Distributed Event Lead (Systems Engineer)
We are in search of an intelligent and inquisitive systems level engineer with preferred experience across a range of activities; including Distributed Test and Training, Networks, Computer systems, Weapons systems, Weapons Simulations, Test and Training Range instrumentation, Software Applications, Mission Support, Data Collection and Analysis Tools. The selected individual will be trained to be one or our primary technical points of contact for TENA/JMETC-supported distributed events and corresponding customers. TENA enabled tools and the JMETC Network are an essential RDT&E capability to provide DoD weapons System of System Testing and Training. This Individual will support the event customer and work with the TRMC Support Team to ensure the objectives of the event are met and to demonstrate event success at the highest levels. The Event Lead will work with the customer to follow a sound System Engineering approach and to ensure that the TENA/JMETC product line and services are well understood and applied. This individual is responsible for planning and coordinating technical support with the Service's military, civil service and support contractor personnel. To ensure event success, the Event Team Lead coordinates TRMC Support Team activities, represents the TENA/JMETC Event Team at the necessary event support meetings, coordinates internal TRMC Support Team activities, and coordinates necessary documentation to meet customer and TRMC requirements. The individual will travel frequently to military facilities in support of mission activity, will be subject to a Government security investigation, and must meet the eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Day to Day responsibilities include -
Coordinate Support team activities with event customer
Represent TRMC in event meetings
Develop and coordinate plans/activities/status of TRMC Support Team activities
Support development of JMETC Project Support Plan (PSP)
Capture network requirements and coordinate with event customer and participants
Travel and oversee event tools and configuration
Present collected TRMC Support Team activities and status
Present potential issues, potential impact to event and possible alternative solutions
Produce and distribute a daily SITREP during events and Lessons learned documentation at the event end
Coordinate internal User Support Team activities
Troubleshoot network and application issues
Coordinate with TRMC organizations (TENA, JMETC, CTEIP, etc.) to ensure that consistent and quality products are provided to the event customer
Organize and lead internal meetings to determine status of Support Team activities
Align Support Team activities with event schedule
Coordinate interoperability needs with TENA User Support Team
Coordinate network infrastructure needs with JMETC SYSCON
Coordinate Ports and Protocols list with JMETC SYSCON
Coordinate TRMC Support Team documentation
Status reports, final reports, lessons learned, fact sheets, briefings, etc.
Document potential issues and potential impact to event
Test new software tools and applications
Must have the following:
United States Citizenship
Education: Bachelor's degree in an applicable field
Minimum of 15 years experience to include the following: a. Experience with Test/Training Ranges, b. Knowledge of Range Instrumentation Systems, c. Knowledge of Data Analysis Tools
Coordination, Communication and Presentation skills
Secret Clearance
Prefer any or all of the following:
Knowledge of (TENA) Test and Training enabling architectures
Knowledge of DIS and HLA Architectures

Title:
SR. Drafting Technician
The Level 3 Draftsman shall possess the following capabilities:
Works closely with engineers, designers, and mechanical personnel to prepare various manufacturing layout drawings, electrical drawings, schematics, illustrations, three-dimensional models, and other types of drawings required for technical documentation.
Uses broad knowledge of mechanical and electrical devices, engineering mathematics, manufacturing methods, and related drafting practices to develop equipment, accessory fabrication, and assembly drawings within established dimensional and weight limits. Performs engineering design work in interpreting available designs others prepared or completing missing design details.
Completes technical drawings using 2D & 3D CAD based upon familiarity with the construction and functions of equipment and utilizing knowledge of electronic circuits, controls, and components.
Completes the most complex and challenging designs and layouts for complete systems and components of a project.
Checks drawings for compliance with engineering requirements and drafting standards related to dimensional tolerances and design layout of form, fit, and function. Provides guidance on resolving technical issues associated with drawing content and presentation-coordinates drafting resources on program projects.
Provides production CAD support and organizes the CAD environment.
Develops, implements, and enforces department CAD standards based on department requirements and current industry practices. Develops and manages drafting processes, including product lifecycle definition and management, document/revision control, technical drawing libraries, and CAD tools.
Qualifications:
Five (5) years of mechanical drawing, computer-aided design, and illustrative design or commercial art experience.
Two (2) years' experience with AutoCAD v14 or later.
Two (2) years of experience preparing and revising drawings, schematics, logic diagrams, and block diagrams.
Training in Graphics Arts, Industrial Design, or Engineering Design.
Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
Two (2) years' experience with Autodesk Inventor 2019 version or later.
Familiar with Autodesk Vault (CAD data management) software.
Basic Compensation:
$20,000 to $70,000

