Accordingly, our global P&O leadership team has recently set our new P&O Strategy 2030 and is reviewing P&O's strategic priorities regularly. In this context, we are further expanding our recently established Ecosystems team to contribute to the end-to-end management of the strategy ideation and deployment while supporting our businesses with the capabilities and capacities needed.

What role will you play?

As a Manager of Strategic Initiatives for P&O ECO, you will play a crucial role in driving P&O's key strategic priorities alongside responsible P&O professionals and business colleagues.

In particular, you will...

  • Be responsible to set-up, structure, and steer multiple modules in the execution of complex and high-visibility P&O projects on an international scale. This will give you the opportunity to quickly expand your network across Siemens and other geographical regions

  • Responsible for driving strategic projects and associated activities (e.g., project cadence, scope, activity planning, budget, presentation development) with strong partnership with global teams (e.g., ECO, Talent & Learning, Talent Acquisition)

  • Responsible for managing transparency across global (e.g., Siemens Managing Board) and regional (e.g., US leadership team) senior stakeholders on project updates

  • Jointly with the accountable P&O experts and the businesses shape the P&O solution landscape and drive the deployment of our P&O Strategy 2030

  • Interact with stakeholders and Executive level incl. the global P&O Leadership Team

  • Join forces with our global and local P&O teams to implement strategic projects generating impact and drive positive change

  • Be a change agent, think end-to-end, challenge, hypothesize, test & build innovative solutions ensuring effective implementation from the start

  • Orchestrate the ecosystem of key stakeholders incl. business, P&O, and contributors/ service providers

  • Connect the dots and enable your colleagues to identify and address interdependencies with other ongoing strategic P&O efforts

  • Leverage data to design all efforts for maximum user impact, striving to make valuable contributions to Siemens holistically

  • Contribute to shaping our new team within the Siemens P&O function

Basic Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree required from an accredited university

  • 5 -8 years of extensive professional experience in management-/ strategy-/ transformation consulting, preferably with a focus on P&O / HR topics within Siemens-related industries

  • This role is remote, but candidate must live in Eastern time zone

Preferred Requirements :

  • Possess outstanding analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. You leverage the dynamics of a large organization and use smart influencing to effectuate change

  • Are a fast learner who is action-oriented and eager to understand in depth and apply the relevant concepts and tools with and commitment to holistic optimization

  • Have an entrepreneurial -can do- attitude and are excited to shape this new team

  • Masters degree preferred

  • PMP highly preferred

The pay range for this position is $106,000 - $181,700 and the annual incentive bonus target is 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

Fire Sprinkler Service Technicians perform service, repairs, and inspections associated with fire sprinkler systems and other water-based equipment in accordance with all national and local standards. As a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician, you will:

  • Inspect, repair, and maintain wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge fire sprinkler systems, standpipes, backflow preventers, fire hydrants, and fire pumps

  • Perform fire sprinkler, fire pump and other water-based equipment inspections and testing

  • Properly document deficiencies/impairments noted during inspections or service work and follow required process of reporting deficiencies while on-site

  • Adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and procedures

  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all work performed

  • Maintain vehicle stock, tools, and equipment. Follow corporate policies related to vehicle use and care

  • Mentor lower level Fire Sprinkler Service Technicians

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Technician endorsement for automatic sprinkler system maintenance inspection

  • NICET I in inspection and testing of water-based systems or water-based layout, or must be obtained within 6 months of start date

  • Ability and willingness to work in a variety of environments in and around mechanical equipment, including climbing ladders, scaffolds, and high-lift equipment, working in ducts, above ceilings, and in outside/inside/heat/cold/day/night conditions; use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet; carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted

  • Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, state-recognized GED, Associate's, or Bachelor's Degree

  • NICET II+ inspection and testing of water-based systems or water-based layout

As a Service Specialist, *you will:* **

  • Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies

  • Work with multiple internal service team members including Service Sales, Client Service Managers, Service Coordinators, and RAM Digital Service Center personnel

Basic Qualifications:

  • Electro-mechanical experience (either in a previous role or through education) and user PC/software skill

  • 3+ years' experience installing and/or servicing HVAC/Building Automation Controls (for Mid-Level Specialists)

  • 5+ years' experience installing and/or servicing HVAC/Building Automation Controls (for Senior-Level Specialists)

  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience with:

  • Open protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP Ethernet and networking

  • Supervise, train, and mentor the service team; set goals, monitor performance, conduct employee review meetings, schedule formal training, and champion safety compliance

  • Determine technical labor loading and appropriate balance of talent to ensure proper resource coverage to meet customer needs; schedule and assign tasks to the team and periodically assist the team with maintenance activities and submittal of required paperwork

