Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Marine Pipe Welders for projects located in and around San Diego, CA. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of up to $36/hour based on experience & skill level plus $150/per diem for travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:

• Weld a variety of metal surfaces or pipe using various types of welding equipment

• Weld shell plating, fabricated cast or forged components according to specifications for vessels, tanks, or other structural assemblies

• Set up tools, welding equipment, & supplies at job site

• Burn pipe or penetration tacks & welds pipe

• Clean weld area

• Sweep & remove scraps

• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 5+ Years of Shipyard Experience

• Must have OSHA 10 Maritime, Firewatch Certification

• Weld Test

• Drug Screen

• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident

• Must have Copper, Nickel Experiene

• 3+ Years Experienve in Welding work

• Knowledge of Welding Procedures & Various types of Welding Equipment

• Proficieny in Flat, Vertical, Overhead, & Horizontal Arc, Smaw, & Fluxcore, TIG welding, & air ARC Skills

• Must be Ceritifed to Operate High Reaching Equipment

• Ability to work at Heights & in Confined Spaces

• Ability to work Any Shift as needed

• Ability to read instructions

The primary responsibility of an Industrial Account Executive is to obtain orders or contracts in the Major Accounts / Industrial sector for Tradesmen's services. • Drive to Win - Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue including cold-calling and client management. Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.

• Adaptable and Resilient - Overcome objections of prospective customers. Periodically conduct information-only presentations, such as trade show demonstrations.

• Relationship Builder - Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining sales quotas. Perform professional presentations of company service(s), build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.

Job Scope:

• Change motors

• Replace bearings, belts, and filters

• Charge refrigeration systems

• Read blueprints, and manuals

• Troubleshoot electrical control circuits

• Install wiring to connect components to an electric power source

• Disassemble malfunctioning systems & test components, using electrical, mechanical and pneumatic testing equipment

• Braze or solder parts to repair defective parts and leaks

• Execute approved program on scheduled maintenance and repairs (PM's).

• Maintain records of repairs and replacements made and causes of malfunctions

• Consult with service representatives and others as necessary to accomplish installation of repairs

• Perform necessary tests, to include water sampling and adding chemicals to air conditioning systems as required

• Support GFSI and FSMA

• Assist in ensuring that the SQF system is in place and company is in compliance with all aspects of HACCP plan, SSOPs, and GMPs throughout the plant

• Report all food safety issues to an immediate supervisor

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience repairing, and troubleshooting equipment

• Must pass drug screen, and background check
