The Role:

  • Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food to guests in a restaurant and music hall atmosphere with a cheerful attitude and in an efficient, professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and acknowledge Foundation Room members, Live Nation Executives and VIP's to instill appreciation for their membership and patronage

  • Impeccable knowledge in the steps of delivering service for up-scale dining

  • Stays current and is knowledgeable on the latest drink trends

  • Understands the fundamentals of Mixology and ability to uphold our Beverage Culture

  • Deep knowledge of how food, wine, beer, spirits and other beverage work in harmony with food selection

  • The ability to suggest wines that will best complement particular foods off the food menu

  • Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance alcohol awareness training and House of Blues alcohol policies

  • Request proper identification for anyone appearing under 30 years of age

  • Interact with guests in a natural, friendly demeanor

  • Cultivate regular guests and repeat business

  • Successfully complete a pour test prior to every shift, where applicable

  • Suggestively sell both beverages and menu items to guests at the bar

  • Deliver food items and beverage orders promptly

  • Prioritize and organize drink orders

  • Consistently prepare beverages according to standard recipes and venue specifications, abide by all control systems

  • Record any equipment failure and/or safety hazards in bar log

  • Recognize when guests are becoming too intoxicated and refuse further service of alcohol in a courteous and safety-minded manner, bringing it to the attention of a manager

  • Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance alcohol awareness training and HOB alcohol policies

  • Request proper identification for anyone appearing under 30 years of age

  • Maintain HOB safety and sanitation standards

  • Perform Opening/Running/Closing duties according to HOB policy

  • Prepare guest checks (on point of sales terminal) and process payment according to HOB policy

  • Maintain bartender bank

  • Perform cash pull / check out procedures

  • Maintain appropriate Comp and Spill checks

  • Attend pre-shift meeting conducted by Manager on Duty prior to start of each shift

Qualifications:

Required:

  • CA Food Handlers Card

  • Minimum of 2 years experience bartending in a up-scale dining and night life establishment

  • The ability to up sell and offer food and drink suggestions to guests

  • Articulate vocabulary with the ability to adapt and socialize with current audience

  • Exemplary and professional grooming standards

  • Flexible schedule and ability to work late hours and at nights

  • Cash handling experience

  • Strong working knowledge of all beverages

  • Physically able to pass a pour test and a Mixology drill (timed)

  • Ability to deal with intoxicated guests in a positive and safety minded manner

  • Skill in interpersonal communication and teamwork

  • Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms

Preferred:

  • 2 years work experience in high volume environment

  • Experience recognizing valid ID's

  • Experience in a live music environment

Physical Demands/Working Environment:

  • Working environment is fast-paced, often loud and stressful

  • Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet

  • Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques

THE TEAM

A dedicated team focused on bringing to market best-in-class pricing and distribution products to drive revenue and sales growth amongst clients

THE JOB

Enable clients to maximize sales and revenue potential through dynamic pricing using Ticketmaster's suite of pricing products and services. Provide clients a best-in-class service and support system that enables clients to enhance their revenue and demand optimization strategies through value added consulting and analytical interactions.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Become a subject matter expert for Pricemaster, Platinum, and future pricing applications and their client implementation & usage

  • Drive client process decisions by providing solution sets based on pricing expertise and high-level understanding of client needs, business requirements, and product offerings

  • Work with the consulting team to identify and mitigate business, application, or process hurdles holding back client adoption and usage

  • Provide product support for the pricing applications - escalating issues when necessary and communicating resolutions and timelines to clients

  • Develop, maintain, and communicate instructions, best practices, and documentations to clients to aide in pricing application usage

  • Solicit, manage and track client constraints and settings within the Pricemaster application.

  • Lead regular support meetings with clients with pre-meeting agenda planning and after meeting action item reporting and follow-up.

  • Perform regular review and maintenance of pricing applications to ensure proper hygiene of events, images, statuses, and other areas of site usability.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

  • 3 years' experience with the Ticketmaster Host & Archtics systems with a strong focus on event setup and operational details

  • 2 years' experience in product support, training, and documentation to both internal and external constituents

YOU (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS)

  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to draw actionable insights out of data and communicate with clients on strategies and tactics

  • Service-oriented with an ability to develop and maintain excellent client relationships

THE JOB

This position oversees accounting and control in a corporate setting, and interacts with multiple divisions, including the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures. This position is responsible for: corporate reporting of Venue Nation's financial information, general accounting and controls, and appropriate systems and processes to ensure timeliness, accuracy, thoroughness and full compliance with GAAP and corporate processes, procedures and mandates.

