Job Description
Mission Technologies a division of Huntington Ingalls Industries is looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of a Buyer III as part of the Navy Integrated Training Environment (NITE). This is a hybrid position working out of Fairfax, VA or Norfolk, VA. The individual will represent the organization as a prime contact on contracts and projects and interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations. Essential Job Responsibilities
Procures, sources and negotiates the buying of machinery, equipment, tools, raw material, packaging materials, parts, services, and/or supplies necessary for operation of an organization. Compiles and analyzes statistical data to determine feasibility of buying products and to establish price objectives. Monitors performance of suppliers. Evaluates areas of opportunity to leverage material acquisitions. Tracks data to keep informed on price trends and market dynamics. Negotiates with suppliers and analyzes suppliers' operations to determine factors that affect prices and to determine lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability, and ability to meet required schedules. Reviews proposals, negotiates prices, selects or recommends suppliers, analyzes trends, and maintains necessary records. May prepare request for proposals (RFP) and bid packages.

Minimum Qualifications
6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
Proficient in the use of PC's and MS Office Suites (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) Deltek Costpoint Experience desired and other desktop applications software and electronic mail programs.
MUST currently possess and be able to maintain an active Secret clearance.
Preferred Requirements
Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices and standards and full knowledge of industry practices.

Job Description
Mission Technologies, a division of Huntington Ingalls Industries is looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of Mission Coordinator for the Navy Integrated Training Program (NITE). The LVC Operations Mission Coordinator, Pacific works onsite Tactical Training Group-Pacific (TTGP) supporting Naval Surface Warfare Center- Corona (NSWC-Corona) in providing Navy LVC training throughout PACFLT Areas of Responsibility (AORs). The candidate will assist with the planning, design, and execution of Fleet Synthetic Training (FST) events for ships pierside, and LVC training events for ships at sea. In addition, the Mission Coordinator also supports on-site and distributed training events at TTGP- Detachment Yokosuka, Japan (TTGPDY), Expeditionary Warfare Training Group Pacific-Pacific (EWTGP), Afloat Training Group (ATG) Battle Labs (San Diego, Middle Pacific, Pacific Northwest), and Navy training ranges such as SoCal Tactical Training Range (SCTTR), as well as the other Western training ranges. The Ops Mission Coordinator will have interaction with Military, Government and Contractor Leadership. The candidate will serve as NSWC-Corona's NCTE FST/LVC technical and operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) in support of LVC/FST training events. The Mission Coordinator will report to the Fleet Synthetic Training Mission Coordinator Lead.

Essential Job Responsibilities
Analyzes and provides recommendations on issues dealing with disciplines such as military command control and communications, electronic warfare, weapon systems, contingency operations, Military Tactics Techniques and Procedures (MTTP), force planning, and training exercises. Coordinates with user community representatives throughout all phases of development concerning requirements definition, clarification, prioritization, and alternatives. Analyzes the conduct and results of operational user training, military maneuvers or simulated wartime operations undertaken to main the capabilities of a force. Compares, analyzes and evaluates the relative merits of program designs and alternatives. Applies emerging doctrine and tactics, whether detailed in formal doctrinal changes or emanating from Advanced Warfighting Experiments (AWEs), Advanced Technology Demonstrations (ATDs), or Force XXI activities, to system design and development. Assesses the impact of programmatic and technical options on stated user requirements and doctrine. Prepares reports and briefs summarizing support requirements, deficiencies, and investments for various programs and systems.
Communicate with leadership on any technical or operational issues and new requirements.
Work with Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) local and remote operators and engineers, TTGP training teams, and teams at the Western ranges to coordinate and plan systems and personnel support for events. Adjust daily working hours occasionally to match times zones around the world where events are occurring. Occasional travel is required in support of event planning conferences.
Lead event operations for compliance within NCTE Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Recommend changes to SOPs as needed and help to develop new SOPs as fleet training requirements expand.
Use Confluence and JIRA tools on the NCTE website to share event schedules and documents. Identify, document, report, and track issues, while keeping appropriate NCTE personnel, NSWC- Corona, TTGP leadership, and other stakeholders informed of status.
Provide Expert level of support for multiple NSWC Corona sites supporting FST-A events. NITE representative to NADTC PAC and coordination with air trainer sites.
Minimum Qualifications
5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.

