As a Parts & Ser vice Consultant in Earthmovi ng Division within Caterpillar , you will work with the Medium Wheel Loader (MWL) team with a direct impact on improving customer uptime by putting solutions in place to resolve our highest priority MWL aftermarket parts availability issues. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest levels of parts availability which is a key enabler to achieving our aftermarket services growth targets.

What You Will Do:

  • Work closely with the MWL Lifecycle Manager to achieve availability target and drive profitability across the MWL parts portfolio.

  • Create incremental stocking requests as needed by aligning with our aftermarket growth initiatives to deliver services growth goals.

  • Establish metrics and targets to monitor and review the MWL availability gaps and status.

  • Maintain effective internal communications and business partner relationships to quickly identifyand resolve availability issues.

  • Support dealers with proactive management of orders to support customer rebuilds.

Role Definition:

Job Summary:

An Industrial Maintenance Technician Team Lead is responsible for carrying out various maintenance tasks (preventative and reactive, in an industrial manufacturing environment. The Team Leads are responsible for leading their team during the shift to drive priority, coach, and grow the team to perform maintenance duties.   • Engages with operations leadership to ensure priorities are met and communicates updates.

  • Responsible for analyzing and implementing improvements on production and facility equipment.

  • Carries out corrective and preventative maintenance on facility equipment.

  • Troubleshoot the malfunction and propose, then put the best solution in place. When a repair is done, the technician should inform the supervisor and/or production about availability of the equipment.

  • Records immediately the incident encountered (CMMS [Computerized Maintenance Management System].

  • Helps maintenance agents and exterior companies as necessary, carrying out an intervention on-site.

  • The maintenance technician may also be need to contact external suppliers directly.

  • Participates in smooth functioning of the spare parts storeroom

  • Fill out time sheets daily and turn them in to supervisor.

What you bring to the position:

  • Associates degree in Mechatronics or equivalent experience in an industrial maintenance experience

  • Effective communication (verbal and written)

  • Knowledge of Electrical (110-480VAC and 0-36VDC), PLC's, Controls, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and gas systems

Job Summary:

Responsible to prepare 3D CAD models and engineering drawings using Creo 3D software, assist engineers in troubleshooting designs and drawings, maintain engineering release and change documentation, manage projects for a team of drafters, and work closely with customers to identify project scope requirements.

Job Summary:

The engineer who will fill in this position will support Caterpillar engine and drivetrain VPD (Virtual Product Development), NPI (New Product Introduction), and Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) issues by performing structural/thermal/electromagnetic Finite Element Analysis (FEA) along with dynamic and performance simulation. This engineer is a key member of a focused team developing simulation technologies in the area of Tribology. Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Hodges, SC facility. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes. This role requires a proactive individual who can complete preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines, etc.

Job Summary :

Caterpillar Switchgear, part of the Electric Power Division, currently has an opening for a Software HMI Engineer located in Alpharetta, Georgia. In this role, you will design, modify, develop, write, and implement software-programming for generator control switchgear human machine interface applications.