  • Establish, implement, and enforce financial and reporting policies and standards in compliance with GAAP and FASB, Sarbanes-Oxley, SEC and the requirements of other applicable regulatory bodies.

  • Review and certification of monthly consolidated financial statements.

The Role:

Responsible for ensuring the success of show and event productions by performing the technical aspects related to the show(s) production.

Essential Functions:

  • Performs the Load-in & out of band equipment and rental equipment

  • Responsible for securing required passes and tickets and prepares guest lists under the direction of the stage Manager

  • Cabling; assist audio & lighting crew as directed

  • Band Set changes

  • Ensure that members of the Band(s) have required items needed to perform the show(s).

  • Responsible for communicating the details of the evening's event to production crew

  • Responsible for hanging show banners, updating marquees and other signage in the venue

  • Responsible for coordinating the food trays for the band in the Music Hall

  • Assist lighting & Audio crew as directed by Stage Manager or PM; Spotlight operation if required

  • May assist the Stage Manager with show passes

  • Maintain and secure House Backline, and supplies

  • Maintain curtains, drapes, risers and other staging items

THE JOB

The Venue Marketing Coordinator, under guidance of the Venue Marketing Director will be responsible for multiple tasks that drive the success of marketing efforts for Live Nation's owned and operated venues across the United States.   • Assist Director, Venue Marketing in supporting venue priorities across their respective region including:

  • Update venue website and app and maintain quality control (ensure show information is up to date, work with partners to ensure F&B, PSS & Special Event content is updated as necessary and represented)

  • Execute fan communication plans to ensure key information reaches guests before each event via email, social, website and app

  • Maintain & QC data extensions for venue email automations across all venues in their region

THE ROLE

The Venue Cleaning Manager is responsible for the overall management of all cleaning functions in the venue to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly experience for the guest. This person is also responsible for leading the Venue's cleaning department.

THE TEAM

Our team is responsible for integrating and implementing partner contract deliverables for Live Nation and Ticketmaster on Live Nation owned and operated ticketing platforms in both North America and International markets. THE ROLE

The Program Manager will manage Engineering teams, both onshore and offshore, to integrate new Ticketmaster e-commerce products for a full portfolio of Live Nation clients and partners. Reporting to the Senior Director, Program on the Ticketmaster Sponsorship team, the Program Manager will interact with clients, provide appropriate communication on program and project status to both external and internal stakeholders, and ensure that deliverables are on time and on budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for definition, planning, execution and closure of programs or large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment across multiple engineering teams

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • Experience with Agile/Kanban and Lean principles preferred. Working knowledge of waterfall is also a plus so that the gap between the two methodologies can be bridged effectively.

THE JOB

The Van Buren is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Operation Coordinator to join the venue team in Phoenix. This position will be hands-on experience in an exciting, fast-pace, friendly and inspired setting. This is not a remote position.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Works directly with the Ops Manager and Security Supervisor to perform day of show duties

  • Respond to all elevated staff/guest inquiries and or concerns regarding all shows, artist meet and greet packages, amenities, as well as our VIP program and seat upgrades

  • Work through and correct guest concerns and complaints regarding security and customer service-related situations

  • Follow up with Security and Guest Services teams to ensure that service standards are met

  • Perform opening/running/closing duties according to Live Nation policy

  • Inform guests of venue amenities & make recommendations

  • Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area and reporting any issues encountered

  • Suggestive selling of all venue products and services when applicable

  • Keep current on all Standard Operating Procedures and be able to effectively communicate them to team members

  • Create pre-shift sheet and relay information from management directly to staff

  • Turn in all lost and found articles to Box Office

  • Ensure responsible alcohol service per Responsible Alcohol Service training & Live Nation alcohol policies

  • Ensure proper line of sight maintenance by all staff at all points of guest contact as well as maintaining the security of Back of House areas

  • Leads all pre-shift meetings prior to start of shift

  • Communicate to M.O.D. any issues that guests or team members may have

  • Work with the M.O.D. to resolve any and all guest issues- consults or involves management if the situation escalates

  • Responsible for completing incident reports and collecting witness statements

  • Assist MOD with all ejection logs and incident reports

  • Required to work Special Events that are scheduled throughout the venue

  • Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent

  • Working knowledge of high-volume nightclub operations, responsible alcohol service and guest relations

THE JOB

Serve food and beverages to guests in a nightclub environment with a cheerful attitude.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Anticipate and respond to guests' needs

  • Suggestively sell beverages and menu items; take orders

  • Answer guest questions, make recommendations, up-sell liquors

  • Communicate drink orders to bar through Point of Sales system

  • Deliver drinks, maneuvering trays through large crowds

  • Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through your work area throughout shift

  • Remove dirty glasses and dishes from tables including the lifting/moving of bus tubs up to 25lbs.

