We are looking for Equipment Valuation Specialist - Appraisal Specialist - Siemens Financial Services wit h the position being remote.
You will be responsible for evaluating equipment assets, serve as a lead contact on specific vendor programs and work with the team to engage other third-party appraisals
Responsibilities:
Perform equipment evaluations in areas the following areas Construction, Transportation, Machine Tool, Material Handling, Automation, Food Packaging, Healthcare equipment to establish collateral and residual values
Supporting Sales in establishing local and international Vendor Programs
Monitor targeted industries for changes in trends that could impact equipment values or marketability as well as customer behavior
Perform annual collateral value and residual value reviews for specific industries
Participate in the review and implementation of the Local Asset strategy
Assist in the repossession and remarketing of industrial, medical, and other equipment types
Monitor and report on the activities, including Trigger Events, impairments/residual write- downs, inventory reporting etc. to ensure we are compliant
Ensure data quality by monitoring internal control tools and portfolio and new bookings report and correcting the data when necessary
Requirements are:
3 years proven experience with Asset Management specifically in residual setting along with processes and procedures
High School diploma required; highly prefer college degree or relevant work experience
Experience of managing a portfolio of $500M - $1,500M with transaction ranging from $500K to $5M
Strong and proven communication skills
Strong analytical skills, prepared to work outside of the box with Sales and the Business Unit
Sophisticated Microsoft Excel Skills (such as crafting Pivot tables, graphs and using lookup, match formulas)
Solid MS Office skills
Limited travel
Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is preferred.

The pay range for this position is $88,300 - $151,400 along with an incentive bonus structure. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.

Senior Field Service Engineers or Senior Electrical Services Specialists are responsible for the I&C on our power distribution equipment at our Hyper-Scale Data Center sites. Scope includes, but not limited to, setting communication devices and topology industrial networks, uploading HMI/ PLC programs, installation of I/O and CPUs, integration of 3 rd Party EPMS, initial testing, operation, troubleshooting and modification of customer equipment and systems including MV/LV switchgear, transformers, metering, power monitoring, power quality, and protective relays.
As a Senior Field Service Engineer or a Senior Electrical Services Specialist, you will:
Create test scripts and MOP (Methods of Procedures) related to Data Centers Cx activities.
Setting communication devices and topology industrial networks; uploading HMI/ PLC programs; installation of I/O and CPUs
Integration of 3rd Party EPMS; initial testing, operation, troubleshooting and modification of customer equipment and systems
MV or LV Circuit breakers; metal clad/vacuum switchgear; breakers or LV equipment testing; analyzing test results
Equipment Condition Assessments
Electrical Control Circuits Troubleshooting & Repair
Provide on-site assistance with or perform programming, start-up, checkout, commissioning, and validation processes. Participate in job site final walk-through, complete all job closeout documentation, and provide customer training. Act as technical resource to customers and field employees
Provide instructions to customer personnel regarding proper operation and routine inspections. Train customers to maintain and adjust complex equipment. Provide expert advice, training, and technical assistance to support staff and train lower-level employees. Complete and submit reports covering all job activity. Responsible for maintaining complex tools, test equipment, calibration items, etc.
Must be available to respond to emergency and relief assignments.
For Field Service Engineers only:
Plan and estimate labor categories, rates, material dollar costs, and transportation expenses to complete complex proposals. Perform review of complex task plans, drawings, and installation schematics; provide continual guidance throughout the project duration. (FSE only)
Perform and supervise preliminary and detailed site audits to develop design concepts and schematics.
Perform Site Lead activities during the cycle of the client's construction schedule, when required.
You will make an impact with these qualifications:
Basic qualifications:
8 or more years of experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical control circuits and ability to obtain thermography certification
8 or more years' experience in the installation and/or maintenance of Power Automation Switchboards
8 or more years of experience using electrical test sets to perform AC and DC high potential testing, transformer turns ratio testing, transformer power factor testing, and other power system test practices and procedures
Skilled at interpreting protective coordination studies and testing and configuring protective relays
Capable of reading bills of material, electrical blueprints, and power system study reports
Experience with the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of low and medium voltage power distributions systems
Familiar with the arc flash and shock hazards of 13.8 kV and the following electrical equipment: Siemens GIS, AIS, WL, RL, and SB breakers and switchgear
Familiar with ANSI, NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and NETA codes and standards
Must be able to carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 75 pounds unassisted
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree - preferably EE/ME
AVO, NETA, and NICET certifications

