Overview

KCBS Radio, in San Francisco, is looking for dynamic and talented broadcast professionals to join our industry leading Traffic Reporting and Producing Team. Reporter/Producer Duties include gathering, writing and selecting current traffic information to air in traffic reports, over air, on-line, and on social media platforms.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Voicing Traffic reports to air on Audacy and non-Audacy broadcast and digital platforms, in and out of the San Francisco Market.

  • Gathering, writing, recording, editing and delivering traffic reports as outlined by Audacy

  • Providing live reads of traffic and other sponsors within and outside designated reports by the company including logging commercials and discrepancies

  • Voicing of Promotion, Demo/Spec Spots and other content for sales and station purposes.

  • Making station appearances as required

  • Attending company meetings and events

  • Other duties as required by management

  • Position offers AFTRA Benefits and applicant must be willing to join SAG-AFTRA

  • The work location for this position is in the KCBS Newsroom, in San Francisco.

Qualifications

Required:

  • A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's Own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required

  • Minimum 2-year traffic or news on-air reporting for broadcast media

  • Must be computer literate, have excellent writing and presentation skills

  • Strong Social Media skills and presence

Responsibilities

Audacy is seeking an experienced Government Partnerships Manager to develop, strategize, pitch and win government public outreach campaigns within City, County, State, Federal Agencies / Departments and collaborate on existing contract RFPs. This role is based in DC and includes opportunities at the local, state and federal level.

Partnerships Manager is accountable for regional Government revenue goals, building and implementing the agency strategy to pursue and win RFPs for media, marketing and outreach campaigns. Role includes leading the internal and external teams through proposal response as well as oversee implementation and results of contract fulfillment and client campaigns.

The Partnerships Manager is an accomplished business developer with relationships in key agencies and governmental entities able to create and grow the portfolio of business within the region.

What You'll Do:

  • Assess the market of opportunity within State / Local governmental entities

  • Continually uncover and cultivate agency relationships and direct government relationships with key decision makers

  • Source, vet and select appropriate RFPs for new business

  • Build effective collaborations with agencies and partners - assemble the winning team - to respond to RFPs

  • Effectively pull on internal teams to create compelling, targeted marketing solutions and integrated media campaigns

  • Pitch and secure public education and outreach contracts to exceed revenue and growth goals

  • Work collaboratively within Government Team throughout the company to grow and effectively manage portfolio of Government business

  • Directly coach and supervise the Government Partnerships Account Manager & Specialist to achieve optimal team performance

  • Identify new trends in public sector marketing to enhance campaign proposals and effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Experience in government procurement and or agency business development required

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of behavior change marketing techniques and media activation strategies strongly preferred

  • Ability to develop relationships and build partnerships in both public and private sectors

  • The ability to uncover new sources of government funding for public education campaigns

  • Must have a positive attitude and a drive to win- self-motivation is essential

  • Strong communicator with the ability to actively listen, share information effectively and persuasively

  • Excellent presentation skills - able to hold a room, present powerfully, craft presentation strategy, write clearly and persuasively - under deadline

  • Deadline management is critical. Ability to plan and organize, set priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced collaborative environment

  • Strong command of Microsoft Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel absolutely critical

  • 3-5 years media sales, agency business development or government procurement required

  • Knowledge of government procurement is strongly preferred

  • College degree preferred

  • The candidate must have a valid driver's license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage.

Overview

Audacy is looking for a Client Success Strategist to work in tandem with Account Executives to strategically develop new business and subsequently oversee execution in post-sale. The Client Success Strategist is ultimately responsible for orchestrating internal resources to ensure campaign expectations and contractual obligations are met, as well as acting as the client advocate within the campaign execution and business operations teams. From building the media plan through campaign delivery and wrap, this role will be the main client point of contact for executing advertising campaigns, including radio and digital media as well as live event integrations.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional client-facing skills, have a thorough understanding of marketing and integrated media channels, and be able to lead large-scale campaigns from start to finish while acting as a representative of Audacy. You will have a knack for communicating efficiently and effectively under pressure to our clients and internal teams, while ensuring the expectations of both are met.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create media plans/presentations and help shepherd deals from pre-sale to close

  • Lead conversations with internal creative and execution teams to client expectations and deadlines are met.

  • Provide best-in-class -white glove- client service to advertisers through great communication and properly setting expectations

  • Be the expert on all aspects of a campaign serving as the main point of contact for clients, sales and internal execution teams

  • Oversee production and delivery from all teams to ensure all elements of a campaign are running smoothly

  • Digest and articulately relay feedback and expectations to client and internal teams.

