We are seeking advanced Exploitation Analysts (EAs) who have significant experience in CNO and understand rules/regulations that need to be followed or candidates that are regarded as extremely accomplished and advanced proficient in the computer networking arena. You will support core Intelligence Community (IC) missions through our Next Generation Analysts portfolio. As a cyber professional in the intelligence community, you will work as part of a team on the frontlines against our cyber adversaries.
Responsibilities:
Apply understanding of adversary networks, network defenses, and cyber network operational capabilities to develop exploitation plans and make operational adjustments as plans are executed
Be part of a team, working together with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise
Form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights

The incumbent will act as liaison between the Contractor and Installation Environmental Office on Environmental matters. The Environmental Manager is responsible for ensuring Contractor and subcontractor activities are in compliance with installation, NAVFAC, state, federal, and local regulations and the environmental requirements of the contract. This includes the continuous development and implementation of programs for environmental compliance, pollution prevention, conservation of resources, environmental impact analysis, and environmental training programs. The incumbent oversees environmental activities performed by all technical staff for the 90-day Hazardous Waste Facility.

- Develops, implements, and oversees all environmental management plans and programs.
- Ensures Contractor and subcontractor compliance with Installation, NAVFAC, state, federal and local regulations and the environmental requirements of the contract.
- Develops, updates, implements and ensures Contractor and subcontractor compliance with the following plans: Storm Water Pollution Prevention, Emergency Planning, Community Right to Know (EPCRA), Clean Air Act, Pollution Prevention, Safe Drinking Water Act, National Environmental Policy Act, Endangered Species Act, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System, and Lead Paint / Asbestos management requirements and regulations.

Responsibilities:
Conduct daily research and all-source analysis of adversary kill webs and the associated sensors, communication architecture, command and control (C2) procedures, targeting processes, and weapon systems, with a particular emphasis on those that present a specific threat to Marine Corps equities. Incorporate finished intelligence and reporting from various intelligence sources into analysis.
Produce written and graphic products, to include kill web overviews and sensor-to-shooter timelines, as required to disseminate analytical findings in accordance with key intelligence questions specific to adversary kill chain analysis.
Identify gaps in Branch and Service knowledge and act with the Branch to resolve those gaps through research, collection, analysis, and production.
Provide and maintain writing proficiency. Produce timely and relevant formal intelligence products in accordance with Kill Chain Analysis Branch deliberate production planning and in response to ad-hoc requests for information.
Provide and maintain understanding of the systems and weapons that comprise the adversary kill web, to include Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance systems as well as kinetic and non-kinetic weapon systems.
Provide and maintain understanding of the adversary kill web process, including their targeting cycle, flow of information, and decision-making functions.
Conduct all-source analysis to evaluate foreign military systems and technologies.
Conduct research, create intelligence products, create intelligence estimate assessments, and conduct intelligence briefings on request based on MCIA's Program of Analysis (POA) and customer-driven requests for information (RFIs).
Collect, analyze, interpret, evaluate and research using tools, techniques, methodology and software.
Produce and deliver written intelligence assessments and briefings to support consumers at the tactical, operational, and strategic level as assigned.
Written products will meet Intelligence Community Standards (e.g., ICD 203, 206, 208) and MCIA standards and adhere to MCIA production and review processes.
Maintain situational awareness of and analyze the assigned portfolio.
Conduct research to determine current and future foreign capabilities.

Summary:
Under general supervision, schedules and oversees vehicle and equipment repairs, inspections, preventative maintenance, warranty repairs, recalls and collision repairs for all GSA, Navy and customer owned vehicles and equipment at Naval Station Mayport to ensure their preservation, proper operation, and availability. Job requires working knowledge of the techniques, practices, and procedures for maintaining and repairing vehicles and equipment sufficient to perform a broad range of complex activities. Duties / Essential Functions:
- For a fleet of 350 +/- vehicles and equipment, schedules monthly preventive maintenance with each command and customer
- Opens, modifies and completes repairs in Government Maximo and Company Maximo. Each work order is required to include in the Government Maximo, technician comments, labor time and material billed for that service.
- Dispatches work to proper technician for repairs in a timely manner as per contract.
- Maintains a vehicle inventory spreadsheet for each asset and POC for that unit.
- Verifies that all work is performed in accordance with NAVFAC P-300 and/or NAVFAC P-307.
- For services calls; properly identifies the nature of the service call; determines if the driver is in a safe location, evaluates the concern, and dispatches technician to diagnose the concern for proper actions within contract timeframe.
- Prepares and distributes reports as required: Daily Priority-1 Reports sent to P/W Transportation Manager, Transportation Manager, and each P-1 party involved in downtime; Monthly reports: Preventive Maintenance, CAT-3, Mobile Cranes Weights Tests, and Weapons Weight Tests. These reports are deliverable by the 25 th of each month and required to be closed by 1 st business day of the following month. Quarterly Reports: MHE Expense and Utilization Reports are required the 3rd working day of each quarter. GSA Claims: Each GSA vehicle with any repair over $100 requires a call in with diagnosis labor time, parts and labor time for repairs.

