Primary Objective:
Responsible for performing accurate and timely accounting and reporting of complex Worldwide Revenue Recognition for Completed Contract (on shipment, on acceptance and on billing), Percentage-of-Completion and Costs in compliance with US GAAP. Analyze, identify, and resolve Revenue Recognition and Costing issues/exposures. Accountable to ensure that any/all changes to Revenue programs are accurate and in compliance with US GAAP. Develop/implement processes and system enhancements that promote proper Accounting and Revenue Recognition. Ensure SOX controls are appropriate and all SOX requirements are met.
Major Areas of Accountability:
Required to have intricate and current knowledge of US GAAP reporting requirements for Revenue Recognition for Completed Contract (includes on shipment, on acceptance and on billing), Percentage-of-Completion and Multiple Element Arrangements.
Manage Deferral of Revenue related to post-shipment (ON) process, ensuring process is correct and in compliance with GAAP and reporting numbers are accurate.
Communicate with Project Engineering to ensure understanding of proper Revenue and Cost recognition. Able to communicate/support a position of recognizing the correct Revenue Recognition when the business position may be different.
Advises foreign affiliates on correct revenue recognition requirements and entries.
Responsible for ensuring that project design and any changes in systems related to Revenue Recognition and Project Accounting deliver the functionality required for proper accounting treatment in compliance with US GAAP.
Responsible for detailed testing within the system to ensure all design changes have been implemented properly and that all revenue recognition and related Cost of Sales is captured properly.
Lead analysis and interpret Worldwide revenue at month end, quarter-end, and year-end to verify accuracy with US GAAP. Adjust revenue/cost as appropriate for accurate reporting.
Reconcile project related balance sheet accounts (WIP, Deferred/Unbilled, GR/IR etc.) on a monthly basis.
Perform and analyze detailed ad hoc reporting, as necessary. Prepare commentary on results by preparing detailed and complex excel spreadsheets.
Responsible for ensuring all SOX controls are adhered to.
Identify/recommend changes to improve/streamline/better coverage of SOX process.
Interface with internal auditors, providing information requested.
This position is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provides all information regarding revenue for the business and auditors.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: B.A. degree Accounting
Experience: Five plus years increasingly complex experience in accounting, with strong reporting and analysis, including knowledge of FASB requirements

Lead projects to map processes within the finance and accounting department, simplify wherever possible; embrace and lead the simplification efforts through use of the ITW toolbox.
Coordinate timely and accurate month end close with staff; review reconciliations of balance sheet accounts; oversee fixed asset accounting; analyze month end results.
Oversee coordination of annual physical inventory; review obsolete inventory analysis; review standards maintenance.
Review, enforce and enhance policies and procedures.
Responsible for the on-going management and development of assigned employees. Hires, manages, and develops a skilled staff and work environment to meet objectives.

Experience: Eight years of increasingly complex public and/or private experience in accounting.

Primary Objective:
The Inside Account Manager for Service is responsible for directly generating service sales for assigned accounts and within an assigned territory. The position is accountable and responsible for driving individual and territory service sales growth through contract renewals, creation of full-service support plans, lead generation and cold-calling. The Inside Account Manager ensures customers maximize their test solution investments through efficiency, data integrity and utilization.

