The PPAP coordinator oversees the production part approval process (PPAP) for products. Duties include obtaining documentation about measurements, conflicting materials, layout and installation requirements for parts, IMDS procedures along, assuring alignment with quality programs and systems. Ensures consistent application of PPAPs and ensures quality systems meet ITW standards and conform to our customer's requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Maintains PPAP and IMDS systems, completing all paperwork as required for tracking and timely submittal, and document control including distribution/removal of obsolete prints, forms, and or work instructions.
Maintains sample parts.
Participate in quality planning/manufacturing/engineering PPAP process reviews, as needed.
Communicate professionally with peers and customers regarding PPAP and IMDS related issues.
Able to interface with customers on APQP, process control plans, PFMEAs, MSA, and SPC.
Coordinates course of action for alleviating and resolving concerns (8d and 5Y's), as needed.
Analyze and verify the dimensional capability of products and processes (Includes suppliers)
Understand Gage R&R's and Capability Studies
Comply with all company Procedures, Policies, Work Instructions, and IATF16949/EMS-14001 requirements.
Other job duties as assigned
Required: High school diploma or equivalent; plus 3+ years' work experience within an automotive manufacturing industry.
Able to read blueprints.
Experience in the Automotive stamping industry (DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, MSA, SPC) preferred.
Experience with root cause analysis, SPC knowledge, technical ability to utilize measuring equipment and gauges.
Demonstrated ability to understand written and verbal instructions and professionally communicate with all levels of peers, suppliers, and customers.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Email) Minitab & Adobe Acrobat, and various software systems for logging and tracking results.
Detailed-oriented, strong time management and organizational skills, and a collaborative mentality.

Ensures production equipment is running at optimal levels, preventative maintenance, and special project work.
Work from blueprints, schematics, and shop orders.
Operate drill press, grinder, welding, and other maintenance equipment to fabricate or repair parts.
Ability to troubleshoot/diagnose Programmable Logic Controllers, (PLC)
Ability to use precision measuring equipment and electrical testing instruments associated with a manufacturing setting.
Comply with OSHA and all safety practices in repair and installation.
Follow safety rules and keep the work area in a clean and orderly condition.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Kentucky Master Electrical License preferred.
Minimum two-year degree in Electromechanical Technology or equivalent work experience and training.
Experience with part discrepancy vision systems is a plus.
Ability to communicate with employees, vendors, and leadership.

Primary Objective:
The ISS generates sales of products and services to achieve volume and growth objectives independently and in cooperation with assigned Field Account Managers. Directly handles sales opportunities with existing customers and prospects. Qualifies sales leads, primarily by telephone. Participates in both individual and team selling with Field Account Managers and may be responsible for direct management of large or strategic customer accounts. Works closely cross-functionally with Field Account Managers, application engineers, project engineers, service sales, order services, legal services, accounts receivable, and other sales support resources, as needed, to effectively to manage customer relationships, pursue selling opportunities and close business.
Major Areas of Accountability:
Leads assigned opportunities through the Sales Pursuit Cycle independently or in conjunction with assigned Field Account Managers working to achieve individual strategic volume goal, team volume goal and territory plan objectives. Keeps supervisor informed of progress against targets, and any potential issues that would affect plan achievement.
Discovers specific customer requirements and customer buying criteria by assessing the business situation and technical requirements for each opportunity. Construct commercial response based on customer needs, MTS Value Proposition and the competitive landscape to present high-value solutions meeting customer's business needs. Determines how to best work with each customer to develop and maintain a long-term relationship.
Negotiates final Bill of Materials, sold price, delivery terms and payment terms to close orders within the ISS negotiating authority and guidelines. Negotiates commercial Terms & Conditions working with MTS Contracts and Legal departments to facilitate required reviews and approvals for new orders. Prepares Delegation of Authority documentation for escalation to Sr. Management when necessary.
Autonomously lead selling in prescribed FastLane technology focus areas (as assigned):
Exhibit product mastery sufficient to be the principle sales channel interfacing directly with existing and prospect clients while requiring only limited Application Engineering support
May include one or more product focus areas where ISS leads selling of product (I. e. Crank Dynos, EMAs, Criterion, Exceed etc.), potentially across multiple sales geographies depending on volume of product
Order volume of such focus area shall be part of individual's FastLane strategic goal
Collaborates with Field Account Manager in sales activities for assigned regions. This could include on-site customer demonstrations, presentations, quotes, order entry, negotiation of customer Terms and Conditions of sale, pipeline cleanup, .and closing orders. Follows up on all written communications (mail, fax, email) to assess interest and impact. Works with additional MTS resources to resolve customer delivery schedule and service issues when they arise.
Support MTS internal process development teams including Newton, SFDC, etc. in the development, implementation and testing of new processes. Represent MTS Sales on cross-functional business initiatives when necessary.

Areas include Electro Mechanical Frames, Materials Testing Methodologies, Structures and Hybrid Testing Applications and Crank Dyno Applications as examples of current assigned areas.

Primary Objective:

Key Responsibilities:
The Press Tool and Die Maker develops tooling requirements based on production needs and provides component design direction and support for current and potential projects/programs involving complex tolerances. Designs, reviews, tests, and maintains manufacturing processes. Investigates and resolves manufacturing-related issues. Develops, constructs, and alters a wide variety of jigs, fixtures, and gauges. Sharing of knowledge and partnering with other tool makers to train apprentices.
The successful candidate will be able to analyze and understand specifications and tolerances; set up and operate machine tools; study blueprints, sketches, models, or descriptions, and visualize end-product. Works as a team and independently, handling projects deemed necessary.
Working Requirements:

Prolonged standing, crawling, kneeling, and walking while performing job assignments.
Must be able to lift 45 lbs.