  • Keep tables clean/wiped

  • Clean spills, remove food, trash or other obstacles from floor using proper lifting techniques

  • Maintain House of Blues safety and sanitation standards

  • Follow housekeeping standards per HOB policy

  • Keep current on all standard operating procedures

  • Request identification from any guest who appears to be under 30 years of age

  • Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance alcohol awareness training and HOB alcohol policies

  • Recognize when guests are becoming too intoxicated and refuse further service of alcohol in a courteous and safety-minded manner, bringing it to the attention of the manager

  • Receive payment and process cash, credit card or Traveler's check transactions according to HOB policy

  • Ensure that comp and void checks are processed according to HOB policy

  • Assist other servers and staff as needed

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Required:

  • Ability to work late hours

  • Flexible schedule

  • Working knowledge of cocktail tray service, basic food service, responsible alcohol service, drink recipes and garnishes, point of sales systems

  • 3 years' work experience interacting with people in a positive environment

  • Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms

  • Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent

  • Ability to deal with intoxicated guests in a positive and safety minded manner

  • COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions

Preferred:

  • Cash handling experience

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

I. Responsible (directly or through supervision of staff member) for all aspects of accounting and finance at the venue level

  • Month-end close process

  • Show Flashing

  • Balance sheet maintenance

  • Forecasting

  • Daily Revenue reconciliation

  • Accounts Payable

  • Cash management and procedures

  • Operational management support

  • Tax and license maintenance

  • Band Payment processes

  • Office management and supply

  • Accounts receivables

  • Vendor and Guest relations

  • Foundation Membership processes

  • Manage and supervise lead auditor, cashiers, and purchasing managers

  • Responsible for cash room, safe, and lock boxes

  • Oversee accounts payable, including approvals, coding, input and review for accuracy and correctness. Match invoices to purchase orders

  • Responsible for daily sales and cash reconciliation. Research and explain any variance

  • Prepare and issue daily flash, comp report, weekly cost of sales and weekly labor report, profit and loss forecasting including maintenance of checkbook accounting process

  • Ensure accuracy of all reports

  • Provide information as needed to home office club accounting for period close

  • Review period end GL detail with department heads

  • Preparation of monthly tax return

  • Oversee all local and state audits of club books and records

  • Track and collect accounts receivable

  • Oversee physical inventory counts. Actively participate in physical inventory, minimum one inventory per period, review actual to perpetual and explain variance.

  • Review and provide input to Talent Buyer forecasting in the MIDAS system

  • Preparation of fiscal operations and financial plan for respective club

  • Responsible for weekly update and reforecast of Present View annual forecasting model based on actual and updated information

  • Rollout of new financial procedures and systems in respective club

  • Responsible to train and develop operations managers in the -Essentials of Finance-

  • Recognize, identify and execute profit enhancement opportunities

  • Assist with special projects as assigned

II. Responsible for adherence to Company Policy and Procedures, financial and operational financial controls

III. Analysis and Special projects as requested by home office controller / General Manager

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Required:

  • 5 years experience with a strong background in accounting

  • 3 years Accounts Payable experience

  • 2-3 years experience in Staff management

  • Cash management background

  • Able to communicate and interact well with executive level management

  • Software requirements (PC Windows based): Very strong Excel skills

  • Experience with national-level integrated General Ledger software system (Oracle)

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 2-4 years experience in all aspects of accounting

  • Flexible Schedule (days/nights, weekends, and holidays)

  • Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms

Preferred:

  • Food/beverage accounting experience

  • CPA preferred

  • Advanced business degree

THE ROLE:The Venue Applications Support Analyst plays a pivotal role by ensuring technology at our venues functions seamlessly. Whether it be inputting system data or troubleshooting technical issues, the Venue Applications Support Team (VAST) is the go-to resource for thousands of end-user operators throughout our amphitheaters, clubs, and theatres. Point-of-Sale (PoS) applications support is the focus of the role, although VAST supports a variety of systems including: CCTV, Digital Signage, Time & Attendance, and more. The majority of support is provided remotely, but onsite venue engagements throughout the US are common. Given that our events are crucial revenue-earning opportunities-and often occur after conventional business hours-VAST Analysts provide on-call support on a rotating basis, often -saving the day- when IT issues arise during a show.