The Digital Deployment Specialist is responsible for deployment of assigned projects that are managed through the Zone Technical Center. The Digital Deployment Specialist will assemble the customer solution off-site and install the Digital Deployment Package online, perform factory testing, document completeness, and perform remote commissioning for panel and controller level equipment. Why is this so important? OurDigital Deployment Specialistsplay a pivotal role in implementing and managing the seamless digital deployment package of products and solutions for our clients.
As a Digital Deployment Specialist, you will:
Gather all documents required to enable a functioning system, including product licensing, firmware, panel, and controller level databases. Provide all required technical files for third party system integrations and provides required testing protocol of all system components
Load programs to enable a functioning system including product licenses, firmware updates, panel programming, graphics, setting IP addresses, setting jumpers on all hardware, and properly applying labels to all materials
Test hardware loaded with software to ensure expected results, including I/O level testing, alarm messaging functioning as expected, and all third-party systems integrations. We are hiring a Laboratory Technician, eMobility. This position is located out of Peachtree Corners GA but will be moving to Atlanta in 2025.
Position Overview
Laboratory Technician - Power electronic development for AC, DC Charging technology
Coordination of activities related to hardware laboratory
Responsibilities over entire tools and equipment inventory
Support of sample and prototype build
Direct report to LP Engineering manager
You will make a difference by:
Laboratory Technician in the eMobility (AC, DC charging technology)
Closely work with AC, DC hardware development team and support laboratory related activities
Organizing and storing samples in accordance with all safety and other requirements to ensure the safety of personnel and integrity of the sample
Perform routine and non-routine tests and analyses using the appropriate technical equipment and instruments
Prepare and supervise experiments
Board level rework including soldering BGA components.
Debug of boards and systems during the bring up and testing phases
Run proprietary test programs to verify functionality of early hardware prototypes
Coordinate shipping and receiving of parts and systems
Ordering of spare parts, rework components, all lab supplies.
Manage calibration services of laboratory equipment
Production of engineering samples and engineering test fixtures.

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience with the following:
Experience as a Hardware Technician
Electrical systems design as Lab Technician
Proven experience as Lab Technician or relevant position
Experience in operating electrical and nonelectrical laboratory equipment and potentially dangerous substances
Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and database systems
Excellent experience and skill in electronic rework and proven ability to solder and work with components in all sizes from 01005 passive components to large BGA type ICs.
Ability to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
No travel required
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of electronics experience
General knowledge of computer systems and components like power supplies, memory, processors and GPUs.

We are looking for a Material Handler for our Pomona, CA. facility.
As a Material Handler within the world's most respected manufacturer of automatic transfer switches and power control systems you will manage inventory of components and products via picking kits, receiving internally made components, working with stock room to request vendor ordered parts. The work that you do will make the world a safer and more reliable place for our customers: think hospitals, data centers, utilities, mass transportation, and other aspects of life as we know it that need reliable power systems. You will be contributing to the solution of the world's growing need for dependable critical infrastructure.
You will make an impact by:
Receiving parts from fabrication and make sure they are accurate.
Using SAP to accurately store the parts in storage locations within the Supermarket area or checking the parts out to the production floor for projects being worked on in production.
Pulling parts from bill of materials from their storage location and checking parts out to the production floor VIA kitting process.
You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Proven Understanding of SAP
Proven experience of MS Word and Excel
Previous Stockroom experience required
Knowledge of electrical components like circuit breakers, PLC, etc.
Ability to work with multiple numbers
Ability to add and subtract a must.
Stocking material and repalletizing.

As a S ystems Specialist, you will:
Commission new distributed digital control systems on construction sites within planned timelines
Document commissioning details; communicates deficiencies and progress
Act as the Lead Technician and plan work with Team Leader
Network technologies: Perform data back-up from data servers and create automated back-up procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve inconsistencies in the functions or sequence of operations Configures PC workstations and user interfaces. Confirm proper network performance
Operational testing, verification, and acceptance: Run routine reports to review system operation Perform final inspection, testing and customer acceptance. Provide customer training on system operations. Complete and submit routine written reports. Provide plans and control system documents to engineering for as-built drawings

Our Service Coordinators coordinate the delivery of onsite and remote service activities for our customers from the initial demand creation through delivery and close-out . Why is this so important? As a Service Coordinator, you ensure customer expectations and commitments are met for all services by scheduling and dispatching resources.
As a Service Coordinator, you will:
Support, inform, prioritize, and coordinate activities and resources across branch offices and the Digital Service Center
Act as primary point of contact for service customers to ensure expectations are met
Handle incoming service requests via phone or email, resulting in a service work order and scheduled or dispatched personnel
Schedule resources to support standard service agreements
Handle decisions regarding the scheduling and movement of resources and material based on the nature of service calls, urgency, contractual obligation, and availability
Order and track parts and subcontractors in support of maintenance plans and service calls using the service platform
Evaluate time-and-material (T&M) service orders for completed costs and scope of work; process invoices in accordance with standard billing practices
Proactively follow up with customers after completion of service to ensure a high level of satisfaction with the quality of work
You will make an impact with these qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
High school diplomaor state-recognized GED
Must have the ability to demonstrate:
Organizational and interpersonal skills
The ability to read and understand customer service contracts
Experience with Microsoft Officeand business software systems (e.g., SAP)
Verbal and written communication skills in English
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree
Experience dispatching/scheduling field personnel/technicians
Familiarity or experience with Fire Alarms/Sprinklers, Security Systems, HVAC, or a similar industry is a plus

The pay range for this position is $33,810 - $57,960. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
