Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent plus 5+ years industry specific experience.
Government contracting experience preferred.

Proficiency in Costpoint 7 preferred
Proficiency in MS Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
Requires broad understanding of responsibilities and functions of the general ledger function.
Must have solid verbal and written communication skills, be organized, and have the ability to multitask and follow-up on outstanding items.
Understands the functional impact of the flow of transactions.
Requires the ability to follow stated policies and procedures.
Must have good customer service skills.
Must be able to able to work independently and be successful in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
Experience with Blackline preferred.
Works under general supervision; reporting to the Director, Accounting.

Position Description
Join Serco as a Fleet Mechanic II in Dayton, OH!
Serco supports a large utility fleet operation diagnosing and repairing light, medium and heavy duty diesel trucks and other utility fleet equipment. Schedule will be full time Monday through Friday and the position is overtime eligible.
This position is contingent upon your ability to pass a preemployment criminal history & driver's license check and drug screen.
In this role, you will:
Operate automotive & diesel vehicles and construction and material handling equipment.
Inspect, diagnose and repair bucket truck and digger derrick hydraulic systems
Perform engine, electrical and drivability diagnostics/repair.
Perform DOT inspections and manufacturer suggested servicing
Diagnose and repair aftertreatment systems
Provide clear and accurate information when entering work order data into a fleet maintenance system.
Be responsible for scheduling and prioritizing work derived from driver reports.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
At least 3 years of related experience.
High school diploma or its equivalent.
Valid driver's license with good driving record.
Customer focused, strong work ethic and positive.
Be a safety oriented individual.
CDL B license is required but can be obtained after employment begins and training and reimbursement for it will be provided.
Candidates must provide truck technician hand tools.

In this (Part-Time) Full Stack Java Developer role, you will:
Work collaboratively as a full stack developer on Agile teams and can complete user stories and develop usable code independently with minimal oversight and guidance.
Develop and manage development tasks in a fully automated CI/CD pipeline using tools such as Jenkins and Puppet.
Perform development using Agile Scrum.
Contribute to an atmosphere of cross-functional teamwork within the organization; contributes to acceptance/functional testing duties and part of incremental feature development.
Adhere to, promotes, and maintain development standards and best practices, participates in regular code reviews.

Qualifications
To be successful in this (Part-Time) Full Stack Java Developer role, you will have:
High School Diploma/GED
NACI
4 years' experience in Software Development.
3 years of progressive Java development experience.
2+ years of Agile experience.
Must be able to pass a background investigation with the U.S. Air Force (Public Trust) to obtain a CAC card
Ability to Travel = 10%
Additional desired experience and skills:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field
Experience with Agile software development practices, developing RESTful microservices

Serco supports the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD) by operating the free MAP patrol and incident management service program providing safe, quick clearance of incidents that affect traffic, including vehicle accidents and disabled vehicles. The primary purpose of the MAP program is to ensure state highways are free of obstructions and safe for the traveling public.
You will be part of a team that works closely with LADOTD, local law enforcement and other first responders daily.
In this role you will:
Monitor state highways for vehicle crashes, disabled/abandoned vehicles, debris, and lane-closing events, traffic signal malfunctions, damage to state equipment on state roadways, and general incident/congestion scenarios.
Provide roadside assistance to stranded motorists (including changing tires, giving battery jumps, providing fuel, removing debris from the travel lanes, etc.).
Work closely with police and other first responders at highway incidents.
Provide incident response, on-scene traffic control and limited first aid.
Provide Traffic Incident Management (TIM) services.
Use a two-way radio and/or smart phone to communicate and coordinate with the Traffic Management Center (TMC) staff and local Police agencies.
Observe required safety procedures to avoid injury and accidents, at all times.
Complete a combination of classroom and field training to be certified as a motorist assistance operator.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
High school diploma or its equivalent
0-2 years' experience in incident management or related field
Must possess a valid Louisiana driver's license
Availability to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
Able to work in an outdoor environment, lift/carry 50lbs, and walk unassisted for 300 yards

Transferring control to receiving facilities when aircraft leave their airspace and receiving control of aircraft coming into their airspace.