THE JOB

US Concerts is seeking a Production Runner for 713 M, responsible for various 'errands' and tasks associated with the talent and production of shows. Confidentiality is very critical to this role.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Coordinate and deliver food and beverage to the band or talent

  • Retrieve and deliver equipment, paperwork, etc.

  • Ensure stage and backstage areas are clean and free of clutter

THE ROLE:

Responsible for keeping the venue safe and clean and perform a variety of cleaning tasks before, during and after venue events, safely operating all equipment, and displaying a positive customer service attitude.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Keep walkways and guest-facing areas free of trash, debris and trip hazards by picking up litter (cups, aluminum cans, paper, cardboard, etc.) and depositing in the appropriate receptacle.

  • Sweep, mop and/or vacuum floors; remove standing water and dry up wet flooring/pavement to prevent slip and fall injuries.

  • Wash and sanitize toilets, toilet stalls and showers using cleaning solutions and disinfectants; clean mirrors and windows; stock restroom areas with toilet paper, paper towels and soap as needed.

  • Clean dirt, stains, cobwebs, etc., from exterior walls, countertops, lighting fixtures and seats; scrape gum and decals from floors, walls, seats, poles, etc.

  • Remove full liners from trash receptacles and replace with new liners; push carts with bags of trash to the compactor and deposit bags into the compactor.

  • Separate recycling materials into proper containers and disinfect containers.

  • Use a variety of hand and power tools in performing duties, including using a power washer or backpack blower to clean concrete and blacktop areas.

  • Detect and report maintenance problems, faulty operations, defective material and unusual or unsafe situations to Manager.

  • Safely operate golf carts within the venue to transport tools, equipment, supplies and trash.

THE JOB

The Venue Marketing Coordinator, under guidance of the Venue Marketing Director will be responsible for multiple tasks that drive the success of marketing efforts for Live Nation's owned and operated venues across the United States. These tasks include updating show information across venue touchpoints (website, app, social), QC and updating of email automations, coordination and delivery of marketing assets supporting venue hospitality and ancillary products and arranging onsite venue execution for non-show related needs.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Assist Director, Venue Marketing in supporting venue priorities across their respective region including:

  • Update venue website and app and maintain quality control (ensure show information is up to date, work with partners to ensure F&B, PSS & Special Event content is updated as necessary and represented)

  • Execute fan communication plans to ensure key information reaches guests before each event via email, social, website and app

  • Maintain & QC data extensions for venue email automations across all venues in their region

  • Manually build and manage fan communications in case of emergency

  • Assist in social publishing for show related needs - announce, presale, on sale

  • Coordinate creative assets & delivery to venues for future show support

  • Create and manage venue level creative assets for onsite & digital needs (monthly & weekly show calendars)

  • Coordinate asset placement in digital video signage (concert vision, etc.)

  • Coordinate approvals and execution of promotional sweepstakes

  • Coordinate onsite activations to help drive name acquisition for future show marketing needs

THE JOB

US Concerts is seeking is seeking a Supervisor - Cleaning/Maintenance Services. The Cleaning/Maintenance Services Supervisor is a working supervisor who is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of the cleaning staff within the venue. Duties may also include management functions.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Direct and supervise cleaning staff and other employees performing similar services as directed. Provide customer services by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints

  • On an ongoing basis leads and train staff to include assisting in staffing positions to ensure that all staff members are well-informed on event specific details. Assist with managing breaks

  • Assist management to ensure compliance with all venue policies and procedures to include all safety regulations

  • Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.

  • Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.

  • Oversee productivity and work assignments of the cleaning staff and communicate with management (or designated Manager) any challenges and status of all assignments prior to the conclusion of the shift

  • Other tasks as assigned by the Cleaning Services Manager

  • Assign and schedule team members to specific duties

  • Enforce safety, health, and security duties.
