Duties Include:
Work with Store Manager to develop and implement the Store's business plan, and all company programs and initiatives. Work with Store Manager to evaluate performance compared to plan and benchmarks. Implement operational activities to control costs while driving the business.
Lead and direct all store operations activities including purchasing, receiving, inventory management, customer order management, sales floor recovery, out-of-stock review and store organization and cleanliness.
Oversee facility repair and maintenance issues.
Support all commercial and retail sales strategies and initiatives.
Assist with selection and training of Store Associates.
Perform supervisory duties of Store Manager in the absence of Store Manager.
Qualifications :
Minimum H.S. diploma/equivalent and at least one year retail experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must be able to lift 50 + lbs
Ability to communicate concrete and abstract ideas and understand and communicate directions using both oral and written means
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal direction as a resourceful, independent problem solver
Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
Awareness of how the store is operating in the manager's absence
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

Sales and Service Advisor Description:
As a Trusted Sales and Service Advisor you're likely a nerd at heart, love the challenges of technology, know a thing or 2 about cars, and have a background in customer service. Our Sales Advisors believe in building relationships with our customers and enjoy having them return again and again for repeat business. As an advocate for the customer, Sales Advisors focus on identifying what our customers actually need and then sell what makes the most sense for them.
In addition to best in class service, you will also share ownership of our showroom by merchandising new products and keeping things such as inventory and customer orders organized and accurate. Your teamwork skills are put to good use through collaboration on new ideas and strategies that can help drive business and improve service. Lastly, you get plenty of opportunity to gain new and exciting skills in Sales, Technology, Repair, and learning the inner workings of running a small business.
To qualify for the role, our Sales and Service Advisors need to have:
An interest in technology across the Electronics and Automotive Industry with the ability to learn and adapt to changes and new technologies on the horizon
Strong communication skills to effortlessly start conversations with customers and communicate amongst the team
Tech savviness with programs such as Google Suite, IOS, POS systems, Part Lookup, Task Management programs like Asana, and other various small business applications

The position is Full Time with an average of 40 hours per week over 5 shifts

Lead retail store and commercial sales activities in order to achieve sales and profit goals. Positively contribute to growth and development of team through training communication, recognition and support.
Sales ManagerDuties: Sales Functions
Ensure commercial and retail selling programs and promotions are demonstrated, taught and executed.

Build displays; setting up & taking down shelves and fixtures.
Prepare store for daily opening and closing including counting and reconciling register drawers
Maintain physical facility safety and appearance including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
Follow all safety rules and regulations; wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Customer Service Device Repair Technician Qualifications:
Minimum H.S. diploma/equivalent plus 3-6+ months of previous customer service and device repair experience.
In lieu of device repair experience, minimum associates degree in electronics, or other technical degree
Demonstrated technical aptitude. Able to quickly pick up on new processes and technologies without a lot of guidance
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to effectively manage and track multiple commitments; effectively prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, both oral and written. Strong customer service focus. Ability to inform, teach, and train
Working conditions are typical for a warehouse environment, with some tasks (i.e., live store support) being done in a traditional office setting
This position requires the employee to regularly use hands to handle or touch electronic products The position also requires the employee to regularly use a computer and other office equipment
This position requires lifting 10-20 lbs on a regular and frequent basis, 50 lbs on an occasional basis, and more than 50 lbs on an infrequent basis.

Lead retail store and commercial sales activities in order to achieve sales and profit goals. Positively contribute to growth and development of team through training communication, recognition and support.
Sales ManagerDuties: Sales Functions
Ensure commercial and retail selling programs and promotions are demonstrated, taught and executed.
Generate leads for commercial customers through in-store prospecting and telemarketing
Provide service and follow-up to commercial customers at acceptable service levels
Load, drive, and make deliveries, or arrange deliveries via third party delivery companies
