Responsibilities:
Provide management support for a program, organization, system, or enclave's Information Assurance program.
Provide management support for proposing, coordinating, implementing, and enforcing Information System Security policies, standards, and methodologies.
Manage operational security posture for an Information System or program to ensure Information System Security policies, standards, and procedures are established and followed.
Provide management of security aspects of the Information System and perform day-to-day security operations of the system.
Assist ISSEs and ISSOs with evaluating security 1solutions to ensure they meet security requirements for processing classified information.
Manage the performance of vulnerability/risk assessment analysis to support security authorization. Provide management support to configuration management (CM) for information system security software, hardware, and firmware.
Manage changes to systems and assess the security impact of those changes.
Manage the process and preparation of documentation reviews to include System Security Plans (SSPs), Risk Assessment Reports, Certification and Accreditation (C&A) packages, and System Requirements
Traceability Matrices (SRTMs). Support security authorization activities in compliance with NSA/CSS Risk Management Framework (RMF) process and DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP).

Job Description (Duties & Responsibilities)
This position provides advisory and assistance service to the Strategic
Integration, Information Resilience Office.
Provide technical, administrative, and logistical support to GS-15 for planning, implementing, and evaluating program activities that shall include developing and coordinating the SI-IRO responses to internal and external taskings via the Task Management Tool (TMT), using the Defense Travel System (DTS) to coordinate travel, editing documents, obtaining documentation and following up on open action items, recording meeting notes and the production of meeting minutes. Provide administrative and office managerial duties such as:
Manage calendar/scheduling for Department Chief and coordinate across three Divisions
Support office leadership with day-to-day battle rhythms
Serve as correspondence manager, ensuring compliance with upper level requirements and DTRA
Develop daily schedules, meeting details and read-ahead correspondence
Prepare and coordinate Skype sessions for virtual meetings
Manage the scheduling of conference rooms for secure/SVTC meetings
Coordinate and facilitate executive level meetings, town halls, offsite visits
Prepare, review and edit written correspondence
Support all in-coming and out-going visit requests, security clearances
Provide other ancillary administrative tasks as assigned.
Experience: Proficient utilizing TMT and SharePoint. Executive Administrative/Office Management support experience required. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to follow detailed direction and work independently is a must.

Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities.
Performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing trash.
Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.

Project Controls Engineer Associate I, support to the Functional Project Controls organization.
Prepares, maintains, reviews and revises baseline schedules and budgets for programmatic/project activities and/or line-item construction project activities. Work will be performed per applicable DOE and WRPS orders, standards, procedures and guidelines using established DOE and industry methodologies and techniques. Reviews work for completeness as required by project specifications and scope definition. Applies standard cost and/or scheduling data to departmental programs or systems. Responsible for utilizing the tools and systems necessary to effectively and proactively manage and control concurrent projects throughout the organization from proposal through execution and completion. Tasks may include the preparation, monitoring and control of baseline detailed and integrated master summary schedules and milestones; preparation, monitoring and control of baseline time-phased budgets; cost control and earned value performance measurement including the Budgeted Cost for Work Scheduled (BCWS), Budgeted Cost for Work Performed (BCWP), Actual Cost of Work Performed (ACWP), and Schedule Variance (SV)/Cost Variance (CV); and associated reporting and information distribution internally and externally to key stakeholders.
WRPS seeks a Project Controls Engineer Associate I.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Under direct supervision, responsible for preparing estimating, scheduling or cost engineering data to provide accurate information to be used for project planning and analysis of project status.
Performs routine assigned tasks related to the preparation and application of cost monitoring activities (direct labor, material, subcontract and indirect costs).
Assists in the reviews required for cost control data and collects information for specific functions and disciplines. Coordinates the timeliness and accuracy of the ETC/forecast relative to the scope in the development of resource loaded schedules and Activity Based Cost Estimates. The ETC development may be based on quantities, vendor estimates, vendor durations, prior historical information, subject matter expert input or industry standards such as Means.
Assists in the periodic (typically monthly) status/input into the integrated cost and scheduling software. Assists in Performance Measurement Baseline development and maintenance.
Assists in the preparation of Baseline Change Requests and cost/schedule trend reports.
Provide scheduling support to facility, department or project activities as directed.
Reviews purchase requisitions and invoices for application of appropriate cost codes, budget ceilings and quantities.
Other duties as assigned.
Comply with WRPS policies and procedures.
Ensure ISMS principles are incorporated into organization's activities.

Process contract and general invoice payments.
Reconcile Accounts Payable (AP) invoices with contract terms & conditions.
Review AP invoices for allowability in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and WRPS policies.

