Reporting to the ISS Manager the Project Manager is responsible for the generation of full quantity project management estimates to include the requisite materials and labor to satisfy the job scope. This position covers the Spokane, WA and surrounding territory (about a 50-mile radius). * Estimating methods include, but are not limited to, field measurements and blueprints via cutting-edge takeoff software, training provided. * Interface with ASC sales people to identify the job requirements, specified products, and scopes of work. * Identify, screen and manage a subcontracted labor force that meets the corporate guidelines for job site deployment. * Manage contract fulfillment in the field to the required levels of expectation. * Cost containment responsibilities in regards to labor and materials consumption, overruns and shortages. * Identification of potential areas of conflict between product specification, and scope of work. * Duties may extend to full proposal generation once proficiency is reached in the aforementioned primary duties. * Windows and siding experience is highly preferred! * Must be a self motivated professional with a fluent understanding of the exterior construction process. * Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and scopes. * Must have strong knowledge of window/siding quality control and construction safety compliance. * Working understanding of product specification terminology. * Ability to communicate with sub-contractor base all the way up to senior leadership. * Special focus in exterior claddings and windows is a plus. * Ability to meet deadlines, communicate questions and concerns and search for creative solutions when needed. * Have a working understanding of digital estimating software, or be able to learn quickly. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. * Must meet all other corporate hiring requirements. We're looking for talented multi-trade maintenance people with at least two (2) years experience in industrial electricity and machine troubleshooting/repair. The purpose of this position is to assist the department in keeping the building and equipment functioning properly at all times. The goal is to have minimal unscheduled downtime. This is a skilled position requiring mechanical aptitude and good reasoning abilities. This position requires two years apprenticeship or the equivalent on machine repair. The position is responsible for but not limited to the following: - Diagnose and correct failures through the proper dismantling, repair, assemble and installation of the complex machinery within a reasonable time. - Make repairs and/or fabricate in accordance with drawings and/or other specifications with minimal supervision. - Thorough knowledge of and possess applicable skills in welding, and maintaining hydraulic, plumbing and electrical systems - Thorough knowledge and use of machine tools, materials, shop practice and equipment including high lift machinery. - Possess their own hand tools for completion of work assignments - Maintain all appropriate records and paperwork as directed. - Maintain the shop and job site in a neat, clean and orderly fashion - Comply with all plant safety rules and regulation. Correct any safety violations that is needed - Maintain all lock-out and tag-out safety precautions - Guide, direct and train others - Perform other duties as assigned * The position works a 12 hour schedule (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off). Hours are 7pm to 7am. Overtime as needed. Must be able to work some weekends.* 1. Minimum of two (2) years experience in industrial electricity and machine troubleshooting/repair. 2.
