WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Supervision of the Department
Organize/Manage daily & nightly Box Office operations (Will Call, Guest List, Ticket Sales, Ticket Scanning, etc.)
Assist and support box office staff in any of their job functions, as needed
Ensure positive and creative team environment within the department
Facilitate open communication with the Box Office Manager, staff and all other venue departments
Exhibit proper inter-departmental communications and organization
Ensure complete and satisfactory on-going staff training
Assist manager with staff evaluations (training, 90-day, annual)
Provide a positive team environment within the department
Assist in ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
Help set staff development and performance goals & monitor progress
Recruitment and hiring staff, ensure that hiring / disciplinary / termination standards follow all Clubs & Theaters guidelines
Promote and provide superior customer service in all guest interactions
Participate in all on-site venue meetings as needed
II. Financial / Cash Handling
Ensure that venue staff follows Clubs & Theaters cash handling policies & procedures
Balance and reconciliation of all seller cash drawers
Assist Manager on reconciliation & accounting of all ticket sales for each ticketed event and daily Box Office Sales.
Assist Manager on housing, distributing and depositing venue cash on a weekly basis.
Responsible for pricing initiatives such as: Progressive, Platinum, Dynamic, Flex Pricing as well as Value Channels & Special Ticket Offers when applicable.
Assist Manager in scheduling all employee's payroll prior to deadlines
Conduct band settlement on shows with split point deals, or when deemed necessary by talent department
Complete and distribute accurate daily ticket counts for agents and artists
III. Other Responsibilities
Create, modify and maintain inventory for all ticketed events in a secure ticketing environment
Follow standards and processes for ticket types, ancillary events and qualifiers
Monitor and maintain functionality of all ticketing computers, software and hardware
Secondary representative in all venue interactions with Ticketmaster
Ensure an accurate and timely flow of event and general venue information both intra-departmentally, and to the general public
Modify, maintain and update all customer database files
Develop and maintain call center phone system, and keep current all phone menus and calendars of events
Interact with artist, record label, management and band tour accountant. Provide reports as necessary.
Work with Premium Seat Sales/VIP team on Upsells, inventory management and any other tasks as they arise
Work with Operations/Guest Services on ADA tickets, relocation or troubleshooting needs as they arise.
Position may require 3rd Party venue coverage offsite which will include night of show management, staffing and providing equipment needs.
Ensure that venue is compliant with ADA ticket laws

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
+ + Conduct operations with a Guest First mindset
Ensure that leads are set up for success
Respond to all elevated staff/guest inquiries and or concerns regarding all shows, artist meet and greet packages, amenities including access as well as our VIP program and seat upgrades
Work through and correct guest concerns and complaints regarding security and customer service-related situations
Follow up with Security and Guest Services teams to ensure that service standards are met
Perform opening/running/closing duties according to Live Nation policy
Inform guests of venue amenities & make recommendations
Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area and reporting any issues encountered
Suggestive selling of all venue products and services when applicable
Keep current on all Standard Operating Procedures and be able to effectively communicate them to team members
Turn in all lost and found articles to Box Office
Conduct safety, cleaning and maintenance walk-through - interior and exterior of building
Check ticket counts with box office before shift begins
Check email and mailbox for current information
Update Contact Log at the end of the shift
Familiarize self with event sheets
Facilitate proper inter-departmental communication and organization

This position plays a critical role by ensuring the overall quality of the Insomniac experience for headliners & staff members alike. RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the workflow of designated performers on the event grounds or at a set location
Ensure team well-being & hydration
Carry water & necessary items for performers at events
Keep performer teams on schedule, monitor break times & time out performances
Liaise between the performer teams & stage managers to coordinate performance access
Facilitate photo ops with characters & headliners
Navigate performers through crowds & have a comprehensive understanding of the site footprint
Complete rotations of any designated checkpoints throughout events
Assist the Entertainment Department Managers with needed tasks & duties
Interact courteously & professionally with headliners & employees at all times
Work late show hours, weekends or overtime as needed
Work effectively under a high level of pressure & demanding time lines
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 18 years of age
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Festival, Film or Television production experience is highly desirable
Backgrounds in management, team lead, security, military or project management are a plus
Experience with radio protocol is beneficial but is not required
Strong supervisory, leadership, and communication skills
Energy, enthusiasm & people skills
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Physically able to sustain prolonged periods of walking or standing in all weather conditions
Must have open availability on event days & have no conflicting bookings or employment shifts
Must be willing to work during evening and weekend hours and travel to events as required
Must have clean driving record, valid driver's license & car insurance
May need to use personal vehicle to travel to work engagements, both local & out of town