Summary
Ensure proper materials, color changes and support to Setup Technicians is done on regular basis in a timely manner.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain a proper flow of material to area of responsibility so that operation does not cease for lack of supplies.
- Make material/color changes in a timely manner to include leaving the workstation clean and organized
- Ensure product is stored and utilized in FIFO mode.
- Perform problem-solving techniques in evaluating material vacuum/drying system problems.
- Move, wrap and label finished product when so directed. Document lot control where required.
- Removes any old labels from gaylords, boxes and totes.
- Maintain proper rotation of raw material/components. Support Set-up Technicians as needed
- Responsible for using pallet walkie to move material to the blending area and placing pallets in the correct order so they properly set up the vacuum area.
- Must clean filters hourly to make sure material is properly flowing at the correct percentage through the blender.
- Report inventory of raw goods to the materials team weekly by doing a physical inventory in the rack area.
- Responsible for the upkeep of the blending machines daily by cleaning out the hoppers to make sure they are ready for next blend.
Required Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years' experience in manufacturing environment required
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate verbally with good organizational skills required. Must be detailed orientated.
- Must have basic computer skills Must have a basic knowledge of machine operation and plastic injection molding
- Motivated to grow and develop skills for advancement
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule which includes weekends and overtime

Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, the Process Engineer is responsible for providing engineering support. Responsibilities include the initial development of manufacturing processes for new products and providing technical expertise for troubleshooting current manufacturing processes. This position is responsible for performing financial and administrative duties in support of the accounting department.
General Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining accounts/financials according to ITW standards.

Compile and report monthly Sales Tax data.
Assist with Trade Compliance through the monthly review of Customs data and documentation maintenance.
Assist in monthly reconciling of balance sheet accounts.
Assist in other month-end close procedures as assigned.
Assist in spend analysis and second sourcing initiatives
Manage and track companywide strategic sourcing initiatives
Act as the main contact for all sourcing inquires
Assist in operational cost reduction and efficiency projects (ITW Front to Back Program)
Assist with supplier interaction and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Assist in internal and external audits from various agencies.
Assist the Controller in solving routine or standard problems.
Work with Controller to develop new procedures in the spirit of continuous improvement.
Train and act as the alternate for certain financial procedures when necessary
Responsible for adhering to all Company, department, quality, and safety procedures.
Other duties as deemed necessary to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related analytical field.
1-2 years accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CPA Certification (or working towards one) preferred.
Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, etc.
Working knowledge of accounting principles and applications, including but not limited to accrual accounting and budgeting.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is a must.
Ability to manage and prioritize daily functions as well as the ability to multi-task is critical.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization and work well within a team.
Maintain confidentiality about data such as budgeting information, operational results, and profit margin.
Administer and adhere to accounting policies and divisional procedures.
Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with proficiency in MS Excel and the ability to manage large data sets using VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables.
Experience with BNA and SYSPRO is a plus.

The Automation Equipment Product Manager will manage the Automation product solution portfolio, playing a key role in driving top-line growth as well as bottom-line operating income using the ITW toolbox. The successful individual will be part of a Welding Automation team that includes both weld process and product development resources, as well as market-facing resources who provide deep customer understanding.
The product solution portfolio includes automation welding equipment and wire feeders including Auto-Continuum, Hercules, Cobot equipment packages, OptiDrive, and future new products in this category. This individual will be responsible for the growth and market performance of these product platforms. These efforts will deliver solutions that enable the division and external sales teams to grow market share through targeted selling and core market expansion.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Drive appropriate visionary and strategic category initiatives in accordance with established long range and annual plans
Be a key leader by accelerating organic growth by focusing on our targeted Lever 1 & 2 accounts, and the go-to-market (GTM) strategies for automated welding:
Collaborate with Corporate Account Managers to aggressively capture market share within in targeted welding automation segments and key customers.
Define and communicate Power MessagingTM value propositions that clearly address the -Why change, Why now, Why ITW, Why stay, and Why evolve- messaging frameworks.
Represent business at customer visits, industry events and tradeshows
Collaboratively develop and execute strategic product roadmap driving profitable growth through sustainable competitive advantage that aligns with long-range plans for the Automation portfolio.
Responsible for successful launch and commercialization of new products using creative tactics to communicate and promote solutions to end user market and channel partners, including integrators and robotic OEM's
Collaborate with Automation Business Development Manager, Marketing and Engineering to ensure Lever 3 opportunities are appropriate to drive above average market share growth:
Collaborate to generate, analyze, and interpret segment data (VOC) that leads to product line rationalization from sources including industry trends, customer interviews, market research activities and competitive pressures
Collaborate with sales, engineering, operations, service and appropriate division personnel to execute new product development activities
Improve category profitability and position the division for continued success:
Direct P&L responsibility; analyze, manage and report on product/category pricing, sales performance, PLS evaluations
Implement winning go-to-market strategy to achieve competitive advantage

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
3+ years of industry experience (Welding, or related field and relevant work experience preferred)
Solid understanding of welding technology and associated value propositions:
Weld processes, equipment power sources, feeders, filler metal solutions, guns
Demonstrated success in leading high-level projects with cross-functional teams including engineering, materials, manufacturing and sales teams
Must be a team player with a positive attitude, high motivation, and solid decision-making abilities
Proven ability to analyze current business issues, end-user needs
Well organized, aggressive self-starter with the willingness to learn and grow.
Ability to establish plans based independently with from external and internal inputs
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Comfortable presenting and facilitating before groups