KBR is looking for a Sr. Director, Operations, to help support our Technology team in Global Sales & Business Development. As a catalyst SME, you will be responsible for the growth & expansion of our catalyst business.
Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Promote KBR licensed technology Catalysts value proposition to global clients.
Plan forecast Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Order booking and Book Orders by managing Catalyst BD/product management team through technical & commercial negotiation and support of KBR global Sales Team situated in - Western Europe, Central Eastern Europe, Middle east & Africa, China, Russia, India, Korea & Asia Pacific regions
Work with Technology Licensing groups and global sales team to position value of KBR Catalyst, developed technical and commercial proposal in conjunction with, project execution and procurement teams
Managing catalyst portfolio:
Expanding & improving existing portfolio through internal value engineering and external partner-based development activities
Benchmarking against global competition, looking to expand catalyst applications.
Building partnerships with research institutions to continuously expand portfolio with new generation or breakthrough technologies
In partnership with KBR service organization Develop and maintain a global catalyst customer service organization
Plan to retain & expand catalyst recurring/resale business for KBR technologies and competing technologies
To add value to KBR process technology offerings through identifying third party Catalyst/manufacturing and testing partners & collaboration to add to existing portfolio.
Scan globally available catalyst and catalyst-based technologies to identify potential fits in the KBR process technologies offerings and to add value to KBR process technology offerings through partnerships & collaboration.
Product improvement initiatives to add value for existing KBR proprietary catalyst.
Interface with legal & compliance teams to present deal through KBR internal project review, risk review & management review meetings.
Support Project team during the execution of the orders for Catalysts. Work with execution team to report earnings and achieve cash flow targets ensure timely collection payments and maintain A/R and expense budgets within defines metrics and for Catalyst business.
Work with the supply Chain management team Maintain KBR position as preferred buyer with global supply chain.
Plan Global manpower & resources required for future growth of the Catalyst business.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering.
Able to travel internationally 50% of the time.
Minimum 15 years' experience in Ammonia/Refining/Petrochemical Industry. With 10 years in the catalyst business with experience in catalyst sales and business development related to Ammonia/ Refining/ Petrochemical industry which includes, account management, technology interface and catalyst services, including international clients.
Willing to submit to a background check.

PC&C Field Support (O/J) Shift A 1-4
The Offsites Field Support is responsible for the safety, completion documentation of all Turnover Systems
Coordination for any work permits issued in the Offsites Areas Ready for Operation
Participate in regular progress and coordination meetings with COMPANY.
Ensure that all equipment in Completion Packages is ready for Handover on schedule.
Identify and coordinate the resources required to complete all Commissioning activities in their area. This will include both men and material.
Ensure that all testing activities and punch lists are clear and do not impede the reliability & safety of Offsites and Jetty Operations during the commissioning of the Process Areas.
Report to the CSO Supervisor.

The Family Support Coordinator/Community Program and Peer Network Coordinator (CPPNC), herein referred as Coordinator(s), is responsible for comprehensive and effective coordination, development, and evaluation of programs and services that contribute directly and positively to resiliency of the assigned unit's force and families under the supervision of the Supervisory Clinical Psychologist and Site Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
The Coordinator shall organize and oversee peer support networks for their assigned commands.
The Coordinator shall ensure that a trained team of active duty and family member peer support counselors is maintained, ensure participating peer support counselors are vetted and trained according to program standards.
Coordinators shall be responsible for collecting and reporting data for the purposes of formative and outcome evaluations of peer support programs and other community-based support programs.
Coordinators shall collect original data and data from secondary sources in support of program assessments. This data includes, but is not limited to focus group and/or unit meetings convened by leadership; Family Resilience Program evaluation results; trend information from behavioral health team, Chaplains, Ombudsmen, or Family Readiness Group (FRG) staff.
Coordinators shall support commands at multiple levels and in multiple locations. The Coordinator shall identify and document program/service needs and evaluation data.
The Coordinator shall develop and provide needs-based programming, prevention programs, and supports to service specific demographic groups and geographic locations.

