To support continued growth in our business, we have an immediate need for an Intern to assist in our Talent Acquisition department located at the Corporate offices in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. * This Internship is expected to last approximately 12 weeks or more * Flexible work schedule for 15-30 hours per week. * We will work around any class schedule the intern may have. * The pay rate will be $20.00 per hour. OBJECTIVES: * Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to execute effective recruiting strategies to meet hiring plans in a timely and consistent fashion while responding effectively to changes of business requirements. * Adhere to an exemplary customer service model for Recruiting services across all parts of the business. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Identify, contact and recruit candidates to fill non-exempt positions across multiple disciplines (insides sales, drivers and warehouse) * Create and post effective job descriptions to various internet sites and use social media to promote advertised employment opportunities. * Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews (both internal and external) to recruit prospective employees and refer job applicants to specific job openings. * Evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral. * Coordinate on-site interviews, evaluation and documentation of interview feedback, as well as completion of all requirements. * Additional HR projects * A College Junior or Senior working towards a degree in a Business Related field preferably with a focus in HR. * Appropriate proficiency of MSOffice tools, internet search techniques. * Demonstrated critical thinking skills and a true sense of urgency. _SUMMARY:_ The Inventory Planner is responsible for assisting in monitoring inventory levels and for ordering and forecasting materials to replenish those inventory levels.
