The Telecommunications Analyst will perform operational duties to support OptumServe's telephony network, including but not limited to multiple VoIP PBX phone systems, Contact Center applications, Voice Mail, routing of calls, IVR scripts, analog lines, call accounting and call recording. This role will work on Contact Center and Enterprise Voice Telecommunication services with duties that include implementation, support and technical analysis of hardware, software or networks.

Be a contributing member of a collaborative team responsible for the cryptographic hardware appliances and public key encryption (PKI) that secure Optum's Identity and Access Management Platforms. This engineer role will be responsible for operationally managing and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of multiple environments of highly available security encryption appliances and the infrastructure comprising Optum's internal Public Key infrastructure. Provide operational support in the day-to-day tasks and on call support to ensure the platform is always available and secure. Assist with identifying and executing on opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process improvement. Collaborate as part of the team to drive forward initiatives and projects related to platform enhancements, security, and delivering cryptographic solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide operations support in the day-to-day tasks involved with managing enterprise grade cryptographic appliances

  • Help analyze, identify gaps, design, build, and support a robust, secure, and compliant platform of cryptographic appliances

  • Contribute to enterprise encryption policy and standards

  • Provide innovative solutions to automate repetitive tasks

  • Assist in researching, testing, and evaluating cryptographic hardware products and their use for platforms and applications

  • Participate as an independent contributor within an agile based team

  • Participate in a 24x7 on call rotation supporting hardware cryptographic appliances

  • May be required to visit Optum's data centers on occasion as part of normal operations and on call

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with Linux\Windows OS management

  • 3+ years of IT experience in a corporate environment

  • Proven knowledge of information security best practices and processes

  • Understanding of physical controls around encryption materials

  • Ability to participate in on call rotation

  • Ability to provide physical support at the Minneapolis area data centers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience

  • CISSP or other security related certification

  • 2+ years of cryptographic module, hardware security module, or other cryptographic platform experience

  • 1+ years understanding and working with various types and use cases of encryption algorithms

  • Scripting and automation experience leveraging Python, Powershell or other scripting languages

  • Cloud Infrastructure exposure in any of the major CSP's including MS Azure, AWS, or GCP

  • Other Identity and Access Management experience

We seek a Float Senior P harmacy Technician to support all functions of the Genoa mental health and specialty pharmacy primarily through dispensing medical prescriptions and performing necessary clerical duties while under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.

Hours: Pharmacies in the area you will be covering will be open Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm PST

Location : You will be a float technician that will cover all sites in OR for PTO coverage. The cities will include: Medford, Portland-Metro, Grants Pass, Roseburg, Eugene, Salem, Gresham, Sandy, Astoria, Newport, Coos Bay, Bend, St. Helens, and potentially Ontario.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers and members of the clinic staff

  • Fills prescription orders and makes them available for verification under direct supervision of the registered pharmacist

  • Orders, receives and stores incoming pharmacy supplies

  • Receives and processes wholesaler medication orders

  • Verifies medication stock and enters data in computer to maintain inventory records

  • Works with the Pharmacist to assist in the pharmacy functions and keeping the pharmacy in compliance with all federal and state requirements

  • Performs various clerical duties relating to the department

  • Communicates with strong professional verbal and written communication skills