Glow is the longest running electronic music event promotions and production company on the East Coast. Established in 1999, Glow now organizes over 300 events per year at their venues Echostage and Soundcheck in Washington, DC. Fans voted Echostage as DJ Mag's #1 North American nightclub for three consecutive years. THE ROLE
Glow is looking for a Production Manager to provide excellent concert experiences for our clientele in Washington, DC. The Production Manager will operate primarily out of Soundcheck and be responsible for owning the house production upkeep and maintenance. This is not a remote position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and own responsibility for upkeep and maintenance of all house production
Advance production needs for all shows
Oversee lighting direction for venue
Order all support materials and goods for shows
Produce a working budget for all production upkeep and improvements
Create and maintain a map and inventory of all venue lighting and sound
Create and manage vendor contact sheets
Bid out all projects to find the best possible pricing options
Track all expenses and report to manager(s)
Recruit, train and onboard members on the team both directly and partnering teams
Other special projects and tasks as assigned as needed
Some travel may be required
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in venue production
2+ years of experience in production management
Passion for music of all kinds of genres
Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in Microsoft Office
Proficient in budgeting and analyzing event operations excel spreadsheets
WORK ENVIRONMENT

-Sell Opera Boxes, bottle service and reserved stools in advance of every show and maintain monthly sales goal.
-Be present at every show to upsell available VIP inventory to concert patrons.
-Serve as a resource of information for VIP clients regarding their experience within the House of Blues venue.
-Provide assistance for VIP clients regarding the timing of their arrival and concert times.
-Give proper recognition to Foundation Members, Live Nation Executives and VIP clients to instill appreciation for their membership and patronage.
-Coordinate operations on night of shows with Ops Director, servers and security. -Build strong relationships with Foundation Room members and VIP clients and have the ability to anticipate their needs.
-Give constant observation of Opera Boxes and reserved stools to ensure guests are receiving highly personal service at all times.
-Maintain articulate vocabulary with the ability to adapt and socialize with current audience.
-Maintain exemplary and professional grooming standards.

Title: Coordinator - Backstage Experience/ Part-Time Seasonal
Our backstage teams have a leading role in the service experience the artists and touring personnel have at our venues. The extent to which we recognize our crew members for service well done, is the extent to which they will care not only for our Artists and touring personnel, but for each other.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Live Nation is seeking a Backstage Experience Coordinator for The Fillmore Detroit. The position will directly report to the venue General Manger. The Backstage Experience Coordinator (BEC) will be responsible for administering various Live Nation and venue designed programs to support local production & touring personnel. The Backstage Experience Coordinator will maintain back of house expectations & backstage division-wide goals while ensuring that our Artist Commitment is met or exceeded. This role will act as a hospitality focused position ensuring a phenomenal experience for touring personnel backstage. This is a seasonal, hourly position. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business needs and may be scheduled up to 40 hours per week or more during peak season.
Job Functions:
In partnership with the venue General Manager, the Backstage Experience Coordinator is responsible for administering various Live Nation and venue designed programs to support local production & touring personnel.
The Backstage Experience Coordinator will maintain back of house hospitality expectations & backstage division-wide goals.
The Backstage Experience Coordinator will meet & greet the tours upon arrival to the venue and be available to assign dressing rooms and is the point of contact for all hospitality needs.
Where possible- wash, dry and fold all tour laundry as well as hand and bath towels. The Backstage Experience Coordinator will check dressing rooms periodically through the day to tidy up and collect any towels to be washed.
Partner with local backstage catering to ensure the Artists rider requirements are met and the culinary experience exceeds the artist's and touring personnel's expectations.
Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating the bands about our efforts.
Will be the backstage brand ambassador and the face of the service culture program.
Responsible for completing the Post Event Service Recap and analyze other venue service reports to create action plans for service improvements in partnership with the Artist Services team & Venue GM.
Research best practices and collaborate with the Artist Services team & Venue GM
To develop venue opportunities to increase engagement, increase Artist/Crew satisfaction.
Work with Production Managers & Catering Teams to help facilitate advances.
Pre and post show walk through with checklist to make ready all backstage Artist & Touring crew areas and notate any damage to be repairs.
Oversee all dressing room and bus stock, including after-show meal coordination.
In coordination with the General and Production Managers, co-manage any applicable backstage program budget and process vendor invoices.
Will act as the lead in maintaining metrics and sharing information with the Artist Services Team, tracking historic data on Tours & details regarding Artist choices/favorites and manage the backstage tour personnel survey and competition rate for your venue.
Partner with the venue's Production Manager, Artist Services team and LN Tour rep to create memorable, hospitality-minded moments at every show, including but not limited to birthdays and special celebrations.

