Description
Cat Solutions and Services Division is seeking a Connectivity Product Owner within the Mining Health Technology product development team. The Health technology products are designed to provide customer mixed fleet with improved equipment availability and reliability at the lowest possible cost per ton.
In this role, you will be responsible to lead the mining industry aftermarket connectivity products technical strategy, as well as providing product and application support to the global sale and dealer organizations. Connectivity products enable our customers' fleet of CAT and non-CAT machines compatibility to the Caterpillar's suite of technology solutions. This role provides day-to-day support to customers and field service staff in relation to product implementation, customization, questions, and problems.
Job Duties
The role involves defining, planning, and coordinating product strategy and development activities to meet customer's performance, functionality, schedule, cost and quality objectives. The role also involves developing deep application subject matter expertise to provide technical sale, commercial support, application literature and coaching to regional sales teams, dealers, and customers.
Job Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for strategy, requirements, development and deployment of aftermarket connectivity products in mining
Coordination and delivery of end-to-end products development activities, including functional (design, validation) and non-functional activities (Purchasing, Product Regulations and Compliance, Documentation, Product Support, Sourcing and Order Planning, Parts Availability, Commercial readiness).
Manage voice of customers and dealers transformation into product requirements
Ensure strategy alignment with mining machine product groups, and other Caterpillar technology product teams
Drive system architecture and sensing requirements to mining machine product groups and track factory adoption
Manage product backlog and development prioritization, in accordance to business priorities and quality expectations.
Partner with service engineering to perform field follow planning and execution, and to create product support material
Facilitate connectivity kit sales, through pro-active technical sale support
Provide product and application expertise to the global field sales rep teams and dealers
Provide subject matter expertise support for aftermarket kit pricing for on-board connectivity solutions (including software licensing)
Work closely with engineering delivery organizations internal to Caterpillar
Maintain and create product application documentation
Manage Non-Disclosure Agreement process for third party telemetry access requests
Work with Supply Chain team to guarantee physical material availability into the Caterpillar distribution centers

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of job-related experience in mining technology, or in relevant connectivity technology
Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate product capability and application knowledge.
Good human relations and communication skills to develop a cooperative work relationship with internal development partners, as well as field sales organizations, dealers and customers.
Experience in product development processes and product life-cycle management
Experience with managing programs

Cat Solutions and Services Division is seeking a Connectivity Product Owner within the Mining Health Technology product development team. The Health technology products are designed to provide customer mixed fleet with improved equipment availability and reliability at the lowest possible cost per ton.
In this role, you will be responsible to lead the mining industry aftermarket connectivity products technical strategy, as well as providing product and application support to the global sale and dealer organizations. Connectivity products enable our customers' fleet of CAT and non-CAT machines compatibility to the Caterpillar's suite of technology solutions. This role provides day-to-day support to customers and field service staff in relation to product implementation, customization, questions, and problems.
Job Duties
The role involves defining, planning, and coordinating product strategy and development activities to meet customer's performance, functionality, schedule, cost and quality objectives. The role also involves developing deep application subject matter expertise to provide technical sale, commercial support, application literature and coaching to regional sales teams, dealers, and customers.

Responsible for strategy, requirements, development and deployment of aftermarket connectivity products in mining
Coordination and delivery of end-to-end products development activities, including functional (design, validation) and non-functional activities (Purchasing, Product Regulations and Compliance, Documentation, Product Support, Sourcing and Order Planning, Parts Availability, Commercial readiness).
Manage voice of customers and dealers transformation into product requirements
Ensure strategy alignment with mining machine product groups, and other Caterpillar technology product teams

Manage product backlog and development prioritization, in accordance to business priorities and quality expectations.
Partner with service engineering to perform field follow planning and execution, and to create product support material

Provide subject matter expertise support for aftermarket kit pricing for on-board connectivity solutions (including software licensing)