The Navy Integrated Training Environment (NITE) Air Mission Planner 3 facilitates proper approvals for ground parties entering and departing bombing target range areas during operating hours following local range regulations. Plans, recommends, and coordinates the sequencing and allocation of daily workload for efficient use of staff, skills, and space. Integrates non-routine work into scheduled workload; assigns jobs according to the skills, experience, and training of mechanics; develops requirement forecasts; investigates the recoverability of parts and components and determines appropriate reconditioning processes. The Operations Research Analyst within the C5ISR team at HII Mission Technologies, supporting missions at Fort Meade, MD, plays a crucial role in supporting HUMINT in the Cyber Compliance Program for the Department of Defense. Through comprehensive research and analysis, this position enhances operational effectiveness of this mission set. Collaborating closely with military and civilian personnel, the analyst provides actionable insights that inform strategic and tactical decisions related to HUMINT in the Cyber domain. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of defense operations and support functions, particularly in Information Operations, Logistics, and related supporting functions.

What You Will Do:
The Senior All-Source Analyst will provide original and derivative all source analysis and production of the USSOCOM J10 Directorate and CDRUSSOCOM.
Adhere to all Intelligence Community Analytic Tradecraft Standards as described in ICD 203.
Develop all source intelligence products focused on specific actors of concern WMD programs and respective activities along the WMD continuum as defined in JP 3-40 and FCP CWMD.
The All-Source Analyst plans, prepares, edits, integrates, publishes and brief all source studies, Requests For Information (RFI) responses, and assessments in coordination with other USSOCOM directorates, interagency and intelligence community colleagues in the WMD/CWMD mission space.
Must support exercises and enable all categories of intelligence operations (Planning and Direction; Collection; Processing and Exploitation; Analysis and Production; Dissemination and integration; and evaluation and feedback).
The All-Source Analyst will enable JIPOE activities via their mastery of analytical methodologies and product development supporting the understanding of complex and interconnected operational environments.

What We're Looking For:
5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
Possess a TS clearance with eligibility for SCI
Possess a minimum of five years of experience with intelligence research tools, collection methods techniques, and the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication System (JWICS).
Possess a minimum of five years of experience of national and defense intelligence enterprise functions, roles and responsibilities, guidelines, and directives, DoD organizational structures, and joint intelligence processes.
Preferred Requirements
Possess a minimum of ten years of all-source analysis experience with Combatant Command (CCMD), Joint Staff, and/or Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).
Possess a Certified Defense All Source Analyst (CDASA) certification.
Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years applicable experience or 14+ years applicable experience.

Mission Technologies, a division of Huntington Ingalls Industries is looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of Oceana Assistant Facility Security Officer as part of the Navy Integrated Training Environment (NITE) contract. The candidate will support Naval Air Station Oceana in Virginia Beach VA and GSA Location in Norfolk VA by implementing the Contract Site Security Programs for classified materials, facilities, and equipment in accordance with DoD Directive 5220.22-M, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and COMSEC Material System (EKMS-1). The Assistant FSO will be responsible for all security-related matters at the contract site and coordinates Security requirements and schedules with QA/Safety, Security, and Contract Site Manager/supervisory personnel to ensure compliance with contract requirements. Position requires flexibility as duties and responsibilities may be adjusted to meet business, customer, and contractual requirements. Essential Job Responsibilities
Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
- Confers with supervisory personnel to support the development of procedures for compliance with company and Government security regulations and participates in the development and administration of range security programs.
- Provides qualified couriers to transport classified and unclassified materials and equipment.
- Processes all requests for visit requests.
- Participates in security inspections, identifies areas requiring improvement, and ensures all COMSEC and OPSEC requirements are met and maintained.
- Prepares security documentation, establishing procedures for handling, storing, safekeeping of records, destroying classified records and documents, for granting personnel and visitors access to classified records and materials, and visitor access to classified material or entry into restricted areas.
Minimum Qualifications
3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
Possess three (3) years DoD security related experience
Must possess a Secret clearance
Preferred Requirements
Must possess a valid state Driver's License
COMSEC Material System (CMS)
Must have or be able to obtain DSS Industrial Security Curricula Certificate.
Requires operating application software, including word-processing and spreadsheet programs.
Physical Requirements
Minimal mobility, dexterity, or coordination required to operate business machines. Minimal lifting may be required.
