CACI has an immediate need for a Software Engineer. The Software Engineer will collaborate with the technology development team to apply agile process toward the design, development, testing and debugging of applications that enhance program of record capabilities/systems.
The Software Engineer analyzes requirements, system capabilities and provides product solutions. Works with the technology development team on the level of effort required for solutions, to include sprint planning, test readiness levels, and project scheduling.

Integrated Service Center Account Manager will provide front line support and act as the primary point of contact for a large government organization with diverse customers. Service Center Technicians will provide the highest quality customer care with every interaction. This role requires effective customer service skills, emphasizing problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills, contact handling procedures, incident management, communication skills, and an understanding of IT service management processes. They must be able to master the steps required to effectively manage and prioritize incidents, reduce escalations, and demonstrate the essential customer service skills required to improve overall customer satisfaction.
This will be a Day Shift position that could cover weekends and holidays as needed
What You'll Get To Do:
. Provides first level support for inbound incidents and Service Requests
. Provides front line phone and email support related to system and application issues

. Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
. Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
. Knowledge of basic network principles and functions (e.g., DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, etc.)
. Knowledge of Microsoft folder, file, and sharing security
. Experience administering and maintaining user accounts within a Microsoft Active Directory
. Experience administering RSA token distribution
. Strong written, oral, and telephone communication skills
. Customer-oriented and cool tempered with excellent communication skills
. Excellent technical writing skills; responsible for fully documenting problem resolutions for Tier 1 / 2 technicians

The Systems Engineer possesses broad based expertise in computing systems and network architecture platforms. Applies the appropriate software and security standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the system life cycle to integrate application GOTS and COTS software. Implements appropriate configuration management (CM) processes at the direction of the CM manager. Provides advanced technical support and subject matter expertise for network infrastructure, hardware and software issues. The Systems Engineer will work with a team of professionals comprised of cyber security engineers, clinical subject matter experts, application software developers, and testers.

Provide support to CM engineering for testing, documentation and delivery of change management products and post deployment system support updates
Test software deployment and security patches in coordination with CM, Engineering, and Cyber
Establish, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
Work with Cyber, Integration, and Test teams to ensure proper integration and security posture of systems
Provide engineering support for application test processes

More About the Role:
Receive, triage, review, prioritize and process terrorism-related information.
Perform intelligence analysis of datasets for eventual incorporation of suspected terrorists onto a watchlist.
Develop, maintain, and implement a daily review program to ensure data integrity;
Develop and maintain broad network of contacts across the US Government to satisfy operational requirements; and
Monitor field cable/email traffic.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
3-6 years of relevant experience
Provides intelligence support for contingency operations, battle staff and operational-level planning, joint and strategic engagement policy throughout the Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Areas of Interest (AOI) to include analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability. Monitors and analyzes, as required, all strategic and operational aspects of political, military, and economic developments for the countries in the AORs and AOIs. Research, authors, and coordinates threat assessments to support the Commander and the senior leadership as well. May focus on domestic as well as international threats. Considered to be a recognized authority in this area of expertise. Intelligence analysis may include IMINT, SIGINT, ELINT, HUMINT, or MASINT. Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations. May support development and analysis of intelligence products. Presents analysis or products to customer. May support policy and procedure development for agency, interagency, or community wide support.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage Risk Management Framework (RMF) process
Work with system development team to identify needed RMF artifacts and load them into the government's EMASS system.
Develop security plans, policies, and designs.
Configure and implement security solutions based upon the customer's performance criteria and specifications
Conduct systems pre-test and acceptance tests to validate the designed performance criteria
Structure mock designs based upon RFP specifications in support of the Bids & Proposal teams
Collaborate with government and /or subcontractors at customer site for security solution integration into existing infrastructure
Develop and perform technical presentations for customers
Serve as technical resource at customer briefings
Travel to other CACI Locations or Customer Sites as necessary
Requires extensive travel (up to 25%) including International

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance (IA), or relevant IT degree with a significant amount of coursework related to cybersecurity. Additional four (4) years of relevant experience allowed in lieu of degree
7 plus years of cybersecurity or information assurance experience
Must meet DoD Approved 8570 certification requirements for IAM Level 3 certification
Knowledge of risk assessment tools, technologies, and methods
Proficient in Microsoft software applications and other software applications as required, including Microsoft SharePoint
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Good oral and written communications skills
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