Budget/Fiscal Analyst Jr.
This position is located at Stone Bay, Camp Lejeune, NC, in support of the Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC).
The Budget Analyst assists the MARSOC customer in planning, managing, and executing daily budget operations. The contractor will support a broad range of functions that may include, but not be limited to, support of the Internal Control Program; Internal Control Over Financial Reporting; Financial Evaluations, Assist Visits, and Inspections; Audits; and Financial Management and Financial Management Training. The incumbent keeps the supervisor informed of completed work and potential issues impacting budget operations. As required the incumbent provides reports, interprets and develops budgetary policies, practices, and procedures to maintain and improve Comptroller financial management operations. The Incumbent supports formulation of the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) budget, fiscal reconciliation/resolution of financial issue/discrepancies, and is responsible for maintaining financial records and Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR) compliance as required. This Supply Specialist Jr. position will be part of the MARSOC staff located at Stone Bay, Camp Lejeune, NC.
In this Supply Specialist Jr. (Admin Associate Jr.) position, the incumbent will perform the full spectrum of Supply function duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to requisitioning, reconciliation, Due and Status File (DASF), Mechanized Allowance List (MAL), Consolidated Memorandum Receipt (CMR), Fiscal, and other related specialty areas.
The Contractor shall maintain and prepare necessary accounting and supply documents, custody records, perform reconciliations using AIS such as: GCSS-MC; Procurement Request (PR) Builder; G-Invoicing, Wide Area Workflow (WAWF); Standard Accounting Budgeting and Reporting System (SABRS); SABRS Management Analysis Retrieval System (SMARTS); Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) and SSAVIE.

Minimum Education/Experience Requirements: High School or GED equivalent and Four (4) years of relevant, progressive experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. It is imperative that the incumbent possess current GCSS-MC specific experience and expertise.

Essential Functions
Work will be performed inside a large facility. Work assignments vary based on client requirements. Position could require some night and weekend work. Some travel may be required based on client requirements.

Attendance

Supports Intelligence Analysis and Scientific Analysis activities in support of Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA), Intelligence (S2), Operations (S3) and Counterintelligence & Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Directorates. Collaborates with the United States Marine Corps (USMC) and Department of Defense's (DoD) best trained General Military Intelligence (GMI) professionals. Will be required to provide stakeholders Intelligence Analytical support for all Intelligence factions. Provides necessary resources with knowledge and experience to support Weapons and Technical Analysis, Geo-spatial Intelligence Science and Analysis, Regional Analysis, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance, and Counterintelligence (CI)/Human Intelligence (HUMINT).
Responsibilities:
Project Manager will support Navy Projects at the Government's facility at Quantico, Virginia and serve as the primary interface and POC on technical and project issues within their assigned area by working closely with the COR and Technical Point of Contact (TPOC).
On a daily basis they will notify the COR and TPOC concerning any administrative issues concerning the contractor personnel or projects under their purview.
The Project Manager shall be available during MCIA's core hours (0900-1500), Monday thru Friday (except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed for administrative reasons).
The Project Manager shall ensure the following support is provided:
Ensure timely updates and accuracy of all tasks: staffing plan; contract personnel travel and leave; facility accesses coordination
Manage Task Order(s) ensuring all tasks are complete meet schedule, and performance requirements.
Coordinate with the Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Government Site Lead, Government Program Manager, Technical Point of Contact (TPOC), contractor's senior management and other stakeholders.
Monitor, control and report on the technical progress, issues, risks, and problem areas.
Coordinate and track manpower and assets.
Ensure personnel meet or exceed the required qualifications.
Facilitate information exchange and meetings.