Qualifications:

Supervision of the Department
Organize/Manage daily & nightly Box Office operations (Will Call, Guest List, Ticket Sales, Ticket Scanning, etc.)
Assist and support box office staff in any of their job functions, as needed

Ensure that venue staff follows Clubs & Theaters cash handling policies & procedures
Balance and reconciliation of all seller cash drawers
Assist Manager on reconciliation & accounting of all ticket sales for each ticketed event and daily Box Office Sales.
Assist Manager on housing, distributing and depositing venue cash on a weekly basis.
Responsible for pricing initiatives such as: Progressive, Platinum, Dynamic, Flex Pricing as well as Value Channels & Special Ticket Offers when applicable.
Assist Manager in scheduling all employee's payroll prior to deadlines
Conduct band settlement on shows with split point deals, or when deemed necessary by talent department
Complete and distribute accurate daily ticket counts for agents and artists
III. Other Responsibilities
Create, modify and maintain inventory for all ticketed events in a secure ticketing environment
Follow standards and processes for ticket types, ancillary events and qualifiers
Monitor and maintain functionality of all ticketing computers, software and hardware
Secondary representative in all venue interactions with Ticketmaster
Ensure an accurate and timely flow of event and general venue information both intra-departmentally, and to the general public
Modify, maintain and update all customer database files
Develop and maintain call center phone system, and keep current all phone menus and calendars of events
Interact with artist, record label, management and band tour accountant. Provide reports as necessary.
Work with Premium Seat Sales/VIP team on Upsells, inventory management and any other tasks as they arise
Work with Operations/Guest Services on ADA tickets, relocation or troubleshooting needs as they arise.
Position may require 3rd Party venue coverage offsite which will include night of show management, staffing and providing equipment needs.
Ensure that venue is compliant with ADA ticket laws

The Role:
Preparation of food items for service in a high volume restaurant
The Venue:
This iconic House of Blues venue is located on the famous Las Vegas Strip inside the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. This venue has a full-service restaurant, music hall, and nightclub. It is a go-to spot for unparalleled views of the strip.
What you'll do:
Work with Chef to schedule shifts for kitchen staff
Ensure that there is no unapproved overtime on shift
Maintain daily labor sheet
Assist in making decisions for staff and reaching resolutions of staff issues and problems
Motivate kitchen staff for better performance and guest service
Create harmonious working atmosphere for staff
Monitor staff compliance with all HOB rules and policies
Assist in performance of all job functions required of staff, including the lifting/moving of up to 50 lbs.
Ensure that kitchen staff maintains clean kitchen area throughout shift
Maintain Shift Checklist, Daily Cleaning List and Master Cleaning List
Assist in cleaning spills, wiping surfaces and equipment, and keeping floor clean and free of food, trash or other obstacles throughout shift.
Oversee food production to ensure quality and consistency with HOB standards
Ensure timely delivery of food items (4-6 minutes for lunch appetizer; 8-10 minutes for dinner appetizer; 8-10 minutes for lunch entree; 12-16 minutes for dinner entree)
Communicate information and coordinate between kitchen and other departments
Maintain cooperative relationship with other departments
Attend and assist in manager meetings
Communicate information between kitchen staff and managers
Assist other employees as needed

