first and second-tier support staff is unable to resolve.
Interact with vendors, network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem.

We are looking for Full time, Remote Pilot Operator (RPO) candidates to join the SAIC Controller Training Solutions (CTS) team at the Atlanta TRACON (A80) in Peachtree City , GA, supporting air traffic controller training services for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
Job Description:
The RPO plays the role of the pilot and other controllers in the Air Traffic Controller training simulator. The RPO operates a combination of a simulated radar display and voice communication system to simulate the actions and communication of pilots and remote ATC facilities during medium and high-fidelity training exercises. RPOs receive voice commands from students, input proper entries into the automated system to simulate pilot actions, translate displayed information into appropriate ATC terminology, and respond to the student via the VCS utilizing proper phraseology.
The candidate will be required to complete the following certifications: Classroom (pass test on airspace and procedures) and Lab (perform as a Remote Pilot Operator on all positions).
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is responsible for ensuring that air traffic control specialists provide the flying public with a high level of safety and professionalism. A well-trained Air Traffic Control (ATC) workforce plays an essential role in fulfilling this responsibility. The FAA employs more than 14,000 air traffic controllers. They work in air traffic facilities of varying sizes, safely separating more than 50,000 aircraft in the National Airspace System (NAS) each day.
To provide such air traffic services, the FAA trains new air traffic control specialists and provides recurrent training to current air traffic control specialists. The FAA utilizes Contractor-provided instructional services at FAA ATC facilities throughout the U.S. and its Territories to ensure these training needs are met. The scope of the contractor-provided services includes all training and training program support to successfully train and prepare students to become fully certified air traffic controllers. The candidate will be responsible for the development of automation solutions utilizing Ansible Automation Platform and RedHat . The candidate will work as part of a team automating data center infrastructure and operations problems.

Execute the duties and responsibilities as a member of the DOS Operations team:
Develop, test, and deploy Ansible playbooks.
Collect requirements, analyze solution, and create recommendation and track Agile stories.
Work collaboratively with the other Operations engineering team to create and deploy automation solutions for Cisco, MFNA, ServiceNow and other distributed data center technologies.
Administer Ansible infrastructure, perform maintenance and configuration and provide SME level support.
Provide technical documentation, procedures, and technical support to Ops concerning automation solution usage.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our dev, test, and production environments for identified infrastructure.

The RPO plays the role of the pilot and other controllers in the Air Traffic Controller training simulator. SAIC is seeking an experienced SIGINT Geospatial Analyst to support a program with direct impact to our country's national security. This position is located in Fort Gordon, GA. The position requires an active/current TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph and be willing and able to pass an additional polygraph as needed.
Responsibilities/Duties
The SIGINT Geospatial Analyst leverages their skills, knowledge, and experience to apply geospatial analysis techniques against SIGINT metadata collected from foreign communications systems in order to identify, locate and track SIGINT targets, and to accurately report the intelligence gained from geospatial metadata analysis to SIGINT customers. The SIGINT Geospatial Analyst develops end-product SIGINT-derived GIS reports; performs analysis of SIGINT metadata for the purpose of improving the geolocation, contact chaining, and additional communications characterizations of targets of interest; analyzes SIGINT content and metadata to support the development of existing targets and the discovery of other analytic vectors through the reconstruction and documentation of target communications networks; performs sustained target analysis and enhancement through the use of DNI and DNR analytic techniques; maintains appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
Qualifications
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (4) years or more experience.
At least 9 years demonstrated experience related to job description, with a high school diploma or GED, or an Associates degree plus 7 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.
Can discover new targets based on geographic patterns or changing communications patterns in the data.
Independently process and develop SIGINT Geospatial information across DNI and DNR disciplines, recognizing the convergence of circuit based and packet based telephony, and the increased emphasis on development of internet based tasking and targeting.
Perform quality control on reporting and/or geospatial products for accuracy, readability, and relevance.
Capable of working with others to publish geolocational data in formal reporting.
Possess a basic understanding of SIGINT collection.
Can task own selectors with assistance of senior analysts.
Knowledgeable in internet protocols, internet routing, and multiple communications technologies (e.g. GSM, CDMS, Thurya, etc.)
