Serco, Inc has an immediate opening for a Help Desk Support - Tier II role. Serco has a highly engaged desktop technical team consisting of 15 members supporting our over 8000 employees using cutting edge technologies. The position will be based at our Beavercreek, OH location (partial telework during COVID workplace restrictions).
The position will support and maintain organizational computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. That includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all organizational hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance. You will troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via work order) in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required.
In this role you will:
Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems for end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including off-site repair for remote users as needed.
Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user and network hardware, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, software, and other products in order to deliver required desktop service levels.
Construct, install, and test customized configurations based on various platforms and operating systems.
Collaborate with Technology team members to ensure efficient operation of the organization's desktop computing environment.
Receive and respond to incoming calls, pages, and/or work orders regarding desktop problems.
Ensure that desktop connections, ie. network jacks are in proper working order.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Associates Degree and 2-4 years experience or years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to conduct research into PC and software issues and products as required.
Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
Highly self-motivated and directed.
Keen attention to detail.
Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
Excellent knowledge of PC and desktop hardware.
Excellent knowledge of PC internal components.
Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
Extensive equipment support experience.

Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation and OEM guides.
Experience with the following technologies required: Windows 10, SCCM experience, remote access tools and Active Directory

In the Adminisrative Clerk role you will:
Be the liaison between our government customer and its participants.
Effectively resolve customer issues, requests and inquiries.
Provide base level customer service.
Manage inbound calls in a timely manner, following call center scripts when handling different topics, identifying customer needs, providing basic information, researching participant accounts, addressing basic questions or issues, providing an accurate and efficient response, keeping accurate records of all conversations, and meeting contractual qualitative and quantitative targets.
Perform tasks associated with call handling to include basic plan and participant file research and updates.
Prepare and scan documents into PBGC systems.
Have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures as it relates to benefits administration.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Candidates must be located in or around the Doral Florida Area.
Working remote is an option for this position. However, you will be required to work onsite at the Doral, Florida location (on occastion).
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to obtain and/or maintain a Pubic Trust security clearance.
Two years of related experience.

Performs routine entry level benefits administration and case processing activities which may include, but is not limited to: processing benefit applications, QDROs, POAs, and other documents; entering data into PBGC systems of record; conducting research for participant issues; supporting payment recovery and benefit payment processing activities; issuance of benefit determination letters; authorizing benefit payments; conducting quality reviews to ensure work meets quality standards; and handling complex or sensitive case processing or customer matters.
Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures as it relates to benefits administration.
Ensures work is processed in a timely fashion according to the requirements of the specific business function assignment.
Communicates effectively both orally and in writing with the PBGC points of contact to provide and obtain relevant information.

In this role, you will:
Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and testing in support of operational requirements and approved initiatives as they relate to the information system.

Remain current and learn new emerging technologies in information technology and implement innovative solutions.
Actively participate in Virtual Infrastructure technical support cross-training.
Participate and lead outage response for conditions related to service delivery and its components.
Provide technical support for Tier 2-3.

We are seeking a highly skilled IT/RMF Project Manager with a PMP to manage multiple Information Assurance and Information Technology Projects under the purview of US Army Installation Management Command.
In this role, you will:
Develop milestone schedules.
Leading information assurance team(s) through the development of Risk Management Framework accreditation packages.
Manage other IT-related projects and project teams may be required.
Providing customer reports.
Planning documentation.
Stakeholder management.
Problem resolution & managing employees.
Conducting cost management through continual cost control and review.
Business development and budgetary responsibilities.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
U.S. Citizen
Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of related experience
PMP Certified
Additional desired experience and skills:
1 to 3 years of work experience with Cloud applications (architecture/infrastructure).
1 to 3 years of working experience managing enterprise projects.
1 to 3 years of working PCI-DSS experience.
3 to 5 years of working Network infrastructure.
Strong skills in implementing the PMI framework during the execution of projects.
Solid experience with using Microsoft Project, excellent writing skills.
Proven ability to manage teams and $3-15M projects, and preferably have advanced understanding of IT systems, Information Assurance and RMF requirements and processes.
Prior experience with US Army programs.

Transferring control of aircraft to receiving facilities when aircraft leave their airspace and receiving control of aircraft coming into their airspace.
Operating various types of equipment such as: radios, telephones, interphones, computer systems, radar, recording systems, weather equipment, light guns, airport/runway lighting systems, and backup equipment.
Alerting airport emergency crews and other designated personnel when aircraft are having flight difficulties.

