WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Work broadly with the GR team to engage internal and external stakeholders, for the purpose of building relationships which help shape policy and legislation on behalf of the company, and the live entertainment industry as a whole.

  • Plan and execute strategic engagements collaborating closely with LNE colleagues and elected officials.

  • Represent the company at political and third-party policy organization meetings (NCSL, AGA, etc.)

  • Lead on the composition, consolidation, editing of complex written materials (e.g., briefing docs, letters, talking points, etc.).

  • Develop cross-functional partnerships and relationships with executives' teams to create meaningful agendas for engagements and ensure the appropriate internal participants are included.

  • Partner and support externally facing strategic outreach efforts (e.g., campaigns, in-region executive visits, roadshows, etc.). Contribute to development of outreach strategies.

  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, meeting coordination, and event planning for the GR team.

  • Assist with state government relations, as necessary.

  • Update and track projects and key metrics. Submit compliance documentation.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • 3-5 years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or a related field, with a demonstrated understanding of legislative and regulatory processes.

  • Experience in project management and working on Capitol Hill or State Legislature is a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and skilled in technical troubleshooting.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, adapt to feedback, and manage multiple tasks effectively, sometimes under time pressure.

  • 30% travel

THE JOB

Working in conjunction with our promoters, marketing and production teams, this position is responsible for the planning and execution of concerts, as well as responsible for managing the internal processes relating to these events.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Establish, build and maintain positive relations with agents, managers and industry representatives

  • Oversee Marketing, Ticketing and production for each event booked

  • Handle all regional local agents, assisting with national acts where appropriate

  • Negotiate all contractual agreements between LN and artist agents

  • Research local bands and develop local stand-alone nights

  • Establish relationships with industry people

  • Manage budget of each event to ensure financial success.

  • Execute night of artist and venue settlements in variety of venues

  • Coordinate with production managers to ensure successful show on site

  • Coordinate with alliances departments regarding submission and approval of sponsor initiatives

  • Responsible for forecast projections of events booked

  • Manage internal documentation as required (ROME, calendars, ticketing, etc)

Projects will include, but are not limited to:

  • Field calls and help manage team calendars

  • Summarize and write briefs for meetings and calls

  • Help maintain accurate and updated contact list and database

  • Provide logistical and research support for the launching and execution of client programs and internal brand initiatives

  • Provide support with fundraising initiatives and events including but not limited to coordinating mailings, liaising with vendors, assisting event team members, and maintaining event attendance records for large and small-scale events

Qualifications:

  • Must be current student, enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's program at an accredited college or university

  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 plus booster shot

  • Must be eligible to receive academic credit from their college or university

  • Skilled in researching, writing, intergovernmental relations, and law

  • Spanish Speaking skills or bilingual proficiency recommended

  • Computer proficiency with MS Office products and Google Suite; building database reports, presentations, managing customized email communications to small and broad networks and audiences

  • Experience managing and navigating social media communications

  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills and ability to connect with various constituencies including youth, parents/guardians, professional peers, executive level managers, influencers

The Security Manager is responsible for the overall management of the security department to ensure guest, employee, artist and venue safety. Also, control's cost and ensures total guest satisfaction by guarding, patrolling, monitoring the premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Work in conjunction with the General Manager and Operations Manager to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures that relate to the security department as well as local, state and federal laws and regulations.

  • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.

  • Moves throughout the venue and all areas to visually monitor and take corrective action when needed.

  • Provides guidance and improvement and implements necessary adjustments.

  • Investigates and resolves security complaints. Interacts positively with guests.

  • Circulate among guests and/or employees to preserve safety, order and to protect the venue property.

  • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, guests, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security and safety of the premises.

  • May write reports of activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.

  • Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.

  • Escort individuals to specified locations or provide personal protection.

  • Operate detecting devices and searches to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.

  • Warn persons of rule infractions or violations and apprehend or evict violators from premises when necessary.

  • Organizes and conducts meetings and communicates pertinent information to the staff. Schedules and directs staff in their work assignments.

  • Regularly reviews and evaluates the department and recommends and implements new operational policies and procedures when necessary.

  • Other duties assigned by management.

    WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Working knowledge of security operations, safety practices in a business environment and enforcement procedures.

  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy

  • A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs.

THE ROLE

Insomniac Events is looking for a Lead Community Engagement Coordinator who has email and social media-based customer service experience to handle a high volume of customer service-related questions, comments, and requests across festivals, brands & concerts. This person will be the point person for the Headliner Experience team and needs to be comfortable with leadership and communication. This role will consist of off-hours, remote, and overnight work. The work schedule varies and will be determined by the needs of social team. This position will interact with fans on public-facing social media channels as well as our email platform, writing in the voice for each brand and staying within our various themes and values. This position reports to the Manager, Social Media. This is not a remote position and requires full time in office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor various email inboxes, direct messages, and all direct customer inquiries regarding festival questions, ticketing issues, lost and found, prohibited items, etc.

  • Constantly monitor comments for issues and questions

  • Engage with Headliners, leaving positive comments to balance out questions and complaints

  • Use appropriate brand voice to interact with fans and customers

  • Ensure that your team of Community Engagement Coordinators is hitting all KPIs

  • Collaborate with the Manager, Social Media to evolve processes and actively solve any issues

  • Prepare customer sentiment data reports to provide actionable insights for internal stakeholders

  • Lead the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members, ensuring seamless integration for both full-time and seasonal staff

  • Partner in crafting and refining festival website copy to ensure the accuracy of information

  • Act as the liaison between Social Media and Marketing teams, Operation and Production teams to actively address and solve issues, comments, and complaints

  • Leave no public-facing question or issue unanswered

  • Monitor platforms for safety issues and concerns while possessing awareness when to escalate concerns to proper stakeholders

  • Additional tasks to be determined in real time by Social Media, Operations, and Production teams

  • Support in recruiting, hiring, training of various team members

  • Other special projects and tasks assigned as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree or 3+ years of relevant experience in customer service

  • An in-depth understanding of electronic music, festival culture, and the live music space

  • In-tune with local music scene, venues, and nightclubs

  • Organized self-starter with meticulous attention to detail

  • Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Instagram Stories, YouTube, TikTok and other live streaming apps and social media platforms

  • Experience in social media management/monitoring tools such as: HootSuite and Sprinklr

  • Proficient in grammar, copywriting and asset selection

  • Must have basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, GIF creation, and other content creation apps

  • Experience working on-site at concerts, music festivals, or other large-scale events

  • Ability to work overnight, off-hours, and react appropriately to time-sensitive situations

THE ROLE

Vector Management is a Nashville based full-service artist management company led by presidents Ken Levitan and Jack Rovner. Responsibilities:

  • Monitor ticket sales and compile sales summaries for distribution to designated tour personnel.

  • Collect and analyze inventory data across multiple ticketing platforms.

Qualifications:

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior Manager for a new group within the finance and accounting organization. The role will be engaged to review the existing design, evolve the control framework as the Company grows, and assist in the evaluation and risk assessment of management's control structure. This role will work directly with control owners of all levels throughout the Company including both accounting / finance personnel and operational personnel.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Perform an ongoing evaluation of the control environment for appropriate design by working with both the finance and operational functions

  • Apply knowledge of US GAAP to perform control risk assessments and work with management to evolve the control environment in response to those risks Assist management in performing risk assessment procedures for both control and IT processes

  • Assist in implementing the design of control functions for new business lines

  • Provide guidance to management across the organization on appropriate control design and documentation requirements

  • Stay abreast of regulatory developments impacting the Company, especially in relation to SEC requirements across both IT and financial controls and provides training to management accordingly

  • Review the documentation of control owners across the organization and provide feedback to control owners on strengths and weaknesses

  • Assists the Director in developing management review plans, designs controls, implementation roadmaps for new groups, and provides timely communication to management on status and results

  • Partners with the internal audit function and external auditors to facilitate successful control testing outcomes and risk assessments

    WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required

  • CPA required, CIA a plus

  • 5+ years experience in public accounting, internal audit, or equivalent role

  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP concepts, especially with ASC 606 and 842

Job Summary:

THE JOB

The VIP staff will engage with our clients that purchase VIP Club Access, season tickets, box seats, or premium seating for our events. VIP staff members will be located throughout all of our VIP areas and will assist with questions, issues, or complaints in these areas.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty.

