Job Title: Customer Service/Administrative Support
Summary
Customer Service/Administrative Support personnel are normally the first point of contact for a client. They are responsible for providing basic information, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Receive, screen, and direct callers and walk-in customers to the appropriate FFSP staff
Provide general, basic information and referral of customers to military and community resources, utilizing other FFSP staff for more in-depth, complicated requests for information.
Enroll and schedule customers in briefs, workshops, classes, and individual appointments, when not provided through centralized scheduling.
Provide administrative and clerical services
Provide a variety of administrative and clerical support functions, e.g., finalizing official correspondence, preparing military messages, making travel arrangements, distributing mass mailings, managing files, receiving messages for staff
Ensure that information and referral services provided are entered and counted in FFSMIS
Provide a variety of Counseling and Advocacy Program administrative support functions, e.g., preparing and finalizing official correspondence, data entry, attending and taking minutes at meetings, scheduling appointments, screening and directing potentially distraught or difficult callers or walk-in clients, managing files, maintaining referral and community resource directories
Supervisory Responsibilities
Required Education and/or Experience Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Experience working with computers and office automation software
Knowledge of basic customer service skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and determine priority of tasks
Strong verbal and written skills
Possess a general knowledge base of community and military resources
Ability to follow directions carefully and understand complex protocols
Ability to take and prepare meeting minutes, prepare correspondence, and accurately enter data into required data systems
Knowledge of military lifestyle, ranks, and organizations

Required Education and/or Experience Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school in social work, psychology, marriage, Family, and child counseling, counseling or behavioral science, education, community health or public health
Certification by the National Advocate Credentialing Program at the time of hire. Qualified applicants licensed at the provisional level will be given one year to obtain the basic level credential
Minimum of two years of experience in working with a military or civilian social service agency serving military Families
Thorough knowledge of Family violence dynamics, trauma-informed advocacy services, environmental stressors, safety planning, risk assessments, local community resources, and federal and state laws on domestic abuse, Family law, and the Victim Rights Bill
Ability to effectively communicate with victims, develop trusting helping relationships
Ability to work effectively with individuals and families from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds
Ability to work independently to assess risk, develop, implement, and evaluate safety and intervention plans to meet victim needs, and work cooperatively with military and civilian medical, social service, law enforcement, and legal personnel on behalf of victims

Provide career coaching services telephonically, in-person at events as directed by the Government, and virtually through the MySECO web presence, webinars and other web-based and social media platforms to include video coaching;
Provide comprehensive career services to include career exploration, education and training, employment assistance and work-life goals for military spouses;
Educate military spouses on SECO services, including the MyCAA Scholarship, and career resources through tailored coaching sessions to enhance spouses' well-being in support of their career goals;
Serve as the primary government source of assistance for military spouses regarding education and career development throughout the military lifecycle;
Serve as the central source of information regarding federal, state and local occupational licenses and credential requirements for military spouses in portable occupations and career fields nationwide and/or globally.
Offer military spouses the opportunity to work with the same career coach over time;
Create and update educational materials as coordinated with the Government;

Job Title: Clinical Care Specialist
Summary
The Clinical Care Specialist conducts reviews of Fleet & Family Services Program (FFSP) Counseling, Remote Clinical Counseling, Sailor Assistance and Intercept for Life (SAIL) and New Parent Support Home Visitor records and provides observations and recommendations particularly regarding safety, mandatory reporting and sound clinical practice. Additional duties also include the development and facilitation of web based clinical training, facilitation of Communities of Practice and other activities which support Zeiders clinical and New Parent Support staff worldwide. This position has some flexible work hours and is a telework position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Reviews records in FFSMIS to ensure client safety, mandatory reporting and adequate clinical practice. Complete Clinical Care Reviews (CCRs) of a monthly sampling of FFSMIS records for contract clinical Counseling, SAIL, and New Parent Support providers to monitor the quality of care and ensure compliance with the Contract and Zeiders Risk Management Policy
Knowledgeable in assessing and intervening in various forms of crisis and abuse using sound professional judgment, and ethical practice
Ensures that urgent safety concerns are immediately forwarded to a Supervisor for action.
Conducts follow up reviews to ensure adequate action has been taken in cases with urgent safety concerns.
Complete Follow up Reviews within one (1) week for cases that indicate urgent client risk or serious practice concerns
Complete expanded case reviews for providers who have demonstrated substandard performance as indicated by the Supervisor
Provide feedback and consultation during employee personnel meetings with the employee, Clinical Care Coordinator, Supervisor, site supervisors, and others involved in personnel actions as needed
Respond directly to routine questions from clinical providers regarding Clinical Case Reviews
Prepares summary of observations and recommendations for Supervisor discussion with the provider
Provide feedback and consultation during employee personnel meetings with the employee, Clinical Care Coordinator, Supervisor, site supervisors, and others involved in personnel actions as needed