Ensure positive and creative environment for management team

Assist and support production department personnel with job functions as needed

THE ROLEThe Manager will play a critical role supporting Live Nation's Corporate Treasury team. Reporting to the Treasurer, the Manager ensures that financial transactions, policies, and procedures meet corporate objectives and interfaces directly with internal and external partners around the globe. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Help manage key external relationships with banks, payment processors and other key servicers; key point of contact between business units and external business partners for issue resolution and other business-critical requests
Collaborate with M&A/Strategic Finance, FP&A, and accounting teams on internal financial initiatives including global cash forecasting and capital structure optimization
Integral role in shaping policies and management of expanding finance-related verticals including cryptocurrency / digital assets
Manage bank systems administration and coordinate with business units for bank account opening and closing, modification of signatories, timely entitlement/disentitlement for +400 global users, and reporting
Maintain database of +1,400 domestic and international bank accounts (by bank, business unit, country, and other key categories)
Assist with the issuance, monthly administration, and reconciliation of letters of credit and surety bonds and help coordinate covenant certification process
Facilitate FX transactions for artist payments and show expenses for business units globally
Support the provision of domestic credit card merchant identification numbers (MIDS) and liaise with processors and business units to facilitate the MIDS documentation process
Coordinate armored courier and vault services to facilitate cash transportation
Ensure risk/compliance guidelines are always followed; maintain appropriate data integrity and confidentiality for all files, information, and business transactions
Escalate major issues, incidents, errors and risk violations to Senior Director of Treasury and Treasurer on a timely basis
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting)
Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or similar function

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Manager of Security Operations, you will be a part of a global, dedicated multi-disciplinary team of passionate information security and privacy professionals. The Security Operations Team maintains the platforms and tooling for the detection and monitoring functions that protect LNE from cyber risks. This includes driving the vulnerability scanning, intrusion detection, and log management programs, towards improved operational excellence and enhanced security posture.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Maintaining and help to build the SIEM and security logging systems for use in threat hunting, incident response, triage analysis, reporting, and documentation
Management of anomalous and signature-based intrusion detection systems such as Vectra and Suricata IDS
Maintenance of Live Nation & Ticketmaster's EDR platform, serving as operational support to the Incident Response team
Supervision and enablement of DLP, AV/AM, DNS, and e-mail security deployments
Management of virtualization platforms and underlying infrastructure
Analyzing of current service deployments and system architecture to identify and act on areas for growth
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a closely related discipline, or an information security management certification (CASP, CISSP, CIPM, or equivalent) with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Information Security Certification (Security+, SSCP, GSEC)
Technology specific certification (AWS, Windows, Linux, Tenable, etc.).
Knowledge of vulnerability scanning and vulnerability management, including operational duties related to infrastructure and process
Proficiency with AWS's Core Services such as EC2, S3, VPCs, Security Groups, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, SQS, and IAM
Proficiency with computer operating systems and virtualization, such as Windows, MacOS, Linux, Hypervisors, and Docker
Proficiency with networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, VLANs, CIDR Ranges, Proxies, Firewalls, ACLs, and packet analysis
Experience with different scripting, programming, and automation techniques such as Ansible, bash, chef, PowerShell, Python, cronjobs, and AWS lambda
Technical knowledge on computer security operational security, threat actors, attack vectors, vulnerabilities, CVEs, and threat actor techniques
Experience working with SIEM platforms and log management systems, including concepts such as big data management & analysis, dashboarding, data parsing, log message formatting, and data aggregation
Working knowledge of encryption, password management, certificates, multi-factor authentication, and other means of keeping data secure both in transit and at rest

THE ROLE
The VIP Activations team member should be energetic, social and ready to engage with all of our Headliners. There are various activations that are featured at each festival, ranging from arts & crafts, to food and beverage stations, to scavenger hunts and charitable giveaways. Therefore, the ability to adapt to a diverse and creative set of tasks will be a huge benefit to this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Must have knowledge of all VIP activations and offerings, be able to communicate enthusiastically and informatively about them
Knowledge of general festival information (i.e. hours of the show, stage names, major performing artists, location of the nearest medic tent, ATM, water station, etc.)
Assist in set up of VIP area before doors open, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace throughout the festival
Creative and flexible with various tasks, and willing to get the Headliners excited about any and all activations