The Operations Specialist has the ability to select their home facility/location to be based out of. Our team works with the Navy to oversee the construction, test, and delivery of Navy Destroyers to include managing the Ship Certifications and Trial Coordination process with the shipbuilder. These efforts help ensure the ships meet all the requirement to ensure the safety of the sailors and to allow them to perform their missions successfully.
You will be part of a twelve-member production team that works closely with the customer and other Serco teams focusing on ship certifications and preparing the ship for conducting trials at sea.
In this role, you will:
Assist in coordinating and managing certification teams and visits, collecting and distributing certification issues and discrepancies. Prepare certification binders that includes certifications and reports for SSGC and ship's force at delivery, assist in reporting status of certification efforts during production and delivery process to include SPRs, MRPs, and Delivery.
Assist with trials coordination and execution by trials administration tasks to include managing trial riders for each trial, maintaining trial rider forms, next of kin information, space access list for secure spaces, berthing assignments, badges.
Assist with the planning and execution of trials by coordinating trials central activities with the program office and HII in the lead up to trials and during each trial as well.
Capturie and report status of events.
Organize and arrange for trials support items to include computers, office supplies, status boards, etc, to be ready and available for trials
Maintain current reference materials and working files for Project Office with respect to certification requirements and Trials execution.
Manage Excel spreadsheet tracking of certification status and readiness for trials for Project Office.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Bachelor's Degree in relevent discipline with 0-2 years of experience. Experience supporting similar work will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance post employment.
Applicant must possess excellent computer skills. Microsoft Office a must.
Applicant should possess working knowledge of Access, querying and reporting.
Working knowledge of shipbuilding practices and ship test/certification process a plus.

Serco-NA is looking for a Service Delivery Senior Manager to join their team. You will report to the Vice President of IT Service Delivery, the IT Service Delivery Senior Manager (SDM) serves as the primary IT point of contact for Serco's Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) line of business. This business unit facing position focuses on keeping program leadership and employee teams satisfied with the provided IT services by performing the following: managing day to day operational activities, resolving availability issues, tracking service metrics, and ensuring IT related projects are delivered within scope and timeline. Responsibilities also include ensuring that service agreements are met, establishing, and maintaining positive relationship with clients, addressing customer satisfaction issues, managing conflict, establishing priorities, and finding creative ways to improve IT service delivery.
A key aspect of this role is project leadership and O&M activity planning, to include recommendations for operational enhancements, end user support, system maintenance, platform stability, Incident, Change and Problem Management. Additionally, this role is responsible for developing and reporting upon key performance and operational metrics on a recurring basis.

Service Management
o Serve as primary POC for IT Service Delivery in a 24x7 support model. Performs liaison duties between business unit managers and employees and Serco IT departments in the areas of systems
implementation, hardware upgrades, change management, decommissions, life cycle management, systems modifications, and troubleshooting.
o Supports the IT department's operational and strategic planning efforts, as well as adherence to Corporate IT Policies and Procedures, including the development of additional controls

Qualifications
Education/Required Experience:

Position Description
As the Information Security Intern, you will be responsible for helping to develop a risk management program based on industry best practice frameworks, develop methods for aligning/integrating existing security exception and plan of action and milestone (POAM) mechanisms for risk ownership and mitigation purposes. You will also coordinate the development of a SharePoint based risk ledger with the intent of providing a centralized storage and reference point. Information Security is a very hot skill set in the current Washington DC/Metro job market. Providing server database support at Naval Station Norfolk for installation access control which includes PII i.e., social security numbers, birthdates, etc.
Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel Expertise with basic knowledge in supporting the administration of the Database.
Work with Government and other Contractor personnel to ensure compliance with all current Information Technology (IT) & Information Assurance (IA) policies as applicable/required.
Maintain and update server (via approved IA Patches) when required as well as all associated workstation to such server.
Identify storage, backup, and disaster recovery service level. Provide nightly audit log backup to be retained for a period of time.
Provide data restoration as requested by customer.

Perform periodic validation of backup and restoration capability on a reoccurring basis.
Reconfigure, tune, or expand the infrastructure as necessary to make resources available to meet customer requirements.
Validate and respond to customer requests to verify success of backup and restoration.
Ensure Microsoft Access database maintains functionary consistent with operational requirements.
Respond and resolve issues with database functionality.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline with 1-2 years experience in Information Technology or Cyber Security environment OR High School diploma with 2-4 years of related technical experience in DOD systems
An active DoD Secret Clearance
Must have strong Microsoft Access experience and Microsoft Excel expertise with knowledge in supporting the administration of a database
Technical documentation skills

Position Description

In the Operations Clerk role, you will:
Acts as a liaison between our government customer and its participants. Effectively resolves customer issues, requests and inquiries.
Provide base level customer service.
Managed inbound calls in a timely manner, following call center scripts when handling different topics, identifying customer needs, providing basic information, researching participant accounts, addressing basic questions or issues, providing an accurate and efficient response.
Keep accurate records of all conversations, and meeting contractual qualitative and quantitative targets.
Perform tasks associated with call handling to include basic plan and participant file research and updates.
Preparation and scanning of documents into PBGC systems.
Have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures as it relates to benefits administration.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
Works under immediate supervision and reports to a supervisor.
Office location is in Doral, Florida. Due to the current pandemic situation, candidates may be assigned to remote telework; However, on site work will be required for this position once safety restrictions are lifted.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to obtain and/or maintain a Pubic Trust security clearance.
Two years of related experience.
Must be able to exercise analysis and experience in selecting documented procedures to follow in searching for, interpreting, selecting, or coding items to be entered from a variety of source documents.
Microsoft Office knowledge and experience.
The hourly rate for this position is 17.32/hr, plus $4.22/hr for Health and Welfare (H&W).
Office location is in Doral, Florida. Due to the current pandemic situation, candidates may be assigned to remote telework; however, this is not a full-time telework position. On site work will be required for this position once safety restrictions are lifted.
