Serco supports the US Government customer on a long-term contract providing broad expertise in DoD acquisition management, DoD contracting, or DoD contract management. Our team provides business support and expertise to include tracking program status, monitoring cost, schedule and contract performance. You will be part of a team that works closely with the customer to deliver business expertise with an emphasis on contracts, finance, and customer service. Our managers on this team are seasoned Serco personnel who are available and responsive to ensure your success!
In this role, you will:
Assist in the execution of the Program's Budget through the creation/maintenance of spend plans, requisitions, and their supporting documents.
Coordinate financial data with appropriate Government officials such as Business Financial Managers, Program Managers, Contract Managers, Contracting Officers and Contracting Specialists.
Contribute to the maintenance of current resources to support the day-to-day mission activities.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
U.S. citizenship.
Eight (8) years of DoD, IC, or ten (10) years of combined DoD, IC and commercial experience in purchasing or finance.
A Bachelor's degree with a business focus OR
In lieu of a degree, Program Management Professional (PMP) certification, Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), or DAWIA Level I in Business/Financial Management and three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eleven (11) years of DoD/IC purchasing/finance experience or thirteen (13) years of combined DoD, IC and commercial purchasing/finance experience may be substituted OR
In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of thirteen (13) years of DoD/IC purchasing/finance experience or fifteen (15) years of combined DoD, IC and commercial experience may be substituted.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel to include creating formulas and pivot tables.
Experience in the preparation of reports that reflect programs/project status in areas of cost, schedule, and performance.
Experience in budget planning, budget preparation and budget execution for acquisition programs.
Proficiency with PowerPoint to include importing Excel data into presentations.

Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts.
Hold ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Fourteen (14) years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.

Position Description
J OIN OUR TEAM!! Serco is a dynamic, progressive company that values teamwork and mutual support. Our US Navy Reserve Psychological Health Outreach Program (PHOP) staff must be willing and able to learn quickly and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
All of the responsibilities listed below are considered essential functions of this position. PHOP workers provide behavioral health screenings, referral service support and outreach to Reservists, and their family members as well as consultation to Home Training Center (HTC) and Naval Operational Support Center (NOSC) leaders. This position is a hybrid serving both USNR and USMFR.
In this role, you will:
Conduct behavioral health screenings with Reservists and eligible Family Members to determine current psychological health needs.
Link at Reservists and their Family Members to -good fit services- based on identified needs.
Maintain accurate and timely case notes to document all service encounters.
Prepare outreach materials such as flyers, brochures and newsletters to educate clients on a wide spectrum of psychological health topics and resources.
Provide briefings and consultation to Reservists, Family Members and high-level military leaders.
Attend Meetings as required/requested, including staff meetings, training workshops and community meetings.
Coordinate with regional site lead and team members to ensure all program data required for reporting purposes is provided in a timely manner.
Travel one to two times a month on weekends to various HTCs and NOSCs throughout the region.
This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Serco to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role:
Must successfully undergo a background investigation (National Agency Check) and a ble to obtain a Security clearance.
A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related behavioral health or clinical degree and 2 years of professional experience is required.
Must be independently licensed at the highest level in any U.S. State with one of the following:
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
Must obtain and maintain American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers OR the American Red Cross' CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification.

Position Description
Serco is looking for a Fleet Mechanic III to work on a utility fleet in Louisville, KY. The position is day shift 7AM start time Monday through Friday, with the possibility of a Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday schedule.
Serco supports a large utility fleet operating diagnosing and repairing light duty vehicles, medium and heavy-duty diesel trucks.
In this role, you will:
Perform operational and functional inspections, repairs and maintenance on fleet vehicles and equipment.
Perform inspections, repair and maintenance operations on a variety of powered, non-powered equipment, and vehicles.
Ability to work on a diverse equipment set, which includes mowers, cranes, backhoes, trailers, trenchers, bulldozers, excavators, wood chippers, asphalt laying equipment, diggers and pole setting equipment, aerial manlifts, cranes, medium and heavy trucks and mounted/non-mounted attachments.
Operate and perform diagnosis on equipment, maintain and repair hydraulic systems, routes and replaces hydraulic lines, check system for leaks and proper operation.
Perform diagnosis and repair complex electrical systems.
Perform minor welding repairs when required in a field environment.
Perform routine vehicle and equipment preventive maintenance inspections checking, DOT inspections and replaces fluids, checks lights and other electrical system components, etc.
Provide clear and accurate information when entering work order data into a fleet maintenance system.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Work under general supervision and is a self-starter.

Review and assess all contract modifications.
Advise the program management team of impacts as necessary.
Monitor costs and manpower on a weekly basis ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct job number.
Process cost transfers as required.
Perform analytical review and arithmetic checks of cost reporting documentation.
Prepare accurate and complete variance analysis and reporting.
Prepare/Support Internal Program Review (IPR) presentations for management.