  • Identify additional chargeable opportunities, including T&M, system upgrades, and service contract expansions, and complete and submit written service orders and reports covering all aspects of each assignment and activity

  • Participate in sales-to-service and projects-to-service turnover process, including final project walkthroughs, service agreement scope reviews, and final information turnover to the inspection team

  • Ensure contract requirements are met and performed to a high standard and develop customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while ensuring effective and timely communications; support contract profitability through cost containment procedures and processes

  • 1+ years of experience as a specialist or technician in the commercial Fire Sprinkler Systems industry

  • Experience using Microsoft Office, excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school

  • 5+ years of experience as a specialist or technician in Fire Alarm Systems industry

  • Experience supervising teams

  • Must complete NICET Level II Sprinkler Certification within 12 months

Position Overview:

We are seeking a high-impact, successful Director of Business Development to work with existing and prospective customers in the passenger rail business. This critical role will be accountable for the direction and execution of plans to strengthen and deepen the relationship between existing and prospective customers and Siemens. This role will report to the Vice President of Business Development, Rail Systems.

The Director of Business Development will establish and lead sales engagements, develop, and implement management/growth strategies, and expand the pipeline of partners and solutions for Siemens with customers in the region. This individual will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, leading teams and proposal activities for sophisticated acquisitions.

What you will be doing:

- Targeting specific new opportunities by deepening and broadening relationships.

- Strengthening the overall relationship between Siemens and existing passenger rail customers to ensure ongoing partnership.

As a S ystems Specialist , you will:

  • Commission new distributed digital control systems on construction sites within planned timelines. Documents commissioning details; communicates deficiencies and progress.

  • Network technologies: Assists with data back-up from data servers and the creation of automated back-up procedures. The role.

Innomotics is seeking a motivated individual for a Senior Tax Professional serving our business. The position requires a team player that is highly organized, responsive, and flexible.   • Prepare and/or review federal and state corporate income tax returns prepared in-house or by third party preparer, including state extensions and quarterly payment calculations.

  • Ensure the accuracy of tax returns, tax provisions and other required reports including retention of documentation supporting tax positions under examination by tax authorities.

  • Interact with the operating company's personnel, third party advisors and taxing authorities on tax provision, compliance, planning and controversy issues.

  • Proactively identify tax planning opportunities.

  • Act as sole advisor and governance owner with regards to sales and use tax, property tax, and payroll taxes processes managed by other departments.

  • Preparation and review of monthly and annual income tax provisions and Provision to Return analysis.

  • Proactively seek to streamline compliance process, and to create efficiencies through automation.

  • Learn the organization's business and contribute to problem resolution when issues are identified.

Your profile.

  • BS/BA in Accounting required. Master's degree in Tax or Accounting preferred.

  • MBA or CPA preferred.

  • 7+ years of experience in preparing/reviewing consolidated US federal and state corporate income tax returns required which includes 4+ years of proven experience in public accounting.

  • Extensive technical and practical knowledge of corporate accounting for income taxes required.

  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills including the ability to handle competing priorities and meet all commitments.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Excellent digital literacy with Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat required, with experience in SAP, analytical tools like Alteryx, and dashboard tools such as Power BI being an additional plus.

As a S ystems Specialist , you will:

  • Commission new distributed digital control systems on construction sites within planned timelines. Documents commissioning details; communicates deficiencies and progress.

  • Plan work with Lead Technician, and Team Leader.

  • Network technologies: Assists with data back-up from data servers and the creation of automated back-up procedures. Supports troubleshooting and resolution of inconsistencies in the functions or sequence of operations. Assists with the set-up and configuration of PC workstations and user interfaces.

  • Support the confirmation of proper network performance.

  • Operational testing, verification, and acceptance: Runs routine reports to review system operation. Participates in final inspection and testing. Supports customer acceptance. Assists with customer training on system operations.

As a Service Specialist, you will:

  • Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies

Electrical Service Specialists are responsible for the I&C on our power distribution equipment at our Hyper-Scale Data Center sites. Scope includes, but not limited to, setting communication devices and topology industrial networks, uploading HMI/ PLC programs, installation of I/O and CPUs, integration of 3 rd Party EPMS, initial testing, operation, troubleshooting and modification of customer equipment and systems including MV/LV switchgear, transformers, metering, power monitoring, power quality, and protective relays.

This position entails an initial four-month training period that will necessitate weekly travel.