The Counterintelligence Operational Support Team provides Counterintelligence (CI) analysis services that includes the fusing intelligence and collecting of raw data from multiple sources and varying classifications to identify threats, trends, structures, and locations of Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE). This includes the dissemination of time-sensitive and non-time-sensitive Force Protection (FP) threat information and assessments to supported Commanders including six (6) Air Force Central (AFCENT) forward deployed units within the CENTCOM AOR and one (1) CONUS based unit.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in a multi-faceted team supporting DOD mission with foreign language translation assistance. The transcription, translation, and interpretation skills will be the primary function of this position.
- Conduct analysis using intelligence and information from publicly available open sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
- Provide open-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements. Analytical support may also include briefings on relevance of findings.
- Research and analyze foreign and domestic-based publicly available information and media outlets to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that provide unique insights to address defense intelligence requirements. Sources may include, but are not limited to news articles, magazines, newspapers, TV, radio, etc.). Translate open-source information.
- Conduct research and social network analysis on publicly available information in target language, producing threat reporting and/or advising on cultural themes or events.
- Assists with language and cultural reviews of Media Exploitation (MEDEX) efforts.
- Stay informed of issues and trending topics with the local community via social media and other publicly available sources.
- Provide and develop cultural awareness briefs, unit mission briefs, or other talking points and analytical products as determined by AFOSI field leadership.
- Transcribing. The contractor shall capture in writing, a transcript from a source language into a target language. Source material may be in the form of audio and/or media recordings, real- time interactions/interviews, preexisting text, or other and/or other sources. The Contractor shall ensure the integrity, context, and intent of the source language is sustained in the written output; the written output shall be a literal translation.
- Translating. The contractor shall translate, in writing, original source information, including communicating an equivalent sentiment and meaning of the source information into the written output in order to fully convey the objective and meaning of the source information.
- Interpreting. The contractor shall provide accurate interpreting services for real-time interactions/interviews. Interpretations shall include use of accurate idiomatic translations, correct syntax and expressions from target language to English and vice versa and may require use of slang or colloquial words and phrases. The Contractor shall advise the Government through translation and interpretation that applies understanding of cultural and ethnic frameworks for both English and the target sources.
- Cultural Advising. The Contractor shall apply deep understanding of culture and social media habits of relevant populations.
- Must be able to travel within the AOR 60% of the time, on average, and depending on location.

DDU conducts business and security-related research and analysis of companies to inform decision makers of risks impacting initial and continued entity eligibility. RMU evaluates relevant analytic products to develop effective risk management strategies addressing risks impacting eligibility of a company. In addition, RMU negotiates and implements required strategies with industry, and provides oversight support to other government stakeholders and DCSA field assets.
Produces IC-coordinated all-source intelligence analytic products on foreign intelligence entities capabilities, intentions, willingness, and opportunities to threaten U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) personnel, resources, activities, and interests worldwide.
Analysis is comprised of regional and functional CI topics, including foreign intelligence threats to Defense Critical Infrastructure Program (DCIP) and DoD supply chains and emerging technologies, and threats from foreign intelligence technical equipment to the DoD.
Provides analytic support to senior officials, collectors, and operators throughout the DoD, IC, and law enforcement agencies/organizations and for DCSA's CI programs, functions, and mission activities.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Avionic Network Systems Lead to join our team with teammate company, McLaurin Aerospace.
Responsibilities:
The Network Systems Lead supports the Gateway Command and Data Handling (C&DH) System, a critical sub-system of the Gateway Program which will return to the Moon
Support Ethernet protocols and internet protocols for Quality of Service, network end systems, wired network switches, and wireless design
Support cybersecurity efforts including the application of NIST 800-53
Support sub-project requirements and verification data packages to support architecture requirements, design, verification/validation, operations, and sustaining engineering
Support product life cycle reviews, coordinate integration, verification and validation activities
Work with requirements to align with hardware specifications while understanding the verifications
Review verification and validation reports to verify compliance with requirements
Participate and contribute to system requirements reviews, preliminary design reviews, and critical design reviews
Work and present schedule and progress to customers
Perform other duties as required
Requisition Qualifications:

Should have experience with the process and product assurance documentation or prior working experience in aerospace or space vehicle avionics.
Should be familiar with Data Analysis, Data Recording, and Network Simulation Tools
Should be familiar with System Fault Models / FEMA / Hazard Analysis
Should have knowledge of Process / Design Assurance Guidance for Airborne Electronic Hardware, Process or equal structured engineer process level standards Example DO-178 / DO-254
