The Stock Supervisor partners with Retail/Stock Management to support the efficiency of replenishing stores with the merchandise our customers want. What you'll do:
- Coordinate with store management on day-to-day operations of the stockroom
- Receive, organize, and maintain merchandise inventory
- Ensure stockroom is kept up to Volcom stockroom organizational standards
- Assist in keeping a well-organized stockroom providing ease of access to all merchandise and the flow of merchandise to the floor
- Ensure your applicable store(s) are getting daily replenishment in compliance with Volcom restock and Focus restock guidelines
- Uphold Volcom Loss Prevention standards and control shrink
- Abide by safety guidelines when transporting merchandise
- Answer Volcom team member's or customer's inventory-related questions
- Deliver merchandise to stores and support the stocking of merchandise to the floor
- Assist with training and delegating tasks to Stock Associates, if applicable
- Report merchandise issues to Retail/Stock Manager
- Complete customer transactions and provide customer service as needed
- Cultivate a fun, organized, efficient work environment and lead by example
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you'll need:
- High school education or equivalent
- 1+ years retail/stockroom experience
- General knowledge of shipping, transfers and replenishment
- Experience leading teams and guiding individuals through processes

- Ascend/descend a ladder to reach merchandise if applicable

The Liberated Brands platform originated with Volcom, the boardsport inspired lifestyle brand that was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in Costa Mesa, CA with offices in France, Australia and Japan.
Overview: This role will work closely with Liberated Brands Sales Executives in overseeing day to day sales department needs with a focus on Opex/Capex Budget Management, Commissions review, Contract Management, Event Planning and overall planning and execution of the sales calendar. This position will support the Liberated Brands portfolio, including Volcom, Spyder, Prince Off-Court and other pending brand partnerships. They must have a passion for working independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment, taking initiative and extreme ownership are a must.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Work with cross functional finance, accounting, sales and sales operations teams to build and manage Sales Operating Expense budget process and files to support the following: Sales Executives, Sales Managers, Retail Merchandising, Sales Promotions, Sales Operations and Visual Merchandising for US, Canada and Latin America - Liberated Brands
Host monthly budget actualization meetings with Sales Executives and Sales Management
Provide FP&A teams with monthly accruals and expense allocation
Implement a detailed Project Management process to ensure all key deliverables in Sales and Merchandising Calendars are met, identify key stakeholders and detail process to project completion for multiple brands.
Compile Monthly sales reporting for Sales Executive team, including Monthly Business Review Decks and others as needed.
Sample Coordination
Drive Sample Process for wholesale channel by working closely with Merchandising and Sales Operations Team to project, and receive seasonal samples efficiently
Apparel, Swim, Footwear, Accessories and Outerwear
Assist with Catalog Shoot Line and Showroom Line Coordination
Receive, and Oversee Prep of Showroom Samples
Manage Sample storage area including seasonal sample shifts, movement of goods to warehouse
Manage shipping and receiving samples to and from Key Accounts and Reps for photo shoot and line showing needs
North America, Latin America Sales Reps
Support Independent sales reps with seasonal needs, assets, samples and sell in programs
Compile and update sales rep information for shipping, commissions
Special Projects as needed:
Liaison between departments and/or partners for projects as needed
Key Event Planning, Sales Ambassador Gifting
Manage Technology and Hardgoods for digital sales tools: iPads, Elastic Suite Uploads
Plan and organize in person and virtual sales meetings, web calls and trade shows
Hotel and Venue Negotiation and Liaison

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The DTC Planning Manager is responsible for maximizing sales, profit and optimizing inventory for Volcom's Ecommerce division. The planner drives the sales plan through consistent focus on studying the business, and monitoring inventory and sales performance, as well as maintaining assortment plans. This position works closely with buying, allocations, and store operations and partners with the team to improve systems and efficiencies.
Manage DTC Planning Team.
Develop and maintain seasonal plans and monthly open to buy for full price & outlet channels.
Lead monthly Open to Buy meetings.
Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities; develop action plans to achieve financial goals.
Develop and maintain weekly analysis reports on essential KPI's and ad-hoc reporting.
Create allocation strategies based on seasonality, trend, store capacity, and stock-to-sales, while working closely with allocations to develop and implement these strategies.
Work with the merchant to actively manage inventory levels, including planning back up orders on key core items and major initiatives, reorders, increasing/decreasing inventory, cancelling orders, etc.
Establish and monitor store capacity and inventory levels.
Develop and maintain store clusters using store profiles (volume, seasonality, region, categorical performance).
Partner with allocations and buying teams to develop new store opening assortment and allocation strategies.
Manage inventory lifecycles and movement between channels for optimal performance.
KWI liaison and back office merchandising expert.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred or equivalent relevant combination of training and experience to provide the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities.
3-5 years catalog/retail experience (planning, buying, purchasing) or related experience.

