Must have experience in the formulation, assessment, and execution of training requirements and alternatives (platform instruction, distance learning, blended training, interactive multimedia instruction). Must have experience in development of requisite training materials, products, and documentation. Must be capable of instructing personnel from prepared course material. Must be available to travel to various training locations. Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
TS/SCI Clearance.
Minimum six years' of cumulative management and operational experience/education for an accredited college with at least one assignment supporting contingency operations within the past 10 years.
70% of the total JCHATC instructors are analysts; 20% are MSO Category 2 certified and 10% are counterintelligence certified.
Instructors must demonstrate satisfactory proficiency for all tasks and sub-tasks on which students in their respective courses will be evaluated.
Instructors must apply advanced instructional methods and adult learning models to training during platform instruction, small group instruction, individual instruction, long distance learning, mentorship, and coaching.
Instructors will provide research support to students during performance-based practical exercise planning and preparation time.

Generates reports from inspections or incident investigation. Provides corrective action recommendations, and tracks implementation to completion. Reviews safety documents at job sites. Conducts routine job site visits serving as a resource for safety protocol. Participates in safety meetings. Works with little supervision. Reports directly and daily to ESH Manager or immediately in event of ESH concern.

1) Identifies, examines, classifies, inspects and reports on specific and general issues of ESH. Examinations may be visual and will require affirmation against regulatory standard.

Responsibilities:
Provide editorial support to counterintelligence products and correspondence.
Review products and recommend revisions or changes in approaches, scope, format, methods of production and dissemination.
Edit intelligence products, reports, briefings, proposals, procedures, and related intelligence materials/correspondence.
Maintain corporate standards for publications.
Consult with team leads and subject matter experts (SME) to ensure common understanding of products and related materials to be produced.
Maintain and archive records, files, electronic media, in accordance with established agency standards.
Select or recommend use of layouts, graphics, drawings, tables, exhibits, illustrations, charts, or storyboards to amplify or clarify product objectives.
Periodically audit and review products to determine whether format or content changes/updates are required.
Meet with subject matter experts for concurrence on content changes.
Remain current on new developments in technical writing, editing and publishing, including technology enhancements that may affect the office.
Assist in preparing material for technical seminars and conferences.

Copy/edit to ensure the document is mechanically correct (spelling, punctuation, and grammar) and stylistically consistent.

Verify navigational aids, such as cross-references and links, are accurate and functional.
Proofread the final draft checking that templates have been implemented.
Ensure that print projects are marked with instructions for typeface and layout.
Requirements:
ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance is required. Must be eligible and willing to take CI Polygraph.
Shall possess a minimum of 7 years of established and verifiable experience editing intelligence products according to Intelligence Community Directives (ICD).
Shall possess a Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, publications or related discipline.
Shall have a strong proficiency with MS Office programs. Capable of editing 10 - 20 products per week on a recurring basis.

The Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) is a physical security role responsible for securing, monitoring, observing, and reporting on the customer's construction projects and construction workers. The CST will provide reports to the customer and prevent the introduction of hostile surveillance monitoring devices for the construction project until final completion.
Responsibilities
Observe, inspect and report construction site work.
Maintain, evaluate and develop physical, personnel and technical security.

Required Qualifications

Must have at least 6 months of security experience and/or 2 years of construction/trades experience.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, overtime as needed and travel to different site locations as directed by CST management.
Able to stand for 8-12 hours per day.
Able to walk on uneven surfaces and safely navigate an active construction site with debris and other trip hazards on the floor.
Must be able to climb 5 flights of stairs multiple times within an 8-12 hour work shift.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds / 10 Kilograms.
Must be able to make logical, mentally competent, and safe decisions when working on a construction site.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant military experience would be transferrable (MOS to Include: MSG, Infantry, Technical Surveillance, Construction, and Security Protection Details).
Prior experience with Microsoft Office programs.
Prior experience with blueprint reading and construction projects (personal, residential and/or commercial).
Background in providing security practices such as: executive protection, physical security, personnel security, site security.

This position provides advisory and assistance service to the Strategic
Integration, Information Resilience Office.