Provide career coaching services telephonically, in-person at events as directed by the Government, and virtually through the MySECO web presence, webinars and other web-based and social media platforms to include video coaching;
Provide comprehensive career services to include career exploration, education and training, employment assistance and work-life goals for military spouses;
Educate military spouses on SECO services, including the MyCAA Scholarship, and career resources through tailored coaching sessions to enhance spouses' well-being in support of their career goals;
Serve as the primary government source of assistance for military spouses regarding education and career development throughout the military lifecycle;
Serve as the central source of information regarding federal, state and local occupational licenses and credential requirements for military spouses in portable occupations and career fields nationwide and/or globally.
Offer military spouses the opportunity to work with the same career coach over time;
Create and update educational materials as coordinated with the Government;
Utilize government systems to thoroughly document coaching sessions;
Respond to military spouse needs on social media and online including LinkedIn, Facebook, and MySECO as directed by the Government; and
Assist with the inbound call queue during surge periods, as needed.

An active certification in one of the following: the Certified Career Counselor (CCC) credential through the National Career Development Association, the Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP) credential through the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals, or the National Certified Counselor (NCC) credential through the National Board of Certified Counselors.

Job Title: Business Information Services Manager
Summary
The Business Information Services Manager works as a full-time employee of Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. (Zeiders). Duties can be performed in the Woodbridge, VA office, or remotely with a schedule aligned with U.S. Eastern Time. This position supports the CIO in the planning, implementation, support and management of specific contract IT needs, Information Assurance duties, SaaS Vendors through the Control Advisory Board and manages contract system implementations, in accordance with Zeiders' corporate technology policies and practices. This position assists in the direct management of call center technologies such as CCaaS, CRM and appointment management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the business relationship with Zeiders multiple SaaS vendors and be a point of escalation for response and technical issues. Manage any interfaces between SaaS systems by working with vendors for optimum results.
Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of IT policies and procedures as they relate to the contracts.
Manage the company's systems portfolio to address business needs of the contracts, system usage, and operations. Analyze business processes, systems, and user needs. Review existing systems and identify opportunities for process improvements through data sharing and process automation. Accurately translate business requirements into system functionality.
Plan and manage implementations for new and/or upgraded systems for both on-site and cloud-based services, working with cross-functional teams and external vendors, delivering on-time, on-budget Performance.
Plan and manage contract support resources by working with the contract Business Managers, the IT Leadership and Contract Deputy Program Managers (or delegates). Manage contract expectations as to implementation priorities and resources.
Be the primary point of contact for contract Information Assurance matters including Third Party Assessments, Government system access management and liaison with other contractors and the government.

PFCs will traditionally provide support in one of three ways. Any combination of the three may be requested by the installation coordinator.
Face-to-Face financial counseling: PFCs support and educate individuals and families to help address specific needs, including provision of appropriate resource referrals.
Financial briefings: Facilitate briefings designed to promote awareness and educate Service Members and their families on various personal finance topics. PFCs facilitate requested briefings using a library of approved presentations and handouts on a variety of financial topics.

Career Coaches provide support to military spouses through the Military OneSource Military Spouse Education and Career Opportunities (SECO) Program Contract. Career coaches serve Military Spouses through coaching sessions delivered through a contact center in their home office.

Provide career coaching services to military spouses telephonically, to include resources, and career consultations;
Educate military spouses on SECO services, including the MyCAA Scholarship, and career resources through tailored coaching sessions to enhance spouses' well-being in support of their career goals;

The SECO program offers comprehensive education, career and employment services to all military spouses through: SECO Coaching Services, the MySECO web presence, and the Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP) Component.
Career Coaches provide support to military spouses through the Military OneSource Military Spouse Education and Career Opportunities (SECO) Program Contract. Career coaches serve Military Spouses through coaching sessions delivered through a contact center in their home office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide career coaching services to military spouses telephonically, to include resources, and career consultations;
Educate military spouses on SECO services, including the MyCAA Scholarship, and career resources through tailored coaching sessions to enhance spouses' well-being in support of their career goals;
Offer military spouses the opportunity to work with the same career coach over time;
Provide on demand resume and cover letter reviews;
Utilize government systems to thoroughly document coaching sessions;
Serve as the primary government source of assistance for military spouses regarding education and career development throughout the military lifecycle;
Serve as the central source of information regarding federal, state and local occupational licenses and credential requirements for military spouses in portable occupations and career fields nationwide and/or globally.
Assist with the inbound call queue during surge periods, as needed.

The contact center's hours of operation are Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST, and Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
Successful candidates will be offered a specific shift to fulfill the requirements of the contract.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
A Master's degree in Counseling, Career Counseling, Higher Education Administration/Leadership, Education, Adult Education, or related field with 4+ years professional work experience in career, education, and/or employment coaching/counseling with diverse ADULT populations.
An active certification in one of the following: the Certified Career Counselor (CCC) credential through the National Career Development Association, the Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP) credential through the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals, or the National Certified Counselor (NCC) credential through the National Board of Certified Counselors.
Those who do not currently possess one of the above designations may be considered with the expectation to obtain the credential within 6 months of being hired.
Experience providing career and educational coaching with diverse adult populations across the full career development process to include career assessments, career exploration, career decision-making, resumes, personal branding, interview strategies, job search strategies, etc.
Evidence utilizing a holistic approach to assist adults with their career and educational goals.
Experience working in higher education or extensive knowledge of post-secondary educational institutions and various types of certificate/degree programs,

Personal budget/financial planning to reduce, eliminate, and avoid debt and to achieve solvency and stability.

