Job Summary: The State and Local Tax (SALT) Compliance Supervisor is the primary return preparer of state and local corporate income tax returns of moderate complexity. This position supervises the SALT associates and develops them to succeed as a tax professional. This position performs tax research and planning to compose tax memos to substantiate return and audit positions. This position prepares and documents information requests for state tax audits as well as performs analysis of audit results. This position monitors the filing of annual reports to ensure the company remains qualified to conduct business in each state.
Required Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management. Proficiency in both Microsoft Excel and Access. Must have 1 to 3 years of corporate income tax experience with a multinational company (Fortune 500 or the equivalent). Candidate must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or international equivalent is required.
Preferred Skills: CPA License or Masters in Taxation is preferred. Experience using OneSource is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Positions and integrates core solutions within our customers transportation management systems.
- Coordinates business stakeholders (Underwriting, Claims, Security, CRG, Sales) to prioritize accounts and to determine involvement.
- Collaborates with internal and external legal partners to draft, execute, and maintain customer contracts including program agreements, API agreements, Terms and Conditions, incentive contracts, and trademark licensing agreements.
- Balances and manages multiple integrations and deployment schedules to meet stakeholder and external customer goals and expectations.
- Ensures integration testing runs smoothly, identifies issues, the solution meets standards, and is 100% effective.
- Manages problem solving efforts, root cause analysis of issues, promotes efficient resolution of any issues that arise during integration, and implements solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborates with operations, IT, and sales to help guide future enhancements to our digital solutions.
- Regularly reviews integration/sales pipeline report and sales activities/integrations/customer follow-ups are making progress and monitors business performance metrics for their customer base (NPS, net margin, revenue)

Job Summary
This position troubleshoots and communicates documentation discrepancy issues with customers and foreign origins. This position audits commercial documents, applies harmonized tariff schedule codes for accurate duty assessments and ensures all federal requirements are met. This position handles general customs brokerage activities and general office and data entry tasks.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of customs entries and forwarding freight to designated locations. This may involve interface with international and domestic carriers, overseas offices, and importers.
Prepare Customs entries and follow-up with the clearance process on all entries prepared.
Communicate documentation discrepancies to client and supervisor.
Coordinate freight delivery to designated locations.
Resolve finance and accounting reconciliation exchange issues.
Responsible for filing entries to customs via GBS-CM in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities may include scanning entries into the imaging system meeting allotted and sensitive time requirements.
Administrative responsibilities include preparation of reports/presentations and analysis using various software packages and databases.
Daily follow up on documentation discrepancy issues which requires the ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with customers and foreign origins.
Establish and maintain client relationships.
Position may require a weekend schedule on a department rotation basis and not limited to working a holiday schedule based on the needs of the operation and requirements of the account.