As part of ITW's Automotive Segment, ITW Powertrain Plastics NA is committed to being a world leader in plastic components that simplify thermal management systems and enable improved vehicle energy efficiency. Our locations are headquartered in Glenview, IL with manufacturing in Hebron, IL; Juarez, MX; and Bryan, OH.
This is a cross-functional, team oriented, design and engineering role with responsibilities including black box design, engineering, testing and validation. Our team uses engineering tools such as DFMEA, FEA, CFD and concept testing to solve customer problems through design and manufacturing of automotive plastic components and assemblies. The ideal candidate will excel in a creative environment and will drive our product ideas from problem identification through concept validation. The role will also include innovation. Customer meetings with engineers to discuss applications, pain point interviewing and production line walks will lead to creativity sessions with our other product experts and engineers.
Coordinate with project team to develop order specific mechanical design solutions.
Create 3D part and assembly designs utilizing primarily PTC Creo and/or Solidworks.
Develop and specify components conforming to engineering and purchasing standards.
Use CAE tools (CFD and FEA) to develop and validate designs.
Contribute to group DFMEA sessions to ensure a robust design.
Create detailed drawings of components and assemblies for manufacturing.
Support manufacturing and assembly of the components and systems.
Assist and/or lead communications with automotive OEM on various levels of ITW design and development.
Coordinate communications with ITW supply base on key component design and development.
B.S. in Engineering or Engineering Technology, with an emphasis in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of 3D modeling experience (PTC Creo preferred, Solidworks experience a plus); complex assemblies and surfacing experience.
1-3 years of CAE experience (CFD and FEA are preferred) or equivalent education.
1-3 years of Design for Manufacturing experience (plastic injection molded component design experience is a plus).
Injection Mold tooling design experience is a plus.
Working understanding of part design layout and GD&T.
Basic understanding of DFMEA methodology and approach.
Knowledge in DVP&R procedures and reports.
Effective oral, interpersonal and written communication skills.
Self-directed with creative problem-solving ability.
Must exhibit excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented.
Able to explain technical designs and concepts to internal team, suppliers and customers.
Spanish language skills helpful.

Summary
Receives, stores, and issues equipment, material, supplies, merchandise, foodstuffs, or tools. Compiles stock records in stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard by performing the following duties.

Counts, sorts, or weighs incoming articles to verify receipt of items on requisition or invoices.
Performs cycle counts to verify actual levels of inventory.
Examines stock to verify conformance to specifications.
Stores articles in bins, on floor, or on shelves, according to identifying information such as style, size, or type of material.
Fills orders or issues supplies from stock.
Prepares periodic, special, or perpetual inventory of stock.
Requisitions articles to fill incoming orders.
Compiles reports on use of stock handling equipment, adjustments of inventory counts and stock records, spoilage of or damage to stock, location changes, and refusal of shipments.
Marks identifying codes, figures, or letters on articles.
Distributes stock among production workers, keeping records of material issued.
Makes adjustments or repairs to articles carried in stock.
Determines methods of storage, identification, and stock location, considering temperature, humidity, height and weight limits, turnover, floor loading capacities, and required space.
Moves or transports material or supplies to other departments.
Maintains inventory and other stock records using the company's manufacturing software
Electronically stores receiving paperwork and copies of other documents
Has a focus on personal safety as well as the safety of others around them; actively participates on assigned safety team.

SUMMARY
The ITW Food Equipment Group is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager who will align with the core ITW Business Model and develop customer focused initiatives and strategies to deliver innovative solutions to our customers' most challenging reporting & service delivery needs. This leader will be well versed in assessing and balancing changing market dynamics, customer needs, and the organizations technology product mix and capabilities.
The leader will project manage the end-to-end program roll out with key stakeholders and is expected to meet and exceed metrics.
POSITION PURPOSE
The Customer Experience Manager will lead the development of customer facing service processes for the North America Hobart Service organization. The primary outcome of the role is to establish a dynamic, responsive, and sustainable approach to building Customer Key Performance Indicators that align to the business goals of increasing organic growth, creating customers for life, and improving overall customer retention.
The Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for developing professional and accessible customer KPI reporting & analytics, a Quarterly Business Review processes for regional and local customers, create value proposition-based customer communication, and will support the Hobart Service NPS improvement strategy.
The Customer Experience Manager will work with the Hobart Operations leadership team on customer facing process optimization and create customer lifecycle-based milestones, with a specific focus on strategic customer onboarding, , growth and retention. These initiatives areas are all in support of developing Hobart Service customer value proposition.
This position reports to the Hobart Service Vice President of Operations and will be located in the Dayton, Ohio area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct competitive and market segmentation assessments to understand market attractiveness and desired short- and long-term positioning strategies
Execute ITW's Customer Back Innovation process with deep VOC and market requirement events to understand customer pain points/needs and translate to real world process and product specifications
Develop and ensure processes adhere to ITW's existing CRM sales pipeline process and design metrics for sales growth success
Manage and execute large scale dashboards and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to meet project roll out milestones
Analyze Hobart Service Customer Facing Metrics, nationally, regionally, by customer and product type. Partner with key stakeholder to develop and implement improvement strategies.
Through understanding of field process, systems and analytics, develop & support execution of process improvements to drive Customer Facing Metric (KPI) improvement initiatives.
Optimize strategic customer communications across the customer lifecycle
Establish and monitor business metrics for the full customer lifecycle with a focus on customer onboarding & retention.
Support Hobart Service NPS priorities & improvement strategies.
Research and benchmark other programs to develop innovative best in practice programs.

