SAIC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst in St. Inigoes, MD. As a key member of the Program Management Team the Senior Scheduler will work with various project teams to maintain program and project schedules.

This is a hybrid-remote position located in St. Inigoes, MD and requires a minimum of 2 days per week onsite. Open to candidates local to the area only.

Job duties include the following essential functions:

• Ability to develop and integrate master plans and schedules on DoD programs.

• Provide critical path analysis, identify problem areas, and create work-around solutions.

• Timely create and maintain program and project schedules necessary to properly plan work.

• Assist with establishing project budgets from proposal estimate, track committed costs, and forecast remaining costs for engineering, equipment procurement, and construction sub-contracts.

• Responsible for project and program contingency planning.

• Part of the project management team responsible for meeting project deadlines.

• Maintain a change management program.

• Assist with identifying out of scope work items and creating change order requests to be presented to the client, including estimated cost and schedule impacts.

• Within the area of responsibility, consistently identifies potential project problems or opportunities in a proactive manner, analyze the issues using all appropriate resources, develop alternatives and arrives at the most optimum approach to mitigate problems or exploit opportunities.

Job Description:

The RPO plays the role of the pilot and other controllers in the Air Traffic Controller training simulator. The RPO operates a combination of a simulated radar display and voice communication system to simulate the actions and communication of pilots and remote ATC facilities during medium and high-fidelity training exercises. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is responsible for ensuring that air traffic control specialists provide the flying public with a high level of safety and professionalism. • Provides systems administration and database management services to support application development and change activities as part of the overall customer's efforts, IAW with customer and DoD policies and procedures and commonly utilized industry best practices.

• Executes the design, development, management, enhancement, optimization, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and sustainment of data, databases, clusters, and replications for pre-production, productions, and backup.

• Provisions, modifies and manages data and schema, cloning and backup, troubleshooting, account management, enhancement, optimization, and decommissioning.

• Administers databases and incorporates changes to the supporting data models, schema, middleware, data dictionary, presentation and related support software in both development and production environments.

This role is under Distributed Common Ground/Surface System - Marine Corps (DCGS-MC) contract and will provide full system of systems (SoS) lifecycle support to include program management, engineering, and software engineering in support of the research, development, production and fielding of scalable, secure, interoperable, sustainable, and survivable C5ISR, Information Operations (IO), and Enterprise Information Services (EIS) capabilities used by the USMC Intelligence focused Programs of Record (PoR). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Will be primarily tasked with performing moderate to complex vehicle integration tasks to include cable routing, metal work installations, and technical support to integrate, install, modify, and perform upgrades in support of C5ISR systems.

• Provide occasional assistance to related support areas, including but not limited to kitting and warehouse operations.

• Read and follow integration documentation, written or verbal instructions, schematics, rough sketches, drawings and diagrams, layouts, and plans often requiring interpretation.

• Properly mixing two (2) part primer and paint.

• Sanding painted metal surfaces, caulking, applying primer and top coat using a spray gun.

Be able to safely complete all of the physical demands of the job in a manufacturing environment, including but not limited to the following:

• Must be (or able to be) medically cleared by a doctor for powered air purifying respirator (PAPR) use.

• Must be able to maintain annual enrollment in SAIC's Hearing Conservation Program and Respiratory Protection Program.

• Lifting, pulling, pushing and carrying up to 50 pounds, unassisted, on a regular basis.

• Walking, bending, stooping, sitting, standing or squatting for extended periods.

Job Responsibilities:

• This position will provide field engineering and technical support services in support of maintaining and sustaining fielded C-sUAS systems, equipment and software at all identified locations

• Installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of a program of record software application as well as integrated radios and hardware components.

• Conduct the maximum amount of troubleshooting, fault isolation and repair to the LRU level for all fielded systems authorized at his/her level prior to making the decision to elevate to the next higher-level of maintenance.

• Take responsibility for preparing systems for operation, system software loading, operator training, and final system operational checks.

• Assist in coordinating the packaging and Return Material Authorization process of non-mission capable systems or equipment to the next higher-level maintenance facility (i.e., SAIC AF C-sUAS Regional Support Center (RSC) in Huntsville, Alabama).

• Provide technical support for Airmen both on-site and telephonically.

The SIGINT Geospatial Analyst leverages their skills, knowledge, and experience to apply geospatial analysis techniques against SIGINT metadata collected from foreign communications systems in order to identify, locate and track SIGINT targets, and to accurately report the intelligence gained from geospatial metadata analysis to SIGINT customers.
