Job Title: Printer Maintenance Associate
Location : Austin, TX
Job Type: Hourly Consultant/Ongoing contract
Hours : 8 am to 5 pm, M-F
Pay: $18.70 - $23.10 Based on Experience
This position does require driving your own personal vehicle between client sites. Mileage is reimbursed
Valid US Driver's license required
No more than one moving violation in the past three years
This is an extremely active position that requires the ability to lift 50 pounds, walking, standing, squatting, bending, and driving for over 50% of the workday.
This position will be driving between client locations to maintain Xerox copiers/printers. Candidates may be changing out toner, clearing jams, taking meter reads, keeping inventory, networking printers and downloading software patches and drivers.
Essential Functions:
. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary customer contact for equipment support and service Coordinate Move/Add/Change (MAC) process
. Provide on-going end user training on equipment
. Services Delivery: Basic device cleaning and replacement of operator accessible parts and consumables per equipment specifications. Break-fix activities account for 70% of role responsibilities
. Provide IP address support
. Perform basic equipment problem diagnosis
. Point of contact for equipment removal and delivery for onsite support
. Contact service as required (Company and 3rd party)
. Utilize web-based applications as required to include Service Call Handling
. Accurate call reporting on equipment in designated systems
. Remote Service call onsite support Driving (if required for duties)
. Download and install printer drivers on end-user equipment
. Perform printer mapping to PC as required
. Escalate printer network issues to appropriate resource
. Physical as well as remote device management and control
. Device Configuration (Enter IP address, scanning templates, User access levels. Scan to File/Email, etc.)
. Monitor/apply current software updates/patches On site contact for remote solve resolutions requiring technical expertise
. Non-Xerox device management as required
. Perform remote device monitoring and remote solve (Company Device Management)
. Identify and promote Company Office Solutions
. Pro-actively manage consumables and supplies using the DOS calculator
. Maintain on-site operator replaceable parts inventory
. Collect equipment meter information and submit for billing purposes
. Perform data entry for activity and asset tracking
. Manage and maintain on-site parts inventory using PM4
Skills and Qualifications:
. Lift and move up to 50 pounds
. Read, write and follow basic English instructions

Contract Length : 12-18 months
Overview:
Responsible for assessment of current training program and updating Epic training, including but not limited to program policies and procedures, curriculum and content, training delivery methods, and development of training paths for end users of various knowledge levels. Deep experience managing and delivering training to Providers is required. Identifies, manages, and schedules any ongoing enhancement, workflow change, and remedial training needed across application users.
Responsibilities:
Works closely with Client leadership to craft a vision for the modernized Epic training plan
Designs, develops, and facilitates the deployment of the Epic training curriculum
Integrates operational workflow considerations into the training development plan
Supports analysis to identify learning needs and outcomes
Creates/incorporates e-learning, web based, and synchronous/asynchronous learning content
Oversees the review and updating of training policies and procedures of Epic training environments
Collaborates with Epic application teams to ensure Epic training environment is refreshed and current
Works with operational leadership in implementation markets to ensure appropriate training attendance
Supports the hiring and onboarding of market-based implementation Principal and Credentialed Trainers
Manage team of Principal Trainers, Credentialed Trainers, Team Leads and Training Coordinators
Experience:
5+ years of professional development/training experience required
Epic Certifications are a plus
Healthcare industry experience required
Proficiency with a variety of learning development tools, including automation and AI
Experience in designing and delivering training programs for healthcare staff, including but not limited to clinical, technical, management, and executives
Partners with Operational Leadership to incorporate business workflow into training curriculum

Overview:
The Mortgage Processing Specialist is responsible for processing conventional and government loan requests in compliance with product, underwriting, and investor guidelines. This role ensures a seamless application experience by maintaining effective communication with all parties involved and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain effective communication with customers, brokers, loan officers, and co-workers throughout the loan application process.
Collaborate with internal departments and external organizations to gather necessary documentation (e.g., Verification of Employment, IRS Transcripts, title search, appraisals).
Notify relevant parties of any irregularities concerning mortgage guidelines immediately.
Monitor and update credit reports, appraisals, and documentation to ensure all underwriting conditions are satisfied.
Perform administrative duties, including preparing and mailing commitment letters, reviewing title and homeowners insurance, and updating loan conditions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Identify and escalate risk-related issues to management.
Promote a diverse work environment that reflects the M&T Bank brand.
Complete other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required:

