CTG is seeking to fill an Endpoint Coordinator opening for our client in Rochester, MN.

Location: Rochester, MN

Duration: 12 months

Overview:

  • Endpoint Specialists act as the primary customer liaison for all moves, adds and change requests to the workstation environment.

  • Responsibilities include coordinating the ordering, configuration, installation, and removal of all computers, printers, copiers, and related peripheral equipment.

  • Work directly with customers to evaluate needs pertaining to new requests for services; preferred configuration of devices; inquiries on products and orders; and/or returns for product that has been ordered, but no longer needed.

  • Gather, document, and evaluate specific customer requirements in order to ensure product order is accurate, complete, and will support the customer's needs.

  • Acting on behalf of the customer, order electronic equipment within Lawson, identify and troubleshoot any ordering issues, and engage senior work unit personnel and/or Supply Chain Management staff to resolve any issues, keeping the customer up to date on order status.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and effective time management skills in order to deliver outstanding customer service in a team-based environment.

  • Project management proficiencies of effectively evaluating process improvement opportunities in regard to equipment order lifecycle; thorough documentation of work; and the ability to document and communicate concepts and procedures such as hardware and software requirements, purchase requisition information, moves/adds/changes coordination/scheduling, and other various workflows in a clear, concise, easy-to-understand manner for a large and diverse customer base.

Skills:

  • Creation of workorders

Education & Experience:

  • High School/GED with 4 years of experience in project coordination, order fulfillment, or customer service role,

  • Or Associate's degree with 2 years of experience in project coordination, order fulfillment, or customer service role,

  • Or Bachelor's degree and excellent computer troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Overview:

Serves as owner for an assigned product or set of products by representing the voice of the customer and stakeholders to ensure that the product provides value to the customer, while aligning with the business strategy. The Product Owner defines their product vision and roadmap, prioritizes the product backlog, anticipates client needs and serves as primary communicator between product stakeholders and teams while evaluating product progress at each iteration. In addition, the Product Owner plays a key role in the company's strategic direction, defining and articulating new opportunities, and working in close concert with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and their dedicated agile team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build and own the product vision and roadmap that aligns with the overall strategic intent and communicate them with the team and all stakeholders. Prioritize the backlog based on the overall product vision and strategy.

  • Represent the voice of the customer within the team and convey story details to the team; make autonomous decisions, quickly and thoughtfully, to move delivery forward in alignment with overall product vision and strategy.

  • Write user stories and groom the backlog in partnership with the team. Specify acceptance criteria for each user story in support of moving the team to Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD).

  • Work directly with the delivery team to create appropriate information radiators and other communication tools for internal team and stakeholder use.

  • Participate in all team activities and ceremonies.

  • Use a matrixed influencing approach to work with essential business partners throughout the organization irrespective of hierarchy or divisions, advocating for the benefit of the customer.

  • Understand and engage with your customers.

  • Focus on outcomes over outputs, incorporating design thinking methods and analytics to inform product design.

  • Collaborate across teams and with other Product Owners to align the customer journey and dependent backlogs.

  • Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.

  • Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the Company brand.

  • Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.

  • Complete other related duties as assigned.

Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:

  • No direct management responsibility, but while an individual contributor, the job holder must manage activities through influence, accountability and ownership, functioning in an agile environment.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelors degree and a minimum of 4 years business, analytical, technical and/or product experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 8 years higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 4 years business, analytical, technical and/or product experience.

Education and Experience Preferred:

  • Prior experience prioritizing across competing priorities and quickly-changing landscape.

  • Prior experience actively seeking out multiple opinions, yet making independent decisions and influencing positive outcomes.

  • Understanding of Design Thinking principles.

  • Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and practices.

Overview:

  • To provide customers with on-site equipment service for the portfolio of Radiology equipment including: preventive maintenance, emergency service and installation support service.

  • The position is also responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction while achieving Radiology business objectives. Willingness to acquire and use sales skills.

Duties:

  • Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations at end user customer sites using approved procedures and documentation.

  • Utilize resources and self-knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and repair technically complex equipment.

  • Responsible for organizing daily work schedule and coordinating with territory teammates to ensure efficient operations

  • Maintain mobile inventory. Organize and re-order as needed to maximize equipment up-time while ensuring quality work is performed minimizing failures that result in additional customer visits. This position is also responsible for proper return of all defective/used inventory for refurbishment/replenishment.

  • Generate service revenue through promotion of Service Programs and Billable services.   • Generate sales leads and communicate to respective sales reps for new product or product upgrade opportunities.

Skills:

Projects will be primarily grant funded, and as such the Director will maintain responsibility for appropriate use of programmatic funds within the parameters of the grant(s). Works with little direction. Understands the business consequences of their actions around conflicting priorities, cost management, capital efficiency, etc. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" terms.

Essential Functions

  • Oversee groups of projects characterized by great complexity, sensitivity, and potential for organizational impacts.

  • Act as a resource base for peers, provide mentoring and assume a proactive role within the PMO team to prevent problems that could detract from the Company's objectives.

  • This role is not intended to directly manage project activities. Instead, it will lead and be responsible for the oversight of teams managing the projects directly. The position will be able to roll up all activities to provide status to senior leadership and act as liaison between project teams and the senior leadership team to facilitate requests for participation and input, and field concerns and questions.

  • Provide leadership in coordination and facilitation across various organizational areas to meet grants program needs - both internal and external.

  • Actively lead and drive key change initiatives to completion across the organization.

  • Provide budget data to VP, PMO needed for preparation and management of grants program applications and execution budgets.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Project Management, or another technical field required. Equivalent education, experience and training may be substituted for the degree requirement plus (10) years of relevant experience. Equivalent functional experience may be considered. Any combination of relevant education, experience, and training may be considered as a substitution for the experience requirement. Demonstrated proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite, to include Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Preferred: Current PMP or PgMP certification or ability to gain certification within first year of hire.

Preferred: Project experience managing telecommunications field/construction support with progressively responsible business level planning or operations experience demonstrating proficiency in design, implementation, and program management. Experience with subsea fiber optic cable systems a plus.
