The Telecommunications Analyst will perform operational duties to support OptumServe's telephony network, including but not limited to multiple VoIP PBX phone systems, Contact Center applications, Voice Mail, routing of calls, IVR scripts, analog lines, call accounting and call recording. This role will work on Contact Center and Enterprise Voice Telecommunication services with duties that include implementation, support and technical analysis of hardware, software or networks.

We seek a Float Senior P harmacy Technician to support all functions of the Genoa mental health and specialty pharmacy primarily through dispensing medical prescriptions and performing necessary clerical duties while under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.
Hours: Pharmacies in the area you will be covering will be open Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm PST

Primary Responsibilities:

Receives and processes wholesaler medication orders
Verifies medication stock and enters data in computer to maintain inventory records
Works with the Pharmacist to assist in the pharmacy functions and keeping the pharmacy in compliance with all federal and state requirements
Performs various clerical duties relating to the department

As a Case Manager II, you will provide home-based services, education, and support to families, including household management and emotional/behavioral regulation. This position will be the primary care manager for a panel of members with primary complex medical needs. The Care Management / coordination activities will focus on supporting member's medical, behavioral and socioeconomic needs to promote appropriate utilization of services and improved quality of care. All case management/ coordination activities will be in alignment with evidence-based guidelines. This position will liaison with the members' provider community to help reduce fragmentation within the care ecosystem. Serve as primary care manager for members with primary complex medical needs
Engage members through a variety of modalities (telephonically) to complete a comprehensive needs assessment, including assessment of medical, behavioral, functional, cultural, socioeconomic and SDOH needs
Develop and implement person centered care plans to address needs including management of chronic health conditions, health promotion and wellness, social determinants of health, medication management and member safety in alignment with evidence-based guidelines

Monitor compliance with medication regimen and make referrals to Pharmacist for medication review and recommendations
Reassess and update care plan with change in condition or care needs
Support proactive discharge planning and manage/coordinate Care Transition following ER visit, inpatient or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) admission
Access and Coordinate Medicaid Benefits to support care needs
Document all care management/coordination activity in clinical care management record

Required Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:
The consultant in this role will engage with detailed healthcare claims data to build and maintain models that measure and project claims cost trends for Level-Funded and Student Resource health plans. They will address business challenges through analytical modeling and apply their technical skills to complex analyses, drawing key insights regarding claims costs trends and patterns. Required Qualifications:
Candidate is on the Actuarial exam track, having passed two or more actuarial exams
2+ years of actuarial experience working in a corporate environment including experience collecting, analyzing, and summarizing qualitative/quantitative data
2+ years of experience acquiring, manipulating, and working with large datasets and using them to solve business problems
Experience in designing and executing complex data programs, including data extraction and analysis using R, Python, SQL, SAS, and/or VBA
Preferred Qualifications:
Substantial progress or towards ASA or FSA designation
2+ years of experience working for a healthcare consulting practice

Be a contributing member of a collaborative team responsible for the cryptographic hardware appliances and public key encryption (PKI) that secure Optum's Identity and Access Management Platforms.