Education and Work Experience
Bachelor's degree
6+ year sales/sales support, marketing or customer facing service experience
Desired Education/Experience - preferred, but not required
Master's degree in business administration
2+ years of project management experience
Experience working within ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics/Field Service
5+ years of Field Service-related experience
Experience supporting customer
Change management experience
Job -Specific Knowledge
Must have strong project management skills and have the ability to work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders to advance key tasks to meet milestones
Must have strong financial/forecasting modeling skills along with competency of P&L statements

As the point of contact for Incident Resolution and Service Requests, the Service Desk Analyst is the face and voice of the IT department. The goal of a Service Desk Analyst is prompt and professional resolution of requests in a fast paced, highly multi-tasked environment. Provide 1st level support and tracking for PC hardware and software related incidents via email, chat, phone, and in-person.
Monitor and remediate potentially complex workstation/client incidents
Work with different levels of the technical support team to escalate more complex incidents for resolution
Provide Windows Active Directory and Office 365 user maintenance
Identify areas for system improvements and upgrades to the IT Service Desk
Participate in an on-call rotation consisting of 2-3 weeks per year of 24/7 availability

The BI Database Administrator is responsible for supporting and maintaining SQL Server databases including data warehouse databases. They will design, develop, and deliver database solutions including ETL. Position requires ability to administer all functions of a Microsoft SQL Server including index analysis for performance optimization, backup / restore strategies, security, troubleshooting job failures and alerts, and optimizing ETL processes. BI Database Administrator will provide enterprise-wide data warehouse expertise with emphasis on data design, access, usage, security, and quality of information.

Monitor SQL Server for performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions
Diagnose and resolve data warehouse performance issues.
Set and maintain database standards.

This is a position under the direction of the Branch Manager. The selected candidate will be able to perform diversified duties involved in directing the activities of all or a designated group of Branch Service Techs. This candidate must be proficient in all aspects of our service operation and able to multi task assisting in coordinating setting up service calls, following up on service concerns and helping set up site surveys and installation jobs. This candidate will function as a Service Tech performing service calls when not directing the activities of assigned Service Techs.
Responsibilities:
Direct activities of assigned Service Techs.
Prepare quotes on various types of service work and installations, including competitive equipment.
Make service calls with Service Techs when a complaint or problem arises that could adversely affect customer relations; diagnose the problem area and assist the Service Tech in correcting the malfunction; or, assign another Service Tech to assist in correcting the malfunction.
Responsible for keeping assigned service personnel informed of new products, model changes, modifications, new service procedures, etc. - Maintain appropriate records; e.g. productivity, service revenue, service tickets.
Lead in the training and development of Service Techs; administer appropriate training and recommend Troy service schools to District Manager.
Responsible for scheduling warranty and maintenance inspections on a timely basis. . Achieve departmental goals regarding parts and labor.
Assist in obtaining competitive equipment to repair, total store count and perform quarterly truck inspections.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma, Business or trade school or GED, with good mechanical/electrical/electronic aptitude.

Coordinate field notification, tracking and payment of SPIFF programs
Track Office Information Screen/SMS Scheduler updates, print, and follow-up as necessary