Liberated's Global Senior SMU Designer is responsible for bringing fresh and innovative designs as well as relevant and volume driving concepts on a seasonal basis. The SMU Designer is responsible for the conceptualization and creation of the Prince off court brand between Men's and Women's but also product within our SMU channel for Volcom, that merchandises across all product categories.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Responsible for analyzing trends and develop creative, innovative, market leading designs, within defined merchandising concepts
Design and create products for the Prince Off Court Brand across all divisions along with seasonal SMU's for the Volcom brand

This position will be located in the New Jersey area.
The Northeast Visual Merchandiser will be focusing on our key account locations in New Jersey and surrounding areas. This person consistently executes visual merchandising direction including product placement, fixture placement and display elements to provide a consistent customer experience. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Production Assistant is responsible supporting the Production functions and learning the tasks associated with PO placement, order management, garment, accessory, footwear construction and functional properties. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Greet all visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Collaboratively works between our trim designers and trim providers to execute trims used in apparel and accessories
Enter materials in PLM, including all attribute details for nominated supplier and vendor sourced components
Add corresponding artwork to PLM
Manage AI design files for trims
Adding Prices, MOQ and Nominated Supplier details to PLM
Send files as directed by RM Analyst and Design to suppliers for development
Sends Reference samples to the EU/OZ teams when needed
Assist in sample tracking to enable visibility of Raw Materials development for the EU & OZ teams
Ensures that PLM Naming codes adhere to established RM naming conventions
Assist in Trim Board Creation for the Development teams
Sample management:
Set up request in PLM
Check in when sample is received by writing corresponding numbers and dates on physical sample and checking in in PLM
Update sample request with approved/resubmit/status in PLM (and create new sample request if needed)
Enter vendor pricing, MOQ and lead times in PLM to provide visibility for development teams to access.
Run reports from the PLM sample tracker each week and advise RM Analyst if any trims have exceeded their quoted ETD.
Update Vendor Expected ETD for samples into PLM for development team's reference.
Other duties as assigned related to materials issues with vendors and the development and production teams
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Product Development college student or recent graduate
Ability to learn and understand materials & materials development processes
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
Intermediate Word, Excel, Illustrator
Ability to learn Database Systems
Extensive attention to detail related to calendar, quality, innovation and functionality is required

Volcom is looking to add an experienced creative team member to support studio and lifestyle photo shoots. The responsibilities of this role expand beyond styling to supporting the photo studio's creative needs to ensure work that is created in the studio and beyond is on brand, high quality and done efficiently. The studio is a high paced and high-volume setting, where creative direction and priorities constantly evolve.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Work & communicate closely with Global Design, Marketing, eCommerce, and photography counterparts to produce progressive imagery assets as needed for each project
Act as stylist during studio and lifestyle photoshoots
Oversee, prepare and manage samples for photoshoots
Maximize Project Resources - Minimize production labor/workloads (identify ways to streamline and improve process)
Aid Global Studio Production Manager in casting and hiring models for shoots as needed
Confirm seasonal photoshoot directive with Ecommerce and Creative Director before each project and seasonal shoot
Prepare shot lists for photoshoots
Style looks for seasonal photoshoots, taking into account the Design team's vision for the product and how it should be worn
Maintain studio styling kit, including footwear, eyewear, props, etc.
Maintain marketing sample room closet
Steaming and product preparation is required as part of this role, including the receiving and organization of samples
Work closely with Sample Coordinators and other departments to track and borrow samples for photoshoots
Prepare looks and send outfits to ambassadors as needed for content creation and PR opportunities

We are looking for a Director of Customer Service & Warranty to join our Liberated team in Costa Mesa, CA!
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Provide leadership and expertise to an expanding Customer Service / Warranty Department for Volcom and Spyder brands. This will include the coaching and training of representatives, instituting new and better processes and creating a department structure that would enable a higher standard of excellence and quality performance in line with company goals and objectives. He/she will be responsible for increasing the efficiency of the team by developing automated solutions and streamlining processes to ensure scalability.
Direct the daily operations of Liberated Brands' Customer Service and Warranty department.
Provide leadership and direction to the Team Lead and CSRs to provide an excellent standard of service and demonstrating our value to all customers.
Formulate, implement and execute operational policies and procedures to enhance quality of service experience.
Establish a potentially hybrid model of internal and outsourced staff to handle inquiries during the peak selling season, while maintaining a high standard of service.
Design and implement key CS metrics like CSAT scores, SLA, resolution times, handle times etc, to manage call center function effectively and efficiently.
Build, maintain, measure, and enhance operational dashboards.
Design and manage a best-in-class Customer Service training program.
Develop a process and system for quality control for all Customer messaging in telephone, e-mail and written correspondence with customers.
Re-establish and execute Warranty policy and procedure with brand standard documentation and formalized claim process.
Consult with product development, compliance and design regarding emerging issues and common product construction complaints. Manage internal and external repair performance, ensuring proper care and handling.
Forecast and manage budget for warranty repair costs.
Provide recommendations on systems, policies and processes that would improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer escalations as necessary and manage customer issues as they arise during day-to-day operations.
Drive the overall performance of staff to ensure compliance with policies, practices and approved customer service processes.
Provide corrective action and course corrections when employees are not performing or behaving in accordance with company standards.
Partner with cross functional teams and departments to lead the business to achieve quality of service and execution.
Formulate and maintain staff schedules to ensure optimum service coverage.
Responsible for recruiting, hiring and retaining top talent to improve the organization.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Minimum 8+ years of management experience.
Experience in a management role representing apparel preferred.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred; two-year college degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
Ecommerce/DTC as well as Wholesale (B2B) experience a plus.
Extensive knowledge of best-in-class customer service procedures and principles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Ability to coach and mentor customer excellence representatives.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
Team player who works together with multiple teams to create effective solutions.
Attention to detail and problem solving.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel.