  • Proactively troubleshoot internal and external campaign concerns and work directly with Regional Director of Strategy to seek out solutions that cater to both the client expectations as well as Audacy's best practices.

  • Confidently forecast the launch of a campaign and communicate any risk to revenue to internal teams

  • Partner closely with Project Manager on internal operations to gain internal approvals and develop timelines

  • Partner closely with Project Managers & internal operation teams to monitor media implementation, pacing, and performance to ensure we deliver the campaign in-full

  • Present campaign performance reports including delivery, optimizations, insights, and program recommendations including mid-campaign and wrap reports

  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years working with a media company, digital agency, or integrated media sales position in a client-facing role

  • Basic understanding of digital advertising strategy and measurement is preferred.

  • Strategic thinker and solution-oriented with proactive attitude

  • Public speaking skills and ability to lead a room

  • A background working with and leading communication with internal teams

  • Enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with the ability to maintain composure under pressure

  • Exceptional communication and writing skills

Audacy Sacramento is currently seeking a Media Planner who will be responsible for duties across the entire media planning process, in tandem with the Account Executive-- from helping craft the strategy around digital and traditional tactics, creating IOs and trafficking ads, constructing and placing buys; to managing campaigns, recaps, and campaign optimization. Responsibilities

Qualifications

WBEN News Radio 930 is seeking technically-savvy candidates to oversee the control room operation in a multi-faceted LIVE audio environment.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess basic audio board operation skills, digital editing abilities AND be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Overview

Audacy is looking for a Senior Producer of Sports Video reporting to the Director, Video Operations. This role develops strategy, manages execution, and tracks the performance of video clips from Audacy programming originating from local radio stations and the National BetQL content network. This role also develops and executes original content for marketing and editorial. This position requires expert knowledge of the digital video publishing landscape and the ability to surface the biggest stories before competitors on social platforms and owned and operated sites. The Senior Producer of Sports Video has a strong understanding of what content works for local audiences, national storylines, and sports betting audiences whether it's "wagertainemnt" from fun , viral moment to hard sports betting content. This candidate is a go-getter, comfortable juggling many tasks for internal and external stakeholders throughout all phases of the content creation from writing, distribution, and reporting. This person is a clear communicator able to comfortably engage with C-suite executives, on-air talent and sports celebrities, key internal partners, key external partners, and their team preditors.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Track and manage local video across 30+ sports markets

  • Track and manage national video from the BetQL network as well as digital originals.

  • Transform livestream content into consumable video packages that will appeal to appropriate audiences based on an effective distribution strategy

  • Partner with radio stations to surface local sports stories for national exposure oncom (http://audacy.com/) and BetQL.com .

  • Own distribution of content internally across 30+ sports markets, Thecom (http://audcay.com/) and BetQL national brands, and external partners.

  • Responsible for distribution on social channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) and owned and operated sites

  • Use data to inform and adjust strategies, navigate shifting algorithms, and maximize ROI for every video clip published

  • Own workflow between creators and stakeholders in local markets, national channels, and external partners.

  • Comfortable working with high profile talent such as nationally-recognized sports talk radio hosts and past and present star athletes

Qualifications

Required & Preferred:

  • BA or BS degree, 5-7 year's experience in digital video for a sports media outlet.

  • Ability to adapt to the ever-changing digital landscape

  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience managing a team of producers and editors in a remote environment

  • Experience managing video in a CMS

  • Experience with non-linear editing software like Premiere or Avid with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere and Photoshop.

  • Experience managing all aspects of video production in the field from hiring freelancers, securing locations, permits, talent, etc. on budget

  • Experience producing video in a remote environment

  • Experience producing video in a studio environment

  • Knowledge of live digital video distribution via social media platforms using embed codes and capture tools.

  • Experience leveraging social media insights including Facebook, Youtube, and Twitter to benchmark and report on key performance metrics such as retention, engagement, share rates, video completions, etc.

  • Experience managing social media boosting budgets to maximize CPM

  • Aptitude to work within a large media organization, which requires clear cross-department communication.

  • Comfortable with giving feedback on final video content before distribution including but not limited to thumbnail optimization, on-screen text and graphics design, and metadata optimizations.

  • Demonstrated understanding of the Wagertainment landscape and an understanding of what sports betting viewers are looking for.