As an Electrical Service Specialist, you will:

  • Lead basic to complex installation and checkout of electric and electronic components for systems and service installed jobs and service agreements. Tasks are associated with maintenance and testing of switchgear/switchboard, motor controls, circuit breakers, panel boards, transformers, and surge protection devices. Responsible for vibration analysis and metering, battery maintenance and testing, power monitoring, power quality, and protective relay maintenance.

  • Set communication devices and topology industrial networks; upload HMI/ PLC programs; install I/O and CPUs

  • Perform integration of 3rd Party EPMS; initial testing, operation, troubleshooting and modification of customer equipment and systems

  • Test MV or LV Circuit breakers; metal clad/vacuum switchgear; breakers or LV equipment and analyze test results

  • Conduct Equipment Condition Assessments

  • Troubleshoot and repair Electrical Control Circuits

  • Organize and maintain job documentation

  • Provide on-site assistance with or perform programming, start-up, checkout, commissioning, and validation processes. Participate in job site final walk-through, complete all job closeout documentation, and provide customer training. Act as technical resource to customers and field employees

  • Provide instructions to customer personnel regarding proper operation and routine inspections. Train customers to maintain and adjust complex equipment. Provide expert advice, training, and technical assistance to support staff and train lower-level employees. Complete and submit reports covering all job activity. Responsible for maintaining complex tools, test equipment, calibration items, etc.

  • Plan and estimate labor categories, rates, material dollar costs, and transportation expenses to complete complex proposals. Perform review of complex task plans, drawings, and installation schematics; provide continual guidance throughout the project duration.

  • Must be available to respond to emergency and relief assignments.

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic qualifications:

  • 8 or more years of experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical control circuits and ability to obtain thermography certification

  • 8 or more years of experience in the installation and/or maintenance of Power Automation Switchboards

  • 8 or more years of experience using electrical test sets to perform AC and DC high potential testing, transformer turns ratio testing, transformer power factor testing, and other power system test practices and procedures

  • Skilled at interpreting protective coordination studies and testing and configuring protective relays

  • Capable of reading bills of material, electrical blueprints, and power system study reports

  • Experience with the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of low and medium voltage power distributions systems

  • Familiar with the arc flash and shock hazards of 13.8 kV and the following electrical equipment: Siemens GIS, AIS, WL, RL, and SB breakers and switchgear

  • Familiar with ANSI, NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and NETA codes and standards

  • Must be able to carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 75 pounds unassisted

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

  • Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations

As a S ystems Specialist, you will:

  • Commissions new distributed digital control systems on construction sites within planned timelines. Documents commissioning details; communicates deficiencies and progress. Plans work with Lead Technician, and Team Leader.

The role.

Innomotics is seeking a motivated individual for a Senior Tax Professional serving our business. The position requires a team player that is highly organized, responsive, and flexible.   • Prepare and/or review federal and state corporate income tax returns prepared in-house or by third party preparer, including state extensions and quarterly payment calculations.

  • Ensure the accuracy of tax returns, tax provisions and other required reports including retention of documentation supporting tax positions under examination by tax authorities.

  • Interact with the operating company's personnel, third party advisors and taxing authorities on tax provision, compliance, planning and controversy issues.

  • Proactively identify tax planning opportunities.

  • Act as sole advisor and governance owner with regards to sales and use tax, property tax, and payroll taxes processes managed by other departments.

  • Preparation and review of monthly and annual income tax provisions and Provision to Return analysis.

  • Proactively seek to streamline compliance process, and to create efficiencies through automation.

  • Learn the organization's business and contribute to problem resolution when issues are identified.

Your profile.

  • BS/BA in Accounting required. Master's degree in Tax or Accounting preferred.

  • MBA or CPA preferred.

  • 7+ years of experience in preparing/reviewing consolidated US federal and state corporate income tax returns required which includes 4+ years of proven experience in public accounting.

  • Extensive technical and practical knowledge of corporate accounting for income taxes required.

  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills including the ability to handle competing priorities and meet all commitments.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Excellent digital literacy with Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat required, with experience in SAP, analytical tools like Alteryx, and dashboard tools such as Power BI being an additional plus.

  • International Tax Experience a plus

As a S ystems Specialist , you will:

  • Commission new distributed digital control systems on construction sites within planned timelines. Documents commissioning details; communicates deficiencies and progress.

  • Plan work with Lead Technician, and Team Leader.

  • Network technologies: Assists with data back-up from data servers and the creation of automated back-up procedures. Supports troubleshooting and resolution of inconsistencies in the functions or sequence of operations. Assists with the set-up and configuration of PC workstations and user interfaces.

  • Support the confirmation of proper network performance.