Educating military families on the importance of maintaining excellent credit histories and ratings.
Establishing, monitoring, and protecting their credit.
Teaching Service Members to make informed decisions and to be aware of associated costs such as insurance, maintenance, fuel costs, etc.
Educating and counseling Service Members - about their retirement systems and providing financial models to assist them in establishing a comprehensive retirement plan
Assisting with tax planning.

This position qualifies for a hiring incentive. The successful hire will receive either a one-time Sign-on Bonus in the amount of $5,000 or a TBA (Temporary Business Allowance). The TBA is a temporary allowance available to staff this position for a minimum time commitment and if certain criteria are met.
Summary
The Personal Financial Counselor (PFC) program is seeking qualified individuals to work full-time with Service Members and their families on personal financial issues such as budget planning, credit management and debt reduction, as well as retirement and estate planning. These full-time positions are located on military installations throughout the continental Unites States and selected overseas locations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The majority of Service Members and their families will require financial counseling and education to assist with establishing a basic level of financial literacy, good financial behavior and habits, long term financial planning to include retirement planning. The PFCs will be responsible for:
Identifying immediate and long range measures to increase income, reduce household expenditures, and avoid additional financial burdens.
Personal budget/financial planning to reduce, eliminate, and avoid debt and to achieve solvency and stability.
Teaching Service members (and their families) money management techniques to encourage them to live within their means.
Understanding credit, finance charges, interest rates and the implications of only paying the minimum amount each month.
Educating military families on the importance of maintaining excellent credit histories and ratings.
Establishing, monitoring, and protecting their credit.
Teaching Service Members to make informed decisions and to be aware of associated costs such as insurance, maintenance, fuel costs, etc.
Educating and counseling Service Members - about their retirement systems and providing financial models to assist them in establishing a comprehensive retirement plan
Assisting with tax planning.
Teaching Service Members and their families how to save for emergencies, unanticipated contingencies, and both short and long-term goals
Other duties as assigned.
PFCs will traditionally provide support in one of three ways. Any combination of the three may be requested by the installation coordinator.
Face-to-Face financial counseling: PFCs support and educate individuals and families to help address specific needs, including provision of appropriate resource referrals.
Financial briefings: Facilitate briefings designed to promote awareness and educate Service Members and their families on various personal finance topics. PFCs facilitate requested briefings using a library of approved presentations and handouts on a variety of financial topics.
Resource table: PFCs perform outreach and engage event attendees in conversations about setting financial goals, guidance to appropriate resources, as well as discussions on all areas of personal finance.
Required Education and/or Experience

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree OR a combination of education and related experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree OR four years' equivalent related experience.
3+ years of experience in financial counseling or education.
A national certification as an Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC) OR Certified Financial Planner (CFP) OR Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).
Counselors shall maintain a valid, unrestricted motor vehicle license.
Demonstrated experience in utilizing MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
A criminal history background check that includes a credit check, education and employment verification as well as an FBI fingerprint check are required to work in this program.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous military experience (including military spouses and/or as a service provider)
Ability to travel up to 10% including some weekends with advanced notice.
Ability to facilitate financial workshops and trainings to large groups and ability to tailor presentations to audiences as needed.

Job Title: Accredited Financial Counselor
Summary
Accredited Financial Counselors provide one-on-one consultation, information and referral, classroom training, workshops, and seminars supporting the education and training.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain the highest ethical standards
Coordinate, publicize, and provide a wide variety of Personal Financial Management classes/workshops, e.g., car buying, basic budgeting, managing credit, debt liquidation, consumer awareness, insurance, savings and investments, and retirement planning
Respond to requests for age-appropriate classes or seminars for youths and teens as part of on-base education
Provide initial and refresher Command Financial Specialist (CFS) training
Assist Command Financial Specialists in developing General Military Training (GMT) on topics relating to Personal Financial Management
Provide individualized financial counseling and assistance to Service members and families
Assist Service members in establishing an extended absence financial plan
Develop and make available informational financial materials to Service members and families
Plan, organize and develop new curriculum to be delivered by staff providing basic Personal Financial Management Education and Training per client request, when not otherwise available in CNIC standardized PFM curricula
Provide Service members and their families with consumer information and assistance in handling consumer complaints
Ensure that all personal financial management group education, individual services delivered, and information and referral services are entered and counted in FFSMIS
Ensure staff providing personal financial management group education and personal financial management counseling are accounting for all services scheduled and delivered in the automated Centralized Scheduling and Metrics system in use by the FFSP
Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the fields of personal finance and financial counseling.