The Family Support Coordinator/Community Program and Peer Network Coordinator (CPPNC), herein referred as Coordinator(s), is responsible for comprehensive and effective coordination, development, and evaluation of programs and services that contribute directly and positively to resiliency of the assigned unit's force and families under the supervision of the Supervisory Clinical Psychologist and Site Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
The Coordinator shall organize and oversee peer support networks for their assigned commands.
The Coordinator shall ensure that a trained team of active duty and family member peer support counselors is maintained, ensure participating peer support counselors are vetted and trained according to program standards.
Coordinators shall be responsible for collecting and reporting data for the purposes of formative and outcome evaluations of peer support programs and other community-based support programs.
Coordinators shall collect original data and data from secondary sources in support of program assessments. This data includes, but is not limited to focus group and/or unit meetings convened by leadership; Family Resilience Program evaluation results; trend information from behavioral health team, Chaplains, Ombudsmen, or Family Readiness Group (FRG) staff.
Coordinators shall support commands at multiple levels and in multiple locations. The Coordinator shall identify and document program/service needs and evaluation data.
The Coordinator shall develop and provide needs-based programming, prevention programs, and supports to service specific demographic groups and geographic locations.
The Coordinator shall also have extensive knowledge of DoD resources, such as the Military OneSource, Military Family Life Counselors (MFLC), Personal Financial Counselors (PFC), and Military Crisis Line.
The Coordinator shall lead and/or assist in the coordination and/or development of official processes, functions and networking opportunities for subpopulations served.

Serve as Commander's liaison for matters related to community and family support.
Communicate on behalf of the Command utilizing a variety of media/social media.
Maintain awareness of emergency response protocols.
Qualifications: This position requires US Citizenship and candidates MUST BE ACTIVE DUTY AND ELIGIBLE FOR THE SKILLBRIDGE PROGRAM.
- Able to pass and maintain appropriate certifications and security clearances for this position.
- A bachelor's degree in education, human/social services or related field or four years' experience providing social service education, or work/family life consultation or coordination services.
- Must have a minimum of two years' experience coordinating social service education programs.
- Shall have, or be willing to receive, specialized training on peer support counseling, community resources and referrals, suicide prevention best practices trainings, training and coordination with local resources to execute mission.

KBR maintains and manages Army prepositioned stocks at the Army Field Support Battalion - Charleston (AFSBn-CHS) land site and aboard ship to include all logistics and maintenance operations. The KBR APS-3 Program is managed and executed at Goose Creek in support of the Army's power projection doctrine and resources. Job Summary

KBR maintains and manages Army prepositioned stocks at the Army Field Support Battalion - Charleston (AFSBn-CHS) land site and aboard ship to include all logistics and maintenance operations. The KBR APS-3 Program is managed and executed at Goose Creek in support of the Army's power projection doctrine and resources. The contract provides maintenance of APS-3 stocks (Class II, IIIP, IV, VII, IX) to ensure that unit sets stored aboard marine vessels are configured and maintained at optimal readiness. KBR provides limited maintenance and supply support aboard ship to ensure that equipment sets are maintained in a ready condition for emergency download and issue to operating units at the direction of the US Army. KBR also provides maintenance services and logistical support for other Army programs IAW individual scope of work contract requirements.
Job Summary
The Motor Vehicle Mechanic repairs, rebuilds, or overhauls major assemblies of internal combustion automobiles, buses, trucks or tractors. Work involves most of the following: Diagnosing the source of trouble and determining the extent of repairs required; replacing worn or broken parts such as piston rings, bearings, or other engine parts; grinding and adjusting valves; rebuilding carburetors; overhauling transmissions; and repairing fuel injection, lighting, and ignition systems. In general, the work of the Motor Vehicle Mechanic requires rounded training and experience usually acquired through a formal apprenticeship or equivalent.
This Motor Vehicle Mechanic is among the most seasoned and trained mechanics in the Automotive Maintenance Shops within the Maintenance Department. This mechanic will perform field level automotive maintenance on all automotive tactical and combat equipment assigned or work-loaded to the APS-3 program. May be eligible to lead a team of 8-12 lesser qualified or experienced mechanics. Uses government furnished special tools, property, and facilities to perform responsibilities.
Roles and Responsibilities
Field level maintenance on US military automotive equipment. Includes diagnostics, parts identification and requisition, servicing and repair in accordance with technical specifications and specified repair times.
Limited A/C repair and service on a wide range of automotive and material handling equipment
Maintain maintenance records and documentation in accordance with government regulations and local policies.
Properly use, store, account for, and disposal of hazardous materials and waste used and generated in the performance of duties. Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations and procedures for handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
Movement of materiel and assets with forklifts and dollies.
Upon notification from the government, deploys to support issuing or receipt of equipment.