Cat Solutions and Services Division is seeking a Connectivity Product Owner within the Mining Health Technology product development team. The Health technology products are designed to provide customer mixed fleet with improved equipment availability and reliability at the lowest possible cost per ton.
In this role, you will be responsible to lead the mining industry aftermarket connectivity products technical strategy, as well as providing product and application support to the global sale and dealer organizations. Connectivity products enable our customers' fleet of CAT and non-CAT machines compatibility to the Caterpillar's suite of technology solutions. This role provides day-to-day support to customers and field service staff in relation to product implementation, customization, questions, and problems.
Job Duties
The role involves defining, planning, and coordinating product strategy and development activities to meet customer's performance, functionality, schedule, cost and quality objectives. The role also involves developing deep application subject matter expertise to provide technical sale, commercial support, application literature and coaching to regional sales teams, dealers, and customers.
Job Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for strategy, requirements, development and deployment of aftermarket connectivity products in mining
Coordination and delivery of end-to-end products development activities, including functional (design, validation) and non-functional activities (Purchasing, Product Regulations and Compliance, Documentation, Product Support, Sourcing and Order Planning, Parts Availability, Commercial readiness).
Manage voice of customers and dealers transformation into product requirements

Cat Solutions and Services Division is seeking a Connectivity Product Owner within the Mining Health Technology product development team. The Health technology products are designed to provide customer mixed fleet with improved equipment availability and reliability at the lowest possible cost per ton.
In this role, you will be responsible to lead the mining industry aftermarket connectivity products technical strategy, as well as providing product and application support to the global sale and dealer organizations. Connectivity products enable our customers' fleet of CAT and non-CAT machines compatibility to the Caterpillar's suite of technology solutions. Job Duties:
Incumbent is responsible for assistance in management of PSLD site safety programs and working with EH&S team to develop and execute plans to achieve compliance and goals.
Maintains reports required metrics for safety and environmental requirements. Attention to detail is critical and incumbent is expected to lead projects to deliver results in all areas of responsibility. Will have direct contact with other team members to ensure compliance with safety programs.

Cat Solutions and Services Division is seeking a Connectivity Product Owner within the Mining Health Technology product development team. The Health technology products are designed to provide customer mixed fleet with improved equipment availability and reliability at the lowest possible cost per ton.
In this role, you will be responsible to lead the mining industry aftermarket connectivity products technical strategy, as well as providing product and application support to the global sale and dealer organizations. Connectivity products enable our customers' fleet of CAT and non-CAT machines compatibility to the Caterpillar's suite of technology solutions. This role provides day-to-day support to customers and field service staff in relation to product implementation, customization, questions, and problems.
Job Duties
The role involves defining, planning, and coordinating product strategy and development activities to meet customer's performance, functionality, schedule, cost and quality objectives. The role also involves developing deep application subject matter expertise to provide technical sale, commercial support, application literature and coaching to regional sales teams, dealers, and customers.

As an Electrician, you will be responsible building, installing and repairing electrical and electronic circuits used on machine tools and plant equipment. While applying your knowledge the operations of electrical units and systems, you will test and diagnose malfunctions.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Build, install, repair electrical and electronic circuits used on machine tools and plant equipment
Apply knowledge of operation of electronic circuits to locate defects using instruments
Test faulty equipment
Apply knowledge of operation of electronic units and systems to diagnose malfunctions
Utilize oscilloscopes, signal generators, electronic counter, recorders, etc.
Calibrate and service electronic testing instruments
Electrically troubleshoot and repair complex machine tools and related equipment
Troubleshoot and repair relay logic machines and CNC/PLC controlled machines
Support electrical aspects of new equipment installation
Required Qualifications
Demonstrate comprehension of oral instructions and/or printed work orders to determine work assignments and material and equipment needs
Satisfactorily demonstrate proficiency in electrical and electronic theory and application relating to plant operations and equipment
Demonstrate an intermediate working knowledge of interpreting schematics and electrical diagrams
Possess three years of experience, or demonstrate the equivalent, before performing intermediate tasks on electrical and electronic machinery and equipment
Obtain two years of experience, or demonstrate the equivalent, before performing basic mechanical installation or repair to equipment
