Job Summary:
Provides subject matter expertise and leads with the delivery of security expertise and/or development and implementation of complex security processes and technologies. This position will assist with discovering, assessing, and addressing new security challenges facing the organization.
What You Will Do:
Assess business process, technology, and information systems to understand the risk posture, apply critical thinking, determine the security models and co-design the system with enterprise architecture and system engineers.
Anticipates and identifies security risks, threats and vulnerabilities advising business partners accordingly with reliable, timely, and complete information while designing and implementing strategies to mitigate and minimize incidents impacting networks, employees, information, brand, or other corporate assets.
Oversee vulnerability testing, risk assessments, and security checks; implement measures to prevent cyber security risk and threats.
Research cyber security standards, security systems, and the latest validation and authentication procedures and report on their applicability for different IT environments.
What You Have:
Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short-term), tactical and strategic experience planning in support of the overall business plan.Level Basic Understanding: - Explains tactical plan for own area.- Defines concepts of short-term and long-term planning.- Describes the planning process and planning cycle used in own area.- Compares tactical to strategic planning.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Holds active, nationally recognized cybersecurity industry certification, such as CISSP, CISM, GSLC or similar.
Additional Desired Experience - Power BI Development: The developer is responsible for designing and developing integration processes between internal data sources as well as between internal and external data sources.

Electric Power Division (EPD) has an opening for a Senior Manager Procurement Solutions located in Griffin, GA. The following other locations will be considered, Peoria, IL, Irving or Seguin, TX and Lafayette, IN. In this role, you will support Hyperscale data canter customers working and owning the supplier third party commercial and quality relationships for Caterpillar, Inc.
Focus Areas: Generator set packaging, for Sound Attenuated Enclosures, for Hyper scaler customers requiring Datacenter back up power; Prime diesel and Gas generator packaging for regional Datacenters and prime power applications.

The management of packaging suppliers (Genset packaging for MW+ diesel and gas generator sets) for Caterpillar in the Americas. Key responsibilities being Supplier management achieving, Quality, Cost, Logistics, Development and Cost targets -QCLDM,- of this growing spend category.
Spend profile growing to $500m/annum.
Accountable for driving the adoption of a major new business development.
Developing and managing external Packaging Solutions with Suppliers on a regional basis.
Integration of the network into the Global S&OP.
Responsible for the leadership of a team of Commercial Engineers and Project management/Supplier development engineers, based across a region.
The team you will manage are responsible for:
Owning the Commercial relationship with the Suppliers across a region
Supplier Selection.
Commercial and Contract development & maintenance.

Caterpillar in Hodges is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift. The incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day troubleshooting and preventative/ predictive maintenance. The incumbent acts as a material handling technician on all equipment that is installed at a specific site location.
Job Responsibilities, include but not limited to:
Carry out preventive maintenance:
Analyzing and effecting improvements on facilities because of observations made during preventive maintenance.
Participating in regularly scheduled maintenance stops.
Carry out corrective maintenance:
analyze the malfunction and propose, then put into effect, the best solution. When a repair is done, the incumbent should inform the supervisor and/or production about availability of the equipment and immediately give the repair done.
The incumbent records immediately the incident encountered in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Help maintenance agents and exterior companies as necessary, carrying out an intervention on-site, in agreement with supervisor.
Be able to find technical information and contact external suppliers directly.
Participate in smooth functioning of the spare parts storeroom.
Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience (reactive and preventative)
Must be able to evaluate, analyze, and troubleshoot equipment failures and perform root cause corrective action to prevent reoccurrence

What You Will Do:
Monitor SIEM for security alerts
Investigate alerts with various Security tools
Take necessary steps to remediate security issues
Monitor the Phishing inbox, investigate and respond to all reported emails
Inspect file attachments and links for potential malware
Investigate network alerts through the IDS tool
Ensure accurate case notes are recorded
What You Have:
Advanced SOC analyst skills
Expert level experience within IT (Information Technology)
Experience with SIEM solutions
Experience in a large, global Security Operations Center
Moderate proficiency in PowerShell

Caterpillar is looking for a proactive, high-energy, take-ownership Transfer Pricing Associate Director to join our Global Tax team. Based in the United States, this position will have global responsibilities and report directly to the Global Transfer Pricing Director - joining a dynamic International Tax and Transfer Pricing Team within Caterpillar that works closely with our Business Units (BUs). This role will have direct responsibility for developing, managing, implementing, and executing our Enterprise and Regional transfer pricing planning initiatives and transfer pricing strategies. This experienced transfer pricing professional will be a valued member on a global team that develops and provides complex technical transfer pricing support to our business partners Globally.
The candidate will work closely with members across the global tax department and external stakeholder teams (e.g., Business Units, Finance, Legal, Systems) to consider current and future business plans, obtain cross-functional tax subject matter input, and ensure coordination, development, and execution of cross-functional tax and transfer pricing solutions in a sustainable manner. The candidate must be able to communicate, both verbally and in writing, complex transfer pricing concepts in ways that are meaningful and actionable to both tax and non-tax professionals.
What you will do:
Monitor transfer pricing developments and ensure timely communication of relevant impacts to the Business Units and other Global Tax team members;
Assist with the development and execution of enterprise transfer pricing planning strategies;
Develop and deliver transfer pricing and economic ideas in a timely manner;
Assist with legal entity reviews including functional interviews, entity characterization, transfer pricing policy review and recommendations for change;
Support with transfer pricing audits including preparation of responses to queries from tax authorities;
Review commercial transactions and legal documents for transfer pricing implications;
Liaise with Global Tax, Corporate Accounting, Corporate Treasury, Enterprise Financial Shared Services, Legal Services Division, and others as needed to facilitate and execute on transfer pricing projects and initiatives; and
Liaise with external tax consultants as needed to obtain advice as directed.
What you will have:
Tax Management and Regulations: Knowledge of tax laws, organizational tax practices, obligations; and an ability to manage organization tax related issues. Knowledge of International Tax and Transfer Pricing Regulations and Guidelines; and an ability to adhere to International Tax regulations on all transfer pricing matters as they pertain to a particular business or industry.
Research Analysis and Producing Results: Knowledge of the concepts, methodologies, and methods of research analysis; ability to locate, interpret and evaluate research findings compiled and documented by yourself and others. Understanding of the criticality of getting things done despite current circumstances and the ability to utilize assigned resources and leverage back-channel resources (individuals or teams) to achieve or exceed planned outcomes.
Planning: Tactical, Strategic and Problem Solving: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan. Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

The Senior Manager - Digital Program Management oversees strategic planning, integration and delivery of the key elements in the Digital Aftermarket Services program, collaborating with cross-functional teams across Caterpillar's Digital, IT, Product and Aftermarket organizations.