  • Assist in providing wristbands for VIP guests when entering the VIP Club.

  • Answer questions and help guide guests to their boxes/seats.

  • Adapt to customer needs ensuring they are understood and appropriate action is taken to meet and exceed their expectations.

  • Other tasks as assigned by the VIP Manager and PSS Coordinator

  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation

    WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Previous customer service experience is helpful, but not required

  • Customer service friendly attitude, and a desire to create a great environment for our guests

  • Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, standing in one place for long periods of time in various types of weather.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

I. Financial Performance of Department(s)

  • Aggressively ensure that revenue is generated in accordance to individual sales quota established by DOS and track financials per market segment, per month and per quarter

  • Assist DOS in creating annual sales plans for each market segment; Convention, Association, Incentive, Tour &Travel, Social, Local, Corporate; SMERF, DMC, etc.

II. Essential Duties

  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals

  • Consistently fulfill sales call quotas and required tracking protocol

  • Complete understanding of competitive set as well as key points to sell against such venues

  • Handle initial phone call and electronic inquiries in a timely manner (within 24 hours)

  • Develop a complete, comprehensive targeted list of companies/organizations within assigned categories

  • Build, maintain and target client database (from internal and external sources): convention business, tour operators, meeting planners, party planners, corporate, social, concierges, non-profit, fundraisers, DMC's, etc.

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with Convention & Visitors Bureau, professional organizations, local chambers of commerce, local hotels and vendors

  • Help to ensure optimal perception of the venue within the community as well as within professional organizations

  • Maintain Live Nation Standards for policies and procedures as outlined in the Code of Conduct and Employee Handbook

  • With DOS, ensure and monitor that all required reports (SEO's, monthly calendar, contacts made, forecasting, trackers, financial rectification, ROME flashes, initiatives, etc.) are fulfilled and distributed in a timely manner for proper planning

  • Maintain accurate event financial records and adhere to required departmental and organizational processes/protocol

  • Generation of proposals

  • Generation of Special Events Orders

  • Contract negotiations

  • Generation of contracts

  • Post-event correspondence

  • Supply requisitions

  • Client relations

  • Maintain and communicate current event information on talent calendar

  • Ensure accurate file maintenance (Caterease and Rome)

  • Working knowledge and expertise in use of Caterease, Cendyn, Exact Target, Rome, Hoovers, etc.

  • Management of software programs affiliated with the department; Caterease, Cendyn, Exact Target, Rome, Hoovers, etc.

  • Understanding of all operational department responsibilities, capabilities and limitations, to smoothly ensure maximum guest satisfaction, event execution and operational communication

  • Ensure staffing levels are fulfilled by the Logistics Manager

III. Sales

  • Solicit new and existing clients to meet / exceed budgetary sales expectations

  • Create internal/external promotional programs and track results

  • Fulfill expectations outlined within the strategic monthly sales plan, monthly initiatives, SMART plan, annual goals, competitive analysis and other reports requested / required

  • Develop sales strategy for defined market segments, industries & conventions

  • Build and maintain client database(s) in Caterease & Exact Target

  • Actively solicit business through local civic and business organizations (Convention Bureau, Chamber of Commerce, MPI, HSMAI, ISES, PCMA etc.)

  • Assist in development of sales collateral material

  • Assist in updating of venue sales website, on-line venue listings and assigned social media applications

  • Attends tradeshows, networking events, sales blitzes and other off-site sales efforts at the direction of the Director of Sales

  • Geographically determine and participate in marketing the venue to trade shows, both locally and nationally at the Director of Sales direction

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Minimum Requirements:

  • Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent

  • Working knowledge of local and regional markets, special event operations, computers (Windows environment, spreadsheet, databases, word processing) and guest relations

  • Must have comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette

  • Skilled in interpersonal communications, organizational concepts and financial knowledge

  • Ability to delegate, follow up, relate to staff and guests / clients in a positive effective manner

  • High school diploma required

  • Three to five years sales experience in the hospitality industry; experience in catering sales/social/wedding markets highly preferred

  • Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Local market experience and relationships