Serves as a Quality Assurance Specialist at the National Training Center, Fort Irwin, California, whose technical expertise and knowledge of quality systems will support the LOGCAP Quality Program. This position will support the project to optimize execution by assuring LOGCAP provided services meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance.
Provides specialized technical expertise in support of the Quality program, including specialized inspection and testing techniques, quality training, statistical methods, audits, and quality tools for problem-solving and assessment. Creates inspection reports stating the conditions of a work area to ensure requirements are met. Makes recommendations for corrective action.
Applies knowledge of quality systems and tools to validate and verify contractually required standards for project execution. The Machinist produces machined parts and assemblies to required specifications and delivery schedules. The Machinist must:
- Read, understand and follow engineering drawings, generate CNC programs, operate CNC Milling machine, operate manual mill/lathe/shop tools, and understand/follow work instructions.- Interpret written instructions and specifications, plan and lay out work, use a variety of machinist's hand tools and precision measuring instruments, set up and operate standard machine tools.- Monitor controls to regulate machining factors (e.g. feed, speed, coolant flow, depth and angle of cut), ensure proper set-up requirements, sequence operations, and dimensions and tolerance levels of finished products.- Confer with Engineers, CNC programmers and production management to resolve machining issues and propose process improvements.- Perform and document quality checks during machining operations using measuring instruments or gauges to ensure fabricated components meet specifications.- Make standard shop computations relating to dimensions of work, tooling, feeds, and speeds of machining- Have knowledge of the working properties of the common metals, selecting standard materials, parts, and equipment required for this work- Fit and Assemble parts into mechanical equipment- Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

REQUIRED: (must correspond with description listed on the Composite Rates and Skills Table)*Military, Community College or Technical Center Training Certificate in CNC and conventional machine operations (e.g CNC programming, Mill and Lathe operation, Haas CNC Mills, Reading blueprints, drawings, shop mathematics, etc) OR 2 to 4 yrs verified experience working as a CNC/manual machinist
Must have knowledge in design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.* Strong background in the practical application of technology including the application of principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.* Must have strong mathematical background in arithmetic, algebra, geometry as applied to drawing interpretation and machining applications.* Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in the manufacturing or fabrication for components, parts and equipment.* Must have necessary skills and experience to machine jigs, fixtures and jaws as required for work piece holding for production machining.* Must be able to study and comprehend blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence operations, and set up requirements.* Must have a strong background in operation of CNC and conventional milling machines, lathes, band saws, metal shears, breaks and drill presses.* Proficient in the use of a CAM program software and a working knowledge of drafting concepts including English/metric conversion, tolerances, etc.* Computer literate in a range of applications including Microsoft Word and Excel.Standard Company Requirements:

LCV NORTHCOM NTC: Laborer
The Laborer sustains the upkeep of common areas and related duties to include but not limited to the following: clean and maintain all break areas, restrooms, common use areas, hazmat containment area and wash rack. Respond as required to HAZMAT incidences in a timely manner. Cleans shop / work areas to include offices as needed and ensure the yard is free of trash and debris.
Typical duties include the following, although specific duties vary by assignment or contract: Polices fence lines and grounds areas to remove trash and clutter. Cleans up shop areas, work areas, break areas and restrooms. Cleans up HAZMAT spills and containment area. Trains, mentors, and enhances the performance of co-workers and other personnel. INDOPACOM Solutions Architect
The successfully selected candidate for this DOD Test/Experimentation INDOPACOM Solutions Architect position will be a full-time employee of the KBR team supporting our DOD Test Resource Management Center's (TRMC) contract. TRMC is working with INDOPACOM to gather needs and requirements to build out T&E solutions. Duties will include the following:
Assist in eliciting and capturing INDOPACOM requirements;
Work closely with TRMC T&E system engineers to define potential solutions over time against these requirements;
Document experimentation mission threads/scenarios and define/create needed system engineering documentation;
Work directly with the operational community, helping TRMC define the required infrastructure for distributed test training and experimentation events;
Become familiar with and work collaboratively across the TRMC Joint Mission Environment Test Capability (JMETC) User Support Teams to define, develop, test and support T&E solutions to meet specific events requirements;
Lead and mentor a cross-organizational team working together to identify barriers and complete required technical work;
Work with TRMC program management and senior leadership to help estimate and plan resources to implement plan across TRMC and Service T&E budgets;
Advocate and defend investment plan with Services/Agencies to ensure successful execution;
Communicate TRMC vision for the future of distributed T&E in DoD Strategic Plan for T&E Resources and appropriate DoD T&E community forums;
Become established as a functional authority on Operational requirements in the T&E community.
