The Integrated Security Sales Manager is committed to promoting Siemens strong market position for delivering smart building technology for Security Solutions (new construction) and Service (end-user) to help our customers create outstanding experiences for their customers. Our Sales Managers lead a team responsible for transforming buildings to be digitally connected and controlled and with your strong leadership skills and passion for team building you'll help find and hire top talent, develop employees, and promote long-term retention. You'll work closely with all branches and sales offices in the Southeast Zone, including our Branch General Managers and Sales Managers. Sales reps will report into their local branches, but this role is ultimately responsible for the growth of our security business.

As an Integrated Security Senior Sales Manager you will:

  • Achieve order intake volume and profit goals for Southeast Zone.

  • Recruit and onboard new sales talent to fill open positions

  • Promote team selling and expansion of existing relationships across divisions and/or geographic areas.

  • Act as a resource to sales employees regarding our products, applications, and services; support the sales process through all phases, including job turnover and implementation.

  • Communicate goals, provide mentoring to develop skills, lead employee performance, and conduct performance appraisals and coach sellers to strategically assess customer needs and identify customer buying priorities.

  • Review bids to ensure accuracy to meet company and customer objectives. Assist employees in setting margins, identifying resources, and assessing future business and establish executive-level relationships with targeted contractors and customers.

  • Network with field organization, headquarters, and other Siemens divisions to gain knowledge of offerings, share knowledge with your team and other employees and develop sales forecasts and provide input to sales targets.

  • Assist the sales team in identifying market opportunities; develop strategies to improve impact to the company. Participate in development of long-range sales planning and growth strategies.

  • Articulate and drive our digitalization strategy, remote services, and big data analytics and maintain trade contacts and participate in industry association functions.

  • Travel overnight 10% on average for training and business development.

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or state-recognized GED

  • 10+ years of sales experience and proven track record within a similar industry

  • Must be able to demonstrate:

  • Technical proficiency in commercial Integrated Security/Commercial Building Infrastructure Security industry

  • The ability to interpret job specifications and drawings to coach sellers in developing winning strategies

  • Working knowledge and understanding of contracting business with tier of contractors

  • Organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite

  • Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering

  • Management experience in the construction industry

  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM

Role Description

  • Primary tasks include Packing, Auditing, Housekeeping (removal of cardboard/plastic/pallet/dust waste/debris), Equipment Sanitization (via handheld sprayer/fogger), and General Operational Team Support (e.g., re-supply of packing materials, box making, material movement via pallet jack, etc.)

  • Ability to maintain an acceptable level of productivity and team focus

  • Report all equipment, order, location, inventory, or process issues to the designated team member

  • Interacts with supervisor, coordinators, inbound, inventory control, and outbound staff to reconcile open issues

  • Other duties as assigned, which may include Picking, Cycle Counting, Receiving and Returns functions

Siemens is looking to fill a permanent position for an Account Development Representative II to work within the Sales TIA organization. Siemens Account Development Representatives are responsible for proactive lead generation through execution of outreach campaigns for through sequence of phone and digital media touchpoints. This role works directly with regional selling teams to identify, penetrate, and cultivate new business opportunities. Execution of new business strategies will include upfront research, cold calling, and advanced qualification. Position Overview

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Outbound Supervisor is responsible for supervision of the Kitting Department of the Southaven Logistics Center in Southaven, MS. This position supervises 10-12 hourly non-exempt employees across the assigned shift. The Outbound Supervisor's primary responsibility is to manage the assigned shift efficiently and effectively to yield daily output targets with all safety and quality performance standards met. In addition, this role is the first line of engagement for ER concerns from the operational team and is responsible for overseeing the development of personnel entrusted to their leadership.

We are looking for an Outbound Supervisor - 3 rd Shift. This position will be based at our Southaven, MS location (Memphis Distribution Center).