  • Operational testing, verification, and acceptance: Runs routine reports to review system operation. Participates in final inspection and testing. Supports customer acceptance. Assists with customer training on system operations.

  • Complete and submit routine written reports. Provides plans and control system documents to engineering for as-built drawings.

  • Project site communication and coordination: May support others in the scheduling of trade contractors to coordinate startup services. Submits accurate time and expense reports.

  • Work overtime when needed (Compressed schedule performance can be a factor and will require extended hours to meet commitments)

  • Work rotational on-call and/or minimal overnight travel.

  • Adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and procedures. Ability to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to our customers.

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Electro-mechanical experience (either in a previous role or through education) and user PC/software skill

  • On-the-job experience reading, understanding, and interpreting design and construction documents

  • Ability and willingness to work in a variety of circumstances including climbing ladders, scaffolds, and high lift equipment, working in ducts, crawl spaces, roofs, basements, above ceilings, and in various conditions

  • Must be able and willing to use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet as well as carrying and moving equipment and tools weighing up to 75 pounds unassisted

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

  • Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed

  • Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations

The role.

Innomotics is seeking a motivated individual for a Senior Tax Professional serving our business. The position requires a team player that is highly organized, responsive, and flexible. One who can balance multiple projects using the digital tools of Innomotics' technology landscape to produce accurate and timely results in a fast-paced environment.

This position reports to the Finance Country Controller, and can be in Alpharetta, GA, Cincinnati, OH or Pittsburgh, PA.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and/or review federal and state corporate income tax returns prepared in-house or by third party preparer, including state extensions and quarterly payment calculations.

  • Ensure the accuracy of tax returns, tax provisions and other required reports including retention of documentation supporting tax positions under examination by tax authorities.

  • Interact with the operating company's personnel, third party advisors and taxing authorities on tax provision, compliance, planning and controversy issues.

  • Proactively identify tax planning opportunities.

  • Act as sole advisor and governance owner with regards to sales and use tax, property tax, and payroll taxes processes managed by other departments.

  • Preparation and review of monthly and annual income tax provisions and Provision to Return analysis.

  • Proactively seek to streamline compliance process, and to create efficiencies through automation.

  • Learn the organization's business and contribute to problem resolution when issues are identified.

Your profile.

  • BS/BA in Accounting required. Master's degree in Tax or Accounting preferred.

  • MBA or CPA preferred.

  • 7+ years of experience in preparing/reviewing consolidated US federal and state corporate income tax returns required which includes 4+ years of proven experience in public accounting.

  • Extensive technical and practical knowledge of corporate accounting for income taxes required.

  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills including the ability to handle competing priorities and meet all commitments.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Excellent digital literacy with Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat required, with experience in SAP, analytical tools like Alteryx, and dashboard tools such as Power BI being an additional plus.

  • International Tax Experience a plus

The pay range for this position is $77,800 - $133,400. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

Position Overview:

Siemens Mobility Customer Service seeks to hire a highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and dedicated Service Engineering Project Manager (EPM) to lead the engineering support services for a fleet of our Charger Locomotives and Venture Coaches. The EPM leads the project engineering team through the mobilization and execution phase of our maintenance contract and is responsible for ensuring that all engineering requirements from the customer contract are met.

This role reports to the Service Engineering Manager, who provides functional supervision and sets achievable targets. The incumbent will have broad autonomy to reach the result. The EPM is fully responsible for all maintenance engineering deliverables of the Service Project and will be based in a hybrid role in Washington, DC.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Work closely with the project management team, the customer, internal and supplier engineering teams to ensure all engineering requirements are clarified and delivered on schedule and with the expected quality.

  • Drive the project timeline for service mobilization, maintenance plans, service material definition, and acceptance.

  • Drive continuous updates to the customer documentation (e.g., maintenance documentation, spare part's catalog, work instructions, special tools' documentation.)

  • Manage the resolution of project obsolescence issues in coordination with the obsolescence manager and system engineers.

  • Work with reliability managers, field service and system engineers to drive resolution of fleet reliability issues (root cause analysis to completion of modification design).

  • Monitor the delivery of all service engineering tasks and take appropriate actions to ensure resources are available and on schedule.

  • The EPM is accountable for delivery of all service engineering tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

To thrive in this role, you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. In lieu of Bachelor's degree, a combination of education and Siemens relevant work experience in rolling stock will be considered.

  • Working knowledge of maintenance management and familiarity with the locomotive industry, equipment, technology, and regulatory obligations.

  • PMP Certification or other project management methodology and terminology body of knowledge.

  • Setting you apart from others would be a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years of EPM experience within the rail industry with PMP certification and fluency in German.