THE POSITION - REGIONAL MARKETING INTERN
Are you looking for an exciting internship experience? Our paid Internship Program provides real-world experience for students who are interested in the live entertainment industry. THE ROLE
We are seeking a Paid Search Manager I to be part of Live Nation Entertainment's Marketing & Data Team, which is responsible for ushering in the next evolution of live event marketing via innovative digital marketing campaigns. This role will set up and run Paid Search campaigns, for the Ticketmaster business, reporting into the Senior Manager, Paid Search.
The Ticketmaster division enables top artists, sports teams and venues to reach their fans and encourage them to attend live events.
The responsibilities of an Manager I will include setting up, launching and monitoring campaigns. Manager I's must meticulously analyze data, optimizing towards key metrics and reporting out on findings throughout the campaign and post. Success in this role will be based on the proficiency in which assigned tasks are completed, an ability to summarize concepts or insights concisely and a proven track record of developing strategic campaigns. M1s are the go-to resource on all things related to campaigns and will have a great chance to learn more about the digital media industry, as well as get a great understanding of the live events promotions world.
The Manager I (MI) should be familiar with the search landscape and how different strategies and tools (e.g. SA360) are leveraged to meet marketing objectives and is comfortable managing high campaign volumes with a variety of KPIs and communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Under the direction of Senior Media Manager, responsible for managing day-to-day operations of digital media programs, including but not limited to:
Executing large volume of campaigns
Monitor pacing and track progress to goal for 30+ active campaigns at any given time
Optimize and report on results
Identify test-and-learn opportunities and develop business justifications
Work with technology partners to enable better search solutions
Work with larger team to provide strategies and tactics for clients
Support team in client calls
Communicate effectively and frequently with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain expert knowledge of current digital media industry trends, and integrate that knowledge and the implications with new product development
Set up and maintain projects and delivery timelines using task management platform
QA creative and troubleshoot campaigns to ensure proper tracking
Work with other divisions of Ticketmaster/LiveNation to ensure that multi-channel campaigns are running in sync
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
3+ years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on Paid Search including Google and Microsoft
Proven track record using Search Ads 360, Google Search Ads, and Microsoft Search Ads
Able to prioritize tasks across 30+ planned and active Paid Search campaigns at any given time
Experience managing localized campaigns across multiple regions
Exposure to tools including Tableau, Domo, Datorama, and Google Analytics
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or other spreadsheet tools

THE ROLE
Insomniac is looking for a highly motivated and proactive Merchandise Booth Cashier to join the Merchandise team. We are seeking Merchandise Booth Cashiers who will be responsible for many tasks, including ringing up customers' purchases at their booths, follow directions from management, and maintain best practices for the department and organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle merchandise purchase transactions. Ensure customer is satisfied with product being purchased before completing the transaction.
Count in all product received. Count out all product at the end of the show.
Help set up merch booth and product displays based on guidance from Insomniac Merch mgmt. team.
Input the correct products into the cash register or Point of Sale (POS), to ensure accurate inventory is kept
Provide excellent customer service and relations
Help maintain booth cleanliness and organization throughout festival or event.
Follow all safety and theft prevention procedures
Execute day to day tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Cash handling experience is required
Must have great customer service skills
Must be well organized and detail- oriented
Basic math and counting skills are required
General knowledge of live entertainment and Insomniac brands/shows
Travel is required to and from work location; lodging is not provided.
Must successfully pass background check

THE POSITION - Marketing Intern
Are you looking for an exciting internship experience? Our paid Internship Program provides real-world experience for students who are interested in the live entertainment industry. After finishing this program, you will have gained broad experience in various aspects live entertainment business. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Build and maintain social media content calendars
Research content including artist birthdays, new music call outs, artist trivia, #tbt posts, etc. Practice social listening and stay up to date on social trends.
Maintain an open line of communication between fans and the festivals by answering direct messages, info mail, and responding to comments.
Organize marketing assets into Box, G-Suite, and / or other shared folders to help organize content for easy access.
Create and maintain a calendar of all related events happening in the market for street team opportunities.
Engage with partners including colleges, influencers, digital partners, and local businesses, to set up cross promotional opportunities.
Support the Festival Marketing Director to advance onsite Marketing Operations including press advancement and photo, video and social content team needs.
Support Marketing Coordinators with sorting and coding invoices
Collect will call / e-ticket lists for box office contacts
Maintain and update various media/vendor contacts
On occasion, assist with onsite activations at Live Nation concerts
Other duties as they are assigned.
FINAL PROJECT: Create a detailed paid and promotional Marketing Plan from start to finish for an assigned artist. More information to be given at the start of the internship.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES

THE ROLE
Insomniac is looking for a Ground Control and Headliner Experience Team Member to provide an exceptional experience to headliners. This position will report to Ground Control and Headliner Experience Managers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome attendees at entrances and make everyone aware of Ground Control's presence and purpose
Abide by assigned shift schedule, pump water at the free water refill stations and patrol the event zones at correct times with assigned group mates
Learn how to operate a two-way radio and perform emergency medical calls
Listen attentively to the radio and respond immediately to specific calls and requests
Assist distressed individuals when they are in need of a helping hand
Memorize information provided by the event website, festival guide and staff guide to share with attendees
Understand evacuation procedures and locate safe refuge locations prior to the opening of each show
Provide support at entrance areas using megaphones to assist Headliners with directional support
QUALIFICATIONS
Customer service-related work experience is preferred
Experience using radios and ability to work under pressure in stressful environments is required
Energetic and focused personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
Must be able to professionally interact with all levels of individuals in a courteous manner and de-escalate situations before they become unpleasant.
Must be able to stand on your feet for up to four hours at a time and walk long distances
Must be able to lift up to 20lbs
Must be able to walk up/down stairs

Job DescriptionBrooklyn Bowl Las Vegas is looking for a Facilities Manager who is dispatched to various sites throughout the venue to evaluate and complete repair work on all pump, refrigeration, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical equipment. They report meter readings to department management and make proper adjustments to regulatory equipment as well.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Coordinates the services and activities of facilities maintenance, repair, and projects
Coordinates and reviews the work activities, projects and programs associated with building and facilities maintenance and construction
Reviews and evaluates work projects, methods and procedures
Meets with contractors to identify and resolve problems
Identifies opportunities for improving service delivery methods and procedures; reviews with appropriate management staff; implements improvements
Prepares specifications for various contract jobs; evaluates various bids and proposals for contracts; makes contract recommendations; monitors contracts to ensure compliance
Supervises and provides guidance to general contractors; estimates project costs for feasibility; ensures that bids are cost effective
Manages, plans, prioritizes, assigns, supervises and revises the work of staff responsible for providing facilities management and maintenance services within the division; reviews and approves evaluations, time sheets and other personnel actions
Maintains and updates a variety of files and records; distributes work orders; prepares a variety of written documents including reports, letters, memorandums and other correspondence
Ensures that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly
Maintain ongoing communication with General Manager and other members of management team
Collaborates with General Manager on budgeting for facilities needs
HVAC - general understanding of HVAC Maintenance
Manage department staffProfessional Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions
Knowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulations
HVAC - preventative maintenance
Knowledge of bowling maintenance and operations
Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management
Must be a well-organized, detail and customer (internal/external) oriented self-starter

The Shared Services Support Supervisor leads Support for HR Technology, Benefits, and Learning. This role manages Zendesk/ticket requests, builds best practices, and ensures a high level of service to business partners. Our job in Shared Services is to ensure that all HR teams across Live Nation Entertainment have the tools, information, and access they need to best serve our employees. The Shared Services Support Supervisor reports into the HR Operations team.
Responsibilities:
Manage the Shared Services Support function, including supervision, training, and leadership of support analysts.
Maintain and enhance Zendesk ticket management system for each Shared Services function.
Create and maintain best practices and service level agreements for various tickets/requests.
Serve as an escalation point for tickets/requests requiring additional assistance.
Cultivate a general knowledge of Workday (HCM, Benefits, and Learning) processes to assist with common questions and provide quick solutions.
Create a knowledge bank of process documentation and reference guides to be used by business partners and the broader support team.
Run and prepare a monthly review of tickets/requests for Shared Services management.
Meet with leads on the HR Technology, Benefits, and Learning teams to call out trends, patterns, and recurring issues.
Regularly access Workday Community to research fixes to current/ongoing business issues and discover new functionality to assist with system optimization.
Manage EIB (data load) processes.
Ad hoc special projects as required or as necessary.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong experience with HR Systems required - preferably with Workday.
Previous line management experience or group/team leadership.
Demonstrated understanding of confidentiality, morality, and compassion.