The Print Associate is responsible for managing the print request life cycle to meet client specifications. Each print request will flow through four major stages Pre-Press, Print, Finishing and Distribution. During the Pre-Press the job is prepared using a Windows based interface to build the print job. This includes but is not limited to selecting print type, color matching, single vs. double sided printing and coalition settings. Once complete the job cycles the Print stage where the request is managed at the machine. During this stage the Print Associate is responsible for maintaining the device by loading additional paper, loading color paper, clearing paper jams, replacing staples, etc. The Finishing stage encompasses completing the print request through binding, book making, cutting or other finishing means. The final stage Print Distribution includes boxing and prepping the print requests to move to mail rooms or other distribution methods. The Print Associate should be able to stand for long periods of time and lift boxes up to 30 pounds. Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).

Data Entry
Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry
Check source documents for accuracy
Verify data and correct data where necessary
Obtain further information for incomplete documents
Update data and delete unnecessary files
Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
Essential Functions:
Prepare customer documents for the digital imaging process.
Check physical documents for quality issues that may complicate the scan process.
Prepare a wide array of document types and conditions for scanning.
Index scanned images according to naming mechanisms outlined by the customer and/or RDIC leadership, along with additional post-imaging services.
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Physical demands: Minimal to moderate physical effort required. Some moving of boxes and loading paper into machines will be required. Project prep and scan work will require finger dexterity and movement between machines for different types of documents.
Mental demands: Problem-solving, teaching, written and verbal communication, information comprehension, and mental acuity.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in a Customer Service environment (minimum 3+ years)
Skills:
Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk (not a must but an asset)
Experience with MS Office and data programs
Familiarity with administrative duties
Typing speed and accuracy
Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
Strong attention to detail
Confidentiality
Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
The ability to carefully handle and manage large volumes of individual documents
The ability to work effectively under deadline
A willingness to learn new skills, as well as adaptability when priorities change
Operational Soft Skills:
Planning, organizing, executing, and controlling skills
Ability to assess issues, define causes, and prioritize/execute solutions
Self-initiative and results oriented while being a team player
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

CTG is seeking to fill a Scanning Operator Level 2 openingfor our client in Chantilly, Virginia.
Location : Chantilly, VA
Duration : 12 months
Purpose:
The Scanning/Indexing Technician plays a crucial role in the Planning Department, ensuring the accurate digitization and organization of various documents. This role involves document preparation, scanning, indexing, and quality control. The Technician must adhere to specific guidelines and work closely with the Project Manager and Task Leader. Assist with the day-to-day operations within a Digital Imaging Center, with a focus on digital imaging and related duties.
Scope:
General
Ensure customer issues and escalations are resolved or further escalated as appropriate
Conduct quality checks on own work to ensure accuracy and required output is to standards
Adhere to all safety procedures
Adhere to all logical and physical security requirements
Able to work independently and be part of a team
Perform backfile duties for absent coworkers
Perform other duties as assigned by Lead or Manager
Administration
General administrative support functions such as supplies fulfillment and filing, entering Meridian data
Preparing correspondence, reports, statements, and clerical duties of a general nature
Complete and maintain all logs and reports including month-end reports
Input Meridian (billing system) requisitions
Order and replenish consumables, forms inventory and other supplies items as required. May include monitoring and managing inventory of production printer consumables
Indexing
Enter index attribute data consists of the following index fields:
Unique Box Number (as read from the box barcode labels)
Folder Description (manually indexed from folder spine)
Sequential Document Number within box (to ensure each folder is named uniquely, even if box description and folder description fields are identical to another folder in that box)
The indexing information for -Folder Description- field is written on each folder spine. This inscription may be printer or handwritten
Indexing Exceptions process: If an indexing field is unreadable, empty or form is not found, index the field with the word -exception-
Print barcode labels if required
Quality Assurance
Perform in depth quality per operator the following:
Indexed file validation and comparing hard copy document to scanned images.
Look for signs of -gulps-. This is when multiple pages are sent through the scanning device at the same time.
Look for torn or folded corners that obscure content information
Look for missing or merged documents
Validate the image quality and pull the source hardcopy and perform a comparison if the image is unacceptable or of questionable quality.