In this role, you will:
Assist with the validation/completion of Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs)
Assist the Government Business Contract Management Offices with conducting End of the Year activities and the completion of the Actual data calls
Enter requisitions in the NSA's financial management system that include all necessary information and documentation (PSC#, PAR, SPAT, BER#, Acq Sec# etc.)
In NSA's financial management system, prepare non-complex Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPR) and Economy Act Orders (EAO) and their associated requisitions.
Process incoming MIPRs and EAOs using standard BM&A process to ensure Agency acceptance.
Create and maintain spend plans in the Agency's financial management system to document Government-specified requirements
Modify requisitions and associated documentation to comply with Contracting's guidance to assist in the obligation of funds.
Assist Government Program Managers (GPMs) in tracking requirements through execution by tracking and monitoring requisitions through the approval and certification process and to the subsequent destination (either Contracting's database or the receiving entity).
Pull financial reports/data from Agency systems such as FACTS, CMIS, EDSS, and CDW.
Utilize established NSA acquisition and financial management policies, procedures, regulations and tools.

Perform computer security assessments and implement required countermeasures, implement and maintain a site mission system, and network Cybersecurity program.

Providing advisory and draft documentation support in planning, developing, and staffing products such as mid-level briefings, correspondence, reports, databases, websites and other products
Reviewing specific or general AFLCMC/WII processes and procedures.
Providing recommended process improvements for government consideration
Reviewing Acquisition Category (ACAT) reporting requirements, as well as the location, collation, or generation of the data required for government review / population in the required reports
Reviewing, monitoring, and providing advisory support in the effort to document cost, schedule, and performance of assigned Contractor activities
Qualifications
To qualify for this position you must possess the following:
Active DoD Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree and fifteen (15) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoD
A Master's degree and twelve (12) years of directly related experience OR,
Twenty (20) years of directly related experience, eight (8) of which must be in the DoD

In this Medical Logistics Analyst, role, you will:
Prepare/provide functional area briefings, analysis, correspondence, reports, research, recommendations, inputs, and other documents and coordination in support of the Medical Logistics division of the Command Surgeon, utilizing applicable applications to include management of pre-positioned WRM and operational assets, equipment, supplies, and capabilities.

Assist with equipment acquisition and transfer which may include AF Form 601s review and transfers, gains, and losses of equipment.
Prepare applicable out-shipment transportation documentation, package cargo/items if possible, and coordinate pickup and delivery of cargo/items to Traffic Management Office (TMO) bound for CONUS and OCONUS customers.
Perform medical stock number research action, inspections tasks found in IAW AFMAN 41-209.
Advise formal course stakeholders on standardized training requirements from the field for incorporation into course requirements/objectives.

Position Description
Serco is seeking a dynamic Senior Process Improvement Analyst! If you love working as part of a collaborative team and want to help customers improve their operations, then this job is the place for you! As a Senior Process Improvement Analyst, you will apply your knowledge of Federal HR programs and operations to support a range of government customers in improving efficiency, analyzing HR programs, or providing other relevant support to assist their operations. Our team brings expert knowledge from working either within the federal government or in support of it through previous consulting work. Our team typically supports more than one project at a time, providing variety in the work and security against any issues related to a single contract.

This position is remote, with some travel required to support customers in the National Capital region and other locations within the US.
In this role, you will provide HR subject matter expertise as part of our team to analyze customer HR programs and make recommendations for improvement. You will work closely with a Project Manager and other analysts to identify challenges and develop solutions. This may include:
Analyzing workload and workforce requirements using Serco processes and tools
Conducting process improvement activities to include process mapping and analysis of HR data
Developing requirements for technology to streamline operations
Analyzing HR data from various authoritative systems
Assessing overall HR program performance
Facilitating or assisting with conducting customer workshops or focus groups
Constructing, administering, and analyzing HR surveys
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced process improvement practitioner. You will be comfortable leading complex efforts and developing solutions to improve customer performance. Specifically, you will have:
Active Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
12+ years' overall experience
2+ years' Experience working with DOD organizations
Experience working in fast paced environments
Experience working in large groups
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Additional desired experience and skills:
Master's or higher degree
15+ years' experience
Knowledge of Navy Human Relations functions