Leverage Government Off The Shelf (GOTS) and Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) CM tools to manage configuration items.
Collaborate with government and contractor personnel to develop technical documentation per contract requirements.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Highschool Diploma or GED plus 15+ years relevant experience in Configuration Management on DoD/Navy Ship or Craft Programs. Individuals with college degrees or technical school or military certifications and less experience will be considered.
Must be able to obtain an Intrim DoD Secret clearance post-employment.
United States (U.S.) citizenship.
Ability to operate personal computers and have good knowledge and operational abilities with Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to support activities in a shipyard or naval facility. Some work may occur within an industrial field office, outdoors and/or aboard ship while the ship is undergoing construction, alteration, activation, overhaul, repair, and/or underway trials. Walking and climbing throughout the ship, to accomplish ship checks, may be required. You will be part of a team that works closely with TxDOT, local law enforcement and other first responders daily.
In this role, you will:
Assist motorists and perform incident management services during assigned shifts.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding incidents and the response required using standard protocol to communicate with TMC Operators, law enforcement, ambulance, fire department, or towing services using radio, telephone, CAD, and e-mail.
Services include, but are not limited to:
Clear lane blocking traffic incidents and assist other emergency and support response personnel as requested

Providing basic first aid services in accordance with standard and necessary practices until trained emergency responders arrive on the scene

In this role, you will:
Non-medical Counseling Services:
Deliver -just in time- services via -walk around/coaching- approach (psychoeducation).
Identify personnel and family needs to provide a "get-well" plan.
Make referrals and warm transfers to military and community resources according to the needs of personnel and families.
Manage duty to warn and restricted reporting situations in accordance with DoD protocol.
Participate in individual and group supervision.
Share information regarding trends and issues encountered at service location.
Participate in in-services/training, quality improvement committees or other activities as assigned.
Outreach and Awareness:
Partner and augment activities family and personnel programs and services.
Build coalitions and connect with federal, state, and local resources and non-profit organizations.
Consult with military commands and installation service providers.
Advise on curriculum development in response to new presentation requests from military leadership.
Develop and implement approved training and education programs and materials.
MFLC Assignments Available: Rotational/Adult, Rotational/Child Youth Behavioral (CYB), On-Demand, Surge.
Travel: Travel is required to accomplish mission goals to include evenings and weekends with the ability to use all modes of transportation. This position requires access to US Government facilities and systems. US Citizenship, a valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation to travel to assigned locations and nearby facilities is required.

Qualifications
To be successful in this roll, you will have:
Experience working with military family programs and/or advocacy services, military or civilian social service agencies, and/or are a military family member/Veteran with full understanding of the military lifestyle.
Experience working knowledge of military, state, federal, and local resources.
Understanding, sensitivity, and empathy for Service members and their Families.
Demonstrates ability to work cooperatively with military and civilian medical, social service, law enforcement, and legal personnel on behalf of Service members and their Families.
Additional desired experience and skills:
Minimum of master's degree from an accredited graduate program in a Mental Health related field such as Social Work, Psychology, Marriage/Family Therapy, or Counseling.
A valid unrestricted and/or provisional counseling license/certification from a State, the District of Columbia, a U.S. Commonwealth, or a U.S. Territory that grants authority to provide counseling services as an independent practitioner in their respective fields.
Must be a U.S. citizen, and must speak fluent English.

This team has been recognized by the Navy and the industry for their outstanding contributions to the contract and program.
Position Summary :
Thisposition is in direct support of our NAVSEA 21 program. The Operations & Planning Analyst will become familiar with NAVSEA business modeling, briefing materials, and assist in the tracking and reporting requirements for all ship-class sustainment operations using Microsoft Office based products. As a member of Serco and in support of the client team, you will be responsible for evaluating program activities and constructing executive level briefing material to report programmatic statuses to key government and private sector stakeholders. Core duties require updating, continuously improving critical scheduling reports, and disseminating them to a large planning group. As the sole source expert for ship schedules reporting, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining a communications network that reaches 1,500+ personnel, reporting ship statuses and key scheduling changes as reported via the Navy staff, Surface Type commander and fleet scheduling offices.
The Operations & Planning Analyst will :
Display professional demeaner and demonstrate high level communication (verbal and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Show proficiency with customer care, team development, and support.
Show strong knowledge of Microsoft Office while tracking multiple communication sources with spreadsheets, oral and written correspondence, and be prepared to consolidate information into presentations to senior leadership.
Assist in the development and monitoring of schedules, drafting risk messages, continuous updates and CNO Report messaging distribution, and report applicable priority schedule changes for all ship classes.
Ensure a smooth flow of communications, time commitments, and special projects for the modernization program and class ship managers along with fleet stakeholders.
Work independently on established priorities and work toward completion timelines for a wide variety of correspondence.
Gather, compile, and maintain data from available information systems and, when necessary, establish new data collection procedures for specific programmatic activities or for programmatic evaluation.
Schedule appointments, meetings, conferences, and maintain multiple reports, SharePoint sites, and budget charts as necessary.
Record, transcribe, and summarize pertinent information from meetings and conference calls, and distribute -meeting minutes- to team members and stakeholders upon request.
Create, implement, and maintain tracking report(s) used to evaluate the budget and schedule availability of ship avails.
Demonstrate the ability to assume responsibility without direct supervision.

