About the Role

About the Role
In this role you will be a part of the Inventory Management team that brings the financial strategy of our product vision to life by managing the largest financial asset of the company: our product itself. As Merchandise Planner, you will drive the success of one or more product categories by creating a financial roadmap and marrying it to brand strategy and customer needs. You are passionate about using your qualitative and quantitative skillset in a fashion retail environment and find joy and creativity in forecasting and financial planning. You are curious, innovative, and focused on executing an amazing customer experience while delivering/exceeding financial targets. Strong analytical and storytelling skills will serve you well, and a collaborative mindset is a must.
What You'll Do
Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities by division and department
Create preseason sales, gross margin and inventory plans by division and department that support product strategies
Reconcile top down to bottom up division/department plans
Present financial forecast and supporting action plans in open to buy meeting
Reforecast sales and manage inventory for all basic styles to meet department financial goals
Communicate financial results and forecasts to manager and cross functional team on a weekly basis
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with members of cross functional team (Merchandising, Visual, Production, Distribution, Planning and Company Planning), setting expectations around prioritization and best practices around key deliverables

About the Role
In this role, you will support the store leadership team by performing functional tasks as assigned. You will act as a mentor and role model to employees to support service behaviors and the execution of tasks in specific areas of expertise. You will focus on leading processes and/or areas of the business, executing tasks and maintaining productivity to ensure goals are met. About the Role
The Brand Loyalty Marketing team drives the loyalty strategy within Gap Specialty and Gap Outlet. They oversee the launch and execution of marketing initiatives that must be integrated into each brand's commercial planning calendar and support the brand's overall marketing objectives. They serve as the primary point of contact and are directly embedded with the brand teams to provide a seamless connection to brand stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this team must have strong communication and influencing skills, as well as the ability to drive strategic initiatives across multiple cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
Develops creative briefs for loyalty marketing assets across multiple platforms and maintains oversight to ensure creative is on-strategy and on-brand; partners with cross-functional teams and brand stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
Analyzes loyalty performance at a weekly, quarterly, annual, as well as campaign level, providing hindsight analyses and recommendations to inform and optimize future marketing and testing strategies
Supports the development of omnichannel and channel-specific loyalty marketing retention strategies by providing decision support analysis, in partnership with the Business Analysis team, to drive loyalty engagement metrics and deliver against brand objectives
Support team members in visualizing data and building stories to communicate loyalty performance and results to stakeholders and cross-functional partners
Supports management of budgeting, open and close POs, forecasting and actualizing cost
Supports management of offer strategies and legal language with a banking partner
Comfortable with owning small projects and creating a project plan/structure for test initiatives
Who You Are
3+ years of relevant work experience in Marketing or related field
Organized, self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Financial acumen / analytically curious -- comfortable with numbers and conducting hind sighting analysis; strong Excel skills
Experience working with creative teams and creative development process
Self-confidence, energy and comfort working in fast paced, dynamic environment
Strong time management skills: able to handle a high volume of simultaneous responsibilities
Ability to prioritize and work independently while also partnering cooperatively and collaborating with cross-functional teams

About the Role
The Brand Loyalty Marketing team drives the loyalty strategy within each of the Gap brands. With a focus on building customer retention and long-term value, they oversee the launch and execution of marketing initiatives that must be integrated into each brand's commercial planning calendar and support the brand's overall marketing objectives. They serve as the primary point of contact for loyalty initiatives and are directly embedded in the brand teams to provide a seamless connection to brand stakeholders. What You'll Do

Who You Are
7+ years of relevant work experience in CRM, loyalty, marketing or related field focused on driving customer segmentation strategies, sales and LTV through multi-channel marketing programs (email, site, social, digital, SMS and DM)
Possess strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to glean insights, visualize data, tell a story, and influence strategic direction across the business
Organized, self-starter, strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively and build strong relationships with business partners
Ability to manage multiple detail-oriented projects and to meet deadlines
Proven skill in leading and influencing across multiple and distinct functional organizations (e.g., IT, Brands, Creative, Marketing) to drive business objectives and priorities
Proven strategic thinker; able to leverage large sets of data to drive insights and make decisions - knowledge of Excel, Omniture and Microstrategy are a plus

About the Role
The Senior Integrated Marketing Project Manager will support our brand, creative and marketing teams by expertly mapping out timelines and scopes of work and organizing briefs into action for our marketing campaigns. About the Role
In this role, you will collaborate with business partners across the organization to drive decisions aimed at maximizing sales and profitability. You will be responsible for supporting the brand's planning and forecasting processes for digital and retail stores. You will be a part of a team that leads pre-season and in-season planning and forecasting processes across channels, partnering closely with Marketing and Digital to effectively manage marketing spend.
This role is based out of the New York office. Currently, job duties are

About the Role
Hiring Bonus!!! If hired prior to the below cutoff dates and remain employed through 9/15/22, you will receive the following bonus in select stores. More details will be shared upon joining the team.
- $750: hired on or before 6/20/22
- $500: hired between 6/21/22 - 7/15/22
- $250: hired between 7/16/22 - 8/1/22
- All the above must be actively employed on 9/15/22*