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate bottlenecks that exist in the operation daily and determine the labor needs to sustain positive performance across assigned shift

  • Ensure all Time and Attendance records are maintained daily/weekly (including weekly attendance summaries for all personnel)

  • Provide weekly/daily/monthly feedback to all employees regarding Production and Quality progression

  • Enforce all Job rules regarding code of conduct and the general guidelines of the facility (including progressive discipline)

  • Create a positive working environment that will allow employees to be motivated and productive in the facility

  • Provide Pre-Shift and End of Shift numbers regarding shift performance vs the daily plan

  • Collaborate with team members to standardize all operational processes across each shift in order to enforce process discipline (participation in 5S Audits and providing feedback regarding audit scores)

  • Ensure 75% of time is spent on the floor providing support to all personnel and managing process flow within department (utilizing daily status reports to determine performance gaps)

  • Provide formal handoff to oncoming shift including notes regarding WIP, 5S housekeeping, and Inventory reconciliation issues

  • Collaborate with team to improve operational processes through Continuous improvement activities

  • Work to mitigate all conflict within the team prior to exploring Chain of Command. Involve department manager after conflict has been resolved.

  • Enforce all work rules in the facility timely and fairly as infractions occur

  • Provide documented feedback to personnel bi-annually

  • Drives ownership culture among workforce and fosters a positive, energetic, and collaborative environment in which teamwork and diverse backgrounds are respected and valued.

This is an Application Engineer role for Circuit Protection & Controls (CP&C). It is part of the Siemens Smart Infrastructure operating company, Electrical Products business unit. This position is a key technical resource within EP CP&C, reports directly to the head of Application Engineering. What is the Operations Leadership Development Program?

This Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) places you in the center of our Siemens Large Drives - Motor Factory in Norwood, OH. You will be exposed to SCM and learn the application of LEAN & Six Sigma tools and apply these skills to improve the business strategy for manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, order management and procurement - and so become part of the Norwood Motor Family

The OLDP track provides you with the skills needed to become a Supervisor in Production, Process Improvement Engineer, Manufacturing/Quality Engineer, Order/Project Manager, Tactical Buyer, Production/Resource Planner, or a Strategic Procurement Expert

The program is a 2-year program consisting of three 8-month rotations. Each rotation will be in a different role to quickly give a wider knowledge base about the business, processes, people, and products of Innomotics.

OLDP program participants are full-time employees with full benefits. This program is designed to help you create a successful career path within Innomotics.

We are looking for Production Maintenance Technician - Mechatronic 1st Shift. This position will be based at Grand Prairie.

You will make an impact by:

  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs quickly and safely to prevent any impacts to production operations

  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical components, such as motors, switches, pneumatic valves, control panels, & computer equipment.

  • Assemble, wire, and test new equipment according to engineering specifications

  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure cleanliness, optimal performance, and minimize downtime

  • Collaborate with production personnel to address reported issues & provide training or instruction as needed

  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance activities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints & use necessary hand tools and diagnostic equipment

The role.

R&D Manager of the Product Development department reporting to the Head of R&D. The Product Development Manager is a vital role at Innomotics LLC. Strategically this person is responsible for the future of the medium voltage drive product platform as well as supporting the global organization in Asia, Europe and the Americas. Tactically this person is the day-to-day manager of the department and is responsible in owning the planning and the development of all project work.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of a 10-15 person product development team that includes electrical and mechanical engineers.

  • Monitors and proactively mitigates risks and issues through all phases of the product development lifecycle to ensure quality and on-time delivery state-of-the-art systems.

  • Collaborates with Product Management to define a product roadmap that enables achievement of business goals in a cost-effective and low risk manner.

  • Globally executes an architecture strategy to create a new generation of the product platform for Innomotics medium voltage drives.

  • Enjoys working on challenging and complex projects while balancing deadlines, budget, and scope requirements.

  • Driving constant improvement based on KPIs tied to business performance levers.

  • Interacting with staff in their professional development.

  • Interface with cross functional groups that include (but not limited to) power electronics, SW development, product compliance, applications engineering, manufacturing, type testing, and drafting.

  • Develop new design methods, processes or changes in design to improve manufacturing efficiency at factories or sub-vendors.

  • Strong technical leadership, documentation, project management, and writing skills.

Your profile.

  • Minimum BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

  • 10+ years of related work experience. Advanced degree may be substituted for years of experience.

  • 3+ years of people management experience.

  • Strong grasp on fundamentals of electrical engineering (or) power electronics concepts, theories and practical applications.

  • Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of sophisticated assignments.

  • Experience in control theory for the design, analysis, and testing of power electronics-based converters required.

  • Development experience on the Innomotics Perfect Harmony GH180 product.

  • Demonstrates knowledge of organization's business practices and issues.

  • Required travel 5%.

The pay range for this position is $109,200 - $187,200. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