As the AT/FP GSC Systems Administrator II for the Navy Region Mid-Atlantic and Naval District Washington areas, you will support the Commander Navy Installations Command (CNIC) N3S Public Safety Systems Ashore Programs and their mission is to design, procure, integrate, install, and sustain the systems/equipment hardware, associated firmware, and software required to provide the ability to protect mission-critical assets and personnel from natural disasters, acts of terrorism and other human-caused disasters.
The AT/FP Ashore Sustainment Program is executed by the CNIC N3S AT/FP Ashore Program Management Office (PMO), NAVFAC Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC), and CNIC Regional Program Managers (RPMs). The primary goal of the CNIC AT/FP Ashore Sustainment Program is to provide both preventive and corrective maintenance services to Navy installations as required to sustain AT/FP Ashore Program systems in accordance with their operational requirements. This position is based in the Navy Region Mid-Atlantic area near Norfolk, VA.
You will be responsible for the following:
Setting up and maintaining a system or specific components of a system (e.g. installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software; establishing and managing user accounts.
Overseeing or conducting backup and recovery tasks.
Implementing operational and technical security controls; and adhering to organizational security policies and procedures). Provide critical preventive and corrective maintenance, information assurance, asset management, technical systems updates, service call resolution, and configuration management for C4I systems worldwide.
Provide Operation and Maintenance support including patch management/testing, STIG implementation and mitigation, information assurance/security, anti-virus, and data backup solutions.
Provide system administration and engineering support for Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016/2019.
Qualifications

Air Traffic Control Specialists (ATCS) control air traffic on and within the vicinity of the airport according to established procedures and policies to prevent collisions and minimize delays arising from traffic congestion. They are responsible for the safe, orderly and expeditious movement of air traffic through the nation's airspace. ATCS duties include:
Answering radio calls from arriving and departing aircraft.
Issuing landing/takeoff instructions.
Issuing information such as runway to use, wind velocity and direction, visibility, taxiing instructions, and pertinent data on other aircraft operating in vicinity.
Issuing air traffic clearances.
Providing advice based on their own observations and information from the National Weather - Service, IFR control facilities, flight service stations, pilots, and other sources.
Taking and disseminating weather observations at Limited Aviation Weather Reporting Station (LAWRS) or Supplemental Aviation Weather Reporting Station (SAWRS) facilities.
Transferring control to receiving facilities when aircraft leave their airspace and receiving control of aircraft coming into their airspace.
Operating various types of equipment such as: radios, telephones, interphones, computer systems, radar, recording systems, weather equipment, light guns, airport/runway lighting systems, and backup equipment.
Alerting airport emergency crews and other designated personnel when aircraft are having flight difficulties.
Coordinating with and issuing instructions to airport vehicles and personnel.
Maintaining and disseminating records of daily operations

Guide the transitioning Military Servicemembers in identifying goals while also assisting them with recognizing any employment or education gaps.
Organize and able to manage an office.
Providing transitioning Servicemembers (Active, Reserve, National Guard), family members, and Veterans a comprehensive understanding of preparing for civilian employment, job searching, job application processes, networking, technical training opportunities, credentialing, and assistance in preparing for civilian employment and participation in technical programs and schools; and, who can conduct large group instruction and provide counseling on the job search process.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A High School Diploma.
3+ years of experience as a professional trainer or facilitator.
Experience which demonstrates understanding of private and public sector employment processes.
Experience as a classroom instructor.
Must be knowledgeable of the workplace, jobs, and requirement for entry into those jobs.
Must demonstrate the ability to provide training to groups with up to 50 participants: individual career counseling experience.
Proficient in MS Windows and Office.
The ability to communicate effectively with Military clients, be comfortable instructing and speaking in front of a group, be observant of others, possess the ability to engage an audience, and respond to inquiries independently.
Must be able to travel as requested.
May require extended hours, including weekdays, weekends, and some holidays, and be willing to perform administrative functions for the office.
Must have excellent time management skills, able to work independently, and able to respond to inquiries.
Additional desired experience and skills:
An Associate's degree.
