What You'll Get to Do:

As CACI-SOAS Small Group Instructor/Mento, you will educate, coach, and mentor student Soldiers attending the United States Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School (USAJFKSWCS), Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF) Captains Career Course (CCC). You will participate in planning, development, review, and revision of Program of Instruction (POI), curriculum, and Training Support Package (TSP) supporting 2nd Special Warfare Training Group and approved ARSOF Captains Career Course courseware. You will educate, coach, mentor, and prepare student Soldiers for success in increased levels of leadership, responsibility, and accountability within the Special Forces, Civil Affairs, and Psychical Operations career fields.

More About the Role:

Other duties include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as Instructor/Mentor for ARSOF Captains Career Course (CCC).

  • Develop new and/or revised training and testing materials in support of Program of Instruction (POI) and curriculum.

  • Participate in planning, developing, evaluating current POI and curriculum, and recommend revisions to adapt and/or update POI and curriculum.

  • Update and adapt lesson plans to incorporate computer based, simulation, practical exercises, and alternative methods of delivery for adult learning.

  • Adjust instructional methods to accommodate or resolve student and/or source material problems, last minute schedule changes, equipment malfunctions or lack of supplies.

  • Utilize training aids (training models and devices) to enhance training outcome.

  • Participates in panel discussions, seminars, and conferences.

  • Maintain classroom decorum.

  • Maintain student attendance roster, assess student classroom activities and participation.

  • Ensure instructional supplies, equipment and classrooms are available and operational at the allotted time.

  • Introduces innovative and new approaches to established classroom techniques.

  • Ensures students are knowledgeable of potential dangers from equipment and hazards.

  • Ensures classroom procedures meet security and confidentiality standards for classified discussions.

  • Prepare and administers formal/informal tests or quizzes.

  • Counsel students in the areas of performance, deportment, attitude, or participation, provide feedback with professional and personal development recommendations.

  • Encourage students to develop confidence and become learners that are more independent, advise/mentor students so they may achieve academic success.

  • Advise students on goal setting, cognitive control and stress management.

  • Participate in physical fitness training, Special Forces/Special Operations ranges and field exercises when appropriate, or as part of lesson/curriculum.

  • Develop training materials, training plans, training reviews, and/or presentations with Microsoft Office software to include PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

  • Conduct program evaluations, revisions, and recommendations through observation of program instruction, exercises, and field operations.

  • Perform instruction, training, and education in field environments requiring movement/transportation via watercraft, aircraft, and/or ground vehicular means.

  • Perform instruction, training, and education in field environments and under seasonal and adverse weather conditions.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Current Secret security clearance.

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university.

  • Successfully served as a Company Grade Officer (Detachment Commander) within Army Special Operations (Active Component Special Forces, Psychological Operations, or Civil Affairs).

  • Pass the instructor certification examination.

  • Faculty Development Program I (FDP) qualified or willing to go TDY to become qualified.

  • Physically able to conduct cardio and weight training.

  • Willing and able to travel TDY for engagements related to the course.

  • Willing to work flexible hours in various garrison and field environments.

  • Demonstrated familiarization with the Army Training Management Program and large-scale, enterprise-wide training programs.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Master's degree from accredited college or university.

  • Demonstrated familiarization with the Army Training Management Program and large-scale, enterprise-wide training programs.

  • Demonstrated operational or institutional training domain experience and integration across Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership & Education, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF).

  • Experience integrating information, analysis, technology, and interagency collaboration, lessons learned, and best practices for training support to enable effective and efficient dissemination of threat training.

CACI is looking for a Senior Project Manager who will support CONUS and Field Operations - collaborate with Staff and contractor personnel to support overall technical requirements for assigned programs applying Project Management Framework (PMF) as appropriate.

  • Planned, organized, scheduled, and coordinated all aspects of procurement, installation, and deployment activities.

  • Interface with Prime and sub-contractors as well as integrated logistics support to ensure optimal performance within established budgets and schedules.

  • Ensure cost, technical, and schedule objectives are met. Provide leadership of technical/administrative projects and tasks.

  • Track the progress of and provide status accounting and technical management of projects to ensure work scope schedules and budgets are defined and maintained.

  • Manage complex projects that include various service providers using PMF procedures employing full life cycle program management.

  • Provide integrated master schedule development and analysis.

  • Provide risk management and dependency impact analysis.

You'll Bring These Qualifications

About the Role:

Our IT Incident Response Officer will act as central point of escalation and incident manager for IT infrastructure, systems and enterprise applications; this includes the monitoring, coordination, notification, and alerts and in some cases leading the resolution for incidents. Candidates will coordinate the resolution, Reason for Outage (RFO), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and keep DHS leadership aware of the evolution of the incident resolution. CACI Premier Technology, Inc., is seeking full-time Reviewers for the federal background investigation program. Reviewers work with investigators to complete and submit background investigation interviews and record checks to determine the suitability of current and prospective Federal employees, contractors, and military personnel for security clearances. The investigations support critical national security efforts of our federal government customer on behalf of over 100 U.S. government agencies having some of the nation's most sensitive missions.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Reviewer scrutinizes reports of investigations submitted by Field Investigators and Record Searchers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission to thecustomer. This is a fully remote position, however, there may be local travel to attend business meetings.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

- Conduct thorough reviews of a background investigations, including reports of investigation, to ensure investigations are complete and adhere to customer and CACI requirements.

- Provide guidance on customer investigation requirements to Field Investigators and Record Searchers

- Maintain quality and production that meets customercontract requirements and CACI performance expectations

- Identify trends in errors and communicate trends to Field Investigators, Record Searchers, and management

- Work closely with review team members, field investigators, and record searchers to develop training and guidance to improve background investigations

- Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Candidates must have at least 12 months' experience conducting/processing background investigations on behalf of the customer and must currently work on the contract.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience

- U.S. Citizenship (a requirement for a federal security clearance)

- Ability to pass a mandatory pre-employment drug test

- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable U.S. Government security clearance

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently

- Detail oriented with a focus on analyzing information

- Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate with individuals by telephone, email, and face to face

- Strong customer service and teamwork skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Proficient in using the internet

- Sense of mission in support of national security
